According to the company's filings the new management is reviewing the Liberian project to decide whether or not it's worth spending the necessary money to pursue it.
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/925779/000168316824005158/hiru_ex9901.htm
So there's a good chance that project will be abandoned, if the Sheik decides it isn't worth the money to pursue it. Even MMG stated as much in tweet yesterday:
So, with such small profit margins how could a company lower its risk when starting a copper mining company? One could start at small scale using less expensive mobile modular equipment. Here's how one company describes the benefits of that approach using the example of a copper mining company:
https://www.seprosystems.com/modular-and-mobile-mineral-recovery-plants-for-high-and-low-commodity-price-environments/
Read the company'a filings again, this 100 million dollar mine is only the beginning. That said it doesn't make any sense from a trading perspective, to claim that the current deal is worthless. HIRU'S current market cap is $4,309,481 so merging it with a small $100,000,000 copper mine would give the company an asset worth 23 times the current market cap. Why should trader's avoid buying shares of a company that's so obviously undervalued?
What evidence do you have that the Australian mine that the new owners are merging into HIRU is a scam? We are getting our first updates within a few days so there is no logical reason for anyone to believe that you could possibly know that HIRU's anticipated, but as yet undisclosed mining operations are scams.
I try to give everyone the benefit and you seem to have knowledge about mining operations, which could be helpful to other traders once we get actual updates about the Australian mine. However, the question I keep asking myself when I read your posts is; why would an expert be so keen on attacking a company's plans before they are publicly released?
I think it is obvious to everyone reading your many posts, that neither your experience, nor your professional credentials enable you to discredit sight unseen the still unreleased company documents describing their mining operations. So why not simply wait until there's actually evidence of what the company's plans are, as opposed to trying prejudice traders beforehand?
Oh man I missed those 0012s, someone got robbed.
Finaääy a real xhartist, that's what I see as well.
It might not make it, the bid at .0015 is pretty strong.
Retail isn't a unified block, so neither of us can speak for retail, only ourselves. There isn't either a huge sell off, nor a buying frenzy happening right now so I think most of retail is in a wait and see mode.
The company just promised Australian mine updates in a few days so we will have to wait and see how retail reacts.
Yeah, but we need the Australian mine update ASAP!
$HIRU Mngmt is finalising a deal for the exploitation of a copper mine in Australia, more details will be announced in the upcoming days.

Here's an alternative perspective on the increase in the DTC.
$hiru the company said no dilution. I have no reason to doubt them at this point. DTC could be increased in different scenarios. Read below to learn more. pic.twitter.com/fLxwnoczDf

Exactly, it flashed on Etrade and then it was hidden, but it's still there as shown on IHubs L2. ASMC has been pushing down the price for the past 2 weeks, and it is currently driving down the price right now.
What is ASMC's bid on Thinkorswim?
I've traded long enough to know MM manipulation when I see it.
Yeah, the ask is lower the bid and the transaction price is lower still.
I followed you back.
Exactly
Yeah, that was my thinking too if Miro dumped we would know it, and I would call it out. Also earlier this week Cal Cal telegraphed his intentions for the other scammers in twitter post where he shared "Miro's plans" in the post saying:
Once Miro finishes selling around $0.0035 and runs out of ways to keep the stock going, he'll likely dump hundreds of millions at around $0.002$HIRU

I figured there's some sort of back story with water chaser, I just ignore his posts. I don't really think that we are down because of the broader market, just like the market didn't cause the 1000% gain it isn't the cause of the pullback from around .005 to .0024. Just my 2 cents.
Anyone who is up can always flip, and there's nothing wrong with being a flipper. I was just pointing out that current FUD being spread combined with the trading action smells much more like poop and scoop scam than Miro dumping.
There's no evidence that Miro is currently selling shares, maybe he is maybe he isn't. In any event flippers have been running a poop and scoop campaign for the past week.
First there were "mysterious emails" that claimed the deal was fake and that the Sheik wasn't involved (that was the poop),
which caused a huge sell off allowing the fraudsters to scoop tens of millions of shares. When that lie was debunked the share price rebounded to the. 004s, at which point the flippers began aggressively dumping. These flippers then started claiming that the shares that they were selling were being sold by Miro, (more poop)causing some traders to panic and buying demand to dry up. The scammers then put huge bids first in mid and then in the low twenties which incentivized the MM algorithms to short the price down to a lower price allowing these scammers to reload yesterday.
So as it stands most of the flippers have a cost average in the low twenties, if they aren't able to deceive traders with their current lies the price will rebound, and eventually spike at which point they will immediately dump and try to repeat this same scam, they've successfully ran twice in less than two weeks.
Exactly, it's both.
Thanks
One more thing, since today's trading has consisted mostly of naked short sales by MMs, the price should recover from here to about 26 to 29 by the end of today.
So in other words don't tell the truth? Look at L2 this morning:
Earlier today someone had almost 20 million share bidsat 0025 and 0024, so the MMs shorted the stock down to fill those huge bids. Now that same buyer is using those shares to create walls at 0027 as we can clearly see on L2. Until a few minutes ago when, surprize, surprize they disappeared which is called spoofing. This week's trading been textbook stock price manipulation by flippers and MMs. Share structure remains unchanged.
A much more likely source of the MMs shares is mentioned below:
There's no power implied by my statement, scammers are always bullish while selling and bearish while buying.
Sure, if he gets a enough shares and wants to dump them on us "MAGGOTS ", as he calls us, he'll probably turn into a "bull" especially while he's selling.
TrendTrade2016 simply "predicts" whatever pps targets manipulative market makers such as ASCM are aiming for will come true. For example, all week ASCM had a bid at .0026 and an ask between. 0037 and 0039. Compare those price targets to his earlier post where he said:
Now he's calling for a dump to .0024, why? I think it's because someone wants to buy 13 million share at .0024 as we can see here:
So agian he's misreprenting short term goals as predictions, of course he's got our best interests at heart. LOL
So sure as long as MMs are able to control the price, it creates the illusion of prediction if one simply parrots thier obvious goals as shown on L2 as predictions. But as he loves to say, watch and learn, FUD only work when there is uncertainty, each filling weakens any logical bear case, which is why there's so much manipulation. Give it a maximum of 2 weeks, and his current warnings will seem absurd.
Whatever, fake chartist you and fellow crooks are about to be exposed. Have a good night!
Exactly!
