Maybe the BOD will grant him some shares for the next round of dilution.
I'm with you there. I was skeptical of his appointment to CEO. Maybe he can right the ship but all the long term holders are hosed. Good science doesn't always prevail. I've seen it with OCAT and others.
Disgusting. Berlin gave out warrants with 6 year expiration and left the retail warrant holders out to dry. I'm sure he has retail in his interest.
I sent it to Berlin@advaxis.com. Followed the same format as Ranya's email which you can find from their PRs. Didn't get a bounceback message so it went through.
Send Ken an email asking for an extension. I did. Nothing else left to lose.
Even if the trial fails to meet it's endpoint. It the drug can at least extend patients lives equal to SOC with less toxicity, it should have a shot at approval.
He'll be my hero if he does especially by Sep before all my warrants expire. They are dead in the water to me so I have no expectations.
Lombardo sat on his hands then rode off into the sunset.
I work on buy-side contracts and I haven't a clue on what be standard terms for a bio partnership agreement. I'd have to think those that represented adxs in the negotiations contemplated an out for either convenience or cause with a possible penalty or some other agreed upon solution. It's way too risky to go into an agreement without an exit clause for them.
Both companies must have contemplated that there is a reasonable possibility that ADXS may not have enough cash to continue to fund the trial. ADXS should have an out of the contract through Termination for Cause in the agreement. Could end up renegotiating contract if Stendal wants to continue, if a provision to continue service isn't already in the agreement.
It's shareholders selling so they're not going to get the funds. These shareholders clearly have no confidence if they're selling. Can always count on this company to disappoint.
Apologies for my message. I'll rescind it and Yes I am a long term bagholder. That might explain my irritability.
No we prefer you just stop responding/posting all together
Agreed. We'd expect to see more volume going into the end of this week and it's not there. The volume has been decent this week but nothing to phone home about. I sold a little yesterday because if is a delay in the announcement or the awarded amount is underwhelming, we could see a drop in price. Plenty of traders looking for a quick buck and may exit if we don't get it.
I suspect the win in the bag and it's a matter of how much. Gertt seems pretty confident.
We have an uptick in price from the recent conferences too but it retraced after. I'm not putting to much stock into the price action just yet. Tomorrow and Friday will be telling.
I don't think Arb news is substantive enough to halt the stock. I'd be ecstatic if it hits $5. I've been in this too long to have any expectations because it's just been disappointments along the way.
It's so under the radar. We might not get that surge until after the news is announced. Going into a holiday weekend too.
Thanks. I'd be happy just to recoup some of the losses. Break-even is a pipe dream at this point. Let's see how we hold up today with Trump to speak on drug prices.

I've only been in this since the early 2000s it's already killed me many times over.
The presentation is but there isn't a recording of the meeting.
Ditto. His days were numbered at rosg. Yes he had a chance to look under the hood before joining but he'd likely be on the job market if he didn't get the opportunity here. People seem to think we lured a Thoroughbred here.
I'm not knocking the guy cause he deserves a chance but he's here because of the connection not his pedigree.
Initial purchases were from a while ago with the intent to flip them for a quick profit but ended up holding the bag. So I had lower my average cost and hope to get out this month. Otherwise might end up converting them.
I use interactive brokers for the warrants. I pay ~$.005 per warrant which is ridiculous considering the price but they aren't available through my other account.
Got in way too early and first purchases were in double digits I've averaged down to $.11 and will get out when we get arb news.
Are you loading up on the warrants pre arb news?
No chance in hell as much as we'd all like that to be true. You're not going to have an interim CEO work on a deal that will shape the company's path forward and have the incoming CEO put a bow on it. He may not agree with the strategy and scrap it. Tony would of been kept around to see it through although possible in his advisory capacity but highly improbable.
Don't feel bad I've got you beat in multiples. First purchase was in early 2000s. The end is in sight.
It is great that he is buying although in small amounts. It would be considered insider trading if there was material news imminent. Which we all expect. It's a bit perplexing.
You just need a pulse to be an Upgrade over dead wood. The jury is still out until we see what transpires in the next few months. The reduction in shorts is encouraging.
There are no appeals left after this right?
No but it's up 66% since she took the helm less than a year ago.
Why does the bar need to be set at near zero for any company in any industry... Why give shares away if the science is solid and we have all the catalysts coming up this year. I think we can easily do better than what we got.
The compensation should of been performance based share plan for hitting certain share prices. That's how the CEO of my company is share plan is structured. This is an extremely low bar we've set for him.
You're probably one of a few that has any hope left. They should of aimed lower and went after a divisional leader at BP rather than bring in an CEO from a failed company, whose also one of Sidransky's henchman. I've clung onto hope up until now but now we have possible dilution and a reverse split looming over us. It's hard to see how this ends well for current shareholders.
Someone should set up a GoFundMe to hire an investigator to do surveillance on the company to see if the 5 execs are still there.
They keep lowering the bar on the sh. It'd still be above $2 to make sense to convert otherwise we're better off selling the warrants. I hope something happens soon. Can't wait for this to end.
Was about to sell mine too. They did the right thing.
Maybe shorts got wind of the buyout therefore the big drop in position. This plays into the buyout theory.
You made my day
They shouldn't of extended it then if this was the plan and they knew the arb was in the bag. This can't end soon enough.
Can you summarize and share your thoughts on the meeting? Much appreciated.
