If they are training drivers for Amazon, and lets even say they are the exclusive hiring and training group/company/whatever for Amazon. In fact, I do agree with what has been said about possible hiring and training for Amazon. Hiring and training is a big risk and it cost a lot as well. Not just for training but for the higher insurance/risk rates that go along with new hires for any delivery company or any company like Amazon who is starting with logistics. For insurance purposes, Amazon can claim prehired, trained drivers and lower their insurance rates. Its a huge cost reduction through training and insurance premiums for Amazon.
