I believe the news release was referring to anyone who owns ISCR shares and anyone who is thinking about owning ISCR shares but why debate it here. Someone call the IR firm and ask what they plan to do about questions.
Maybe you are right. There is an old adage I heard many times. If a stock closesd lower on a day of big news then it is really going lower. Fundementals, progress and success have not meant much to this stock. There are too many owners of shares who do not know or care about the business or progress or even building value. These people only care about the stock going up. The marketmakers know this and play it to the nines.
Grandpappy you sure look like you're right.
What are you trying to say here?
Whoever the seller is he is selling through Ameritrade. I put in a buy order through Ameritrade this morning for a nice chunk of change for the second time in a week and was filled almost instantaneously. I was filled faster then my computer screen could display the trade. The low offer Nite didn't budge. Whoever thinks this is shorting is wrong it is a seller or sellers with Ameritrade.
I assume you mean outstanding shares.
I can see you are upset but you may be looking at this from the wrong angle. Has the company issued any new shares? As of last week another poster said they had not.
That is not what I asked. I can see clearly from your several posts that they issued shares before the reverse split. I asked if the company has issued shares since the reverse split.
How many new shares have been issued since the February split?
Show him the door. His two other stocks are GZFX the biggest pump of the year and ADVK a dead Pink Sheet.
Zeroluv show this penny popper the door.
To me it looks like the accumulation has been a little more aggressive the last few days.
I have read and heard figures from near nothing to just like last year to they are rocking. Zeroluv what is your feeling?
chuckerfmfla is not special to me but he posts on this board regularly and I was interested in his opinion. I now have yours and I gather from the discussion this morning that if I don't like it I can just leave. Thank you for the invitation but no thank you.
Clare-the just my opinion a message board is the last place to find facts about a company. Most I have read have pumping, gossip , opinion and bashing with facts being far behind. I am not questioning anyones motives on this board because I could care less. Fortunately I am tough to bully and whether you welcome me or to this board or not means very little. I would still like to hear the opinion of a poster who has posted over 3000 posts.
You have 3500 posts on Investors Hub which obviously points to a poster with a lot of opinions. Something tells me you have an opinion here too. I have read some of them. Why all of a sudden would you ask for another posters opinion thats all I asked.
Why would you want another poster's view on a 10K when you can read it yourself and come to your own conclusions, and share those conclusions in a discussion. Another man's opinion is the other man's opinion even if you share the opinion and I cannot see how you can share an opinion if you haven't read the 10K yourself. Please excuse me if you have read the 10K and are reserving your opinions.
Nope I am never nasty I just call them as I see them.
Why don't you read the 10K yourself.
All I know is that you think this is worthless crap but your opinions are of no concern to me.
Or maybe there were no Sellers today silly enough to bang the accumulater's Buy bid.
This is not a charter's stock, not a trader's stock, not a pumper's stock.
If the same skunks or their weasel brothers are involved you won't have to pony up a stake for a lawyer. There are 15,000 loosers from Ramp and at least 6 legal companies that would love to help out.
I am very interested in your dd. Are you saying that normal commons worked against ISCR with outside parties? Was this a shorting strategy or something else? This happened at Ramp Corp for years where normal commons were working with sometimes management sometimes other commons to create short term huge price swings and at other times waves of selling. Close to the end with Ramp a brave stockholder brought a suit against people who he identified as being involved in these antics that stole equity from all the commons. This was the first time that a shareholder sued other shareholders for damaging his investment for personal illegal profit. There was an SEC investigation and also class action from large legal companies that I believe are still going on. I wonder if the same people are involved with ISCR because this sure sounds familiar.
You bring up interesting points 354fum. Directors in their roles as management work only for the board. The board is expected to exercise oversight over management. In the case of Ramp Corp. my worst bad experience the board did not exercise oversight and the management ran away with everything of value. If I thought this was happening at ISCR I would sell.
The filings say there are two outside directors.
Doesn't ISCR have outside directors? Most companies have at least 1.
Chuckerfmfla may I ask you a simple question? How is it that shareholders should be treated by management? You are asking management to leave the company unless they treat shareholders differently. Management has no role or responsibility to shareholders, they manage the company. The directors of a company have a responsibility to shareholders.
I was a long time shareholder of Ramp Corporation RCO. Management at Ramp was totally unaccountable to shareholders. They paid themselves $300,000 each salary, hired pretty women to fill desks so they could con investors, they flew in private jets, they employed message board posters to attack critics, they put out false news when they wanted to sell their own shares, one took bribes from shareholders, all at a company that never grossed a single dollar of revenue from its own business. You think you have it bad here?
I was a fool and stayed in RCO stock even when I knew some of these bad acts were going on because I believed in the company and business. I am bringing this up because I have read posts here that are similar to what was posted on the Ramp Yahoo message board. Where does it say that because a shareholder is upset with the opinions of management that management should either change their opinions or step aside? The last line of your previous post could be viewed by the company as hostile since it was written in a public forum. Management always has the resources of the company at their disposal which includes the company lawyers. SLAPP suits against shareholders and message board posters are very common these days and management usually wins. Didn't your momma tell you to keep your opinions to yourself?
I post on the other message board but do not learn anything over there.
That's the kind of post we need to see more of. Tell them, tell them what you just told them, tell them again.
Mr. Zero the annual report of a public company includes all audit adjustments and charges the company takes to clean the table and get ready for progress looking ahead. I see that other posters have explained this to you in the past but you continue to ignore what was written. Annual reports are cover your butt documents. Why do you insist on raising the bar?
Seller is using ECN ARCA to sell. He is selling smarter today.
