I'm gonna watch from the sidelines now. Too much dilution and not enough transparency from co. I got out 2 days ago with a 50% loss.luckily I only had a few hundred thousand shares. May jump back in eventually but as of right now this isn't going anywhere any time soon. Honestly the main reason I sold is because of the CEO. I dug deep into his track record and I think everyone else should too. I dont know what YIC is even thinking dealing with this guy but he seems to be a con man in my eyes and I think he is swindling shareholders. I will look to get back in at around .003-.004 range. I dont see us getting back to. 01 anytime soon. I hope I am wrong for the sake of everyone invested. Good luck all.

If you go by business days, today is the 45th business day since the revise LOI full acquisition PR. We may see news to go along with this today to give us an update. This is huge.

I just dont think there is enough exposure as of now. I think it will takes a few months to develop a solid base and attract investors with deep pockets. Plus everyone is so focused on buying in on the worthless BS pot and CBD stocks. But this has opportunity for some real traction. I think once we get closure on the completion of the acquisition the volume will explode and so will share price. I wouldn't want to be caught chasing when that news hits. 2019 is a year for restructure and growth for ARSN, I'm happy to have found this so early in the game.

Acquisition news could hit any time now. Wouldn't want to be on the sidelines when that happens. These prices are a gift for anyone trying to find an entry point or trying to average down imo.
