That would be those board members who would've left kicking and screaming if they thought this joint venture had a prayer. The fact they filed out in orderly fashion like good boys and girls doesn't smack of future gluttony. Joint venture ...that that I say that's a pun boy. When we get home first thing I'm gonna do is slap yo momma, then I'll dump the rest of this Msrt.
Goodbye institutional cash. All those $$ earmarked for MJ just became available. Trump needs to clarify policy, put a leash on Sessions. Regardless the actual act of attrition/compliance the fed ruling puts a damper on the big money, all entities. Sessions knows if he can delay the monetization by the Forbes types, it's lock. No growth
Anyone have #'s on their Budtender service? An attempt to generate $ or fodder for investors who want something resembling an attempt to keep the lights on. Haven't seen anything filed on the two proposed partnerships. Surely some of you tekkies have some scuttlebutt. I'm not making this stuff up. The only reason I post this drivel is to rebut the derisive comments. They're offering a service for which they're compensated in legal tender. Do you turn a blind eye to seemingly positive events or just unaware? Offering a product or service for sell is the way it starts regardless the merit.
So the release about Diem and New Frontier partnerships w/Msrt is of no consequence?
New Frontier Vid per previous post on Nov. release
Anybody seen this nugget
DENVER, Dec. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- MassRoots, Inc. (MSRT), a leading technology platform in the legal cannabis industry, is pleased to announce the early-stage testing of a new concierge service for cannabis enthusiasts. The service will be available in early December 2017 and marks a new partnership with Diem Cannabis, an Oregon-based dispensary and delivery service. Early tests will be available throughout Portland and nearby Salem, providing delivery customers with a virtual budtender to help them choose the right order for their specific needsMassRoots' new concierge service will allow consumers to speak by phone or text chat with a virtual budtender, ask questions, get recommendations, and verify all information is correct before MassRoots hands the order off to Diem, which will fulfill and deliver the final order to the consumer, accepting payment on delivery. Diem currently accepts cash, debit, and eCheck.
"Diem Cannabis is excited to partner with MassRoots to make ordering cannabis delivery easier," said Diem cofounder and CEO Chris Mitchem. "At Diem we believe that cannabis is for everyone, and this partnership with MassRoots will assist us in our mission to make marijuana easily available to those who need it, with the best prices and selection in Oregon, delivered in an hour or less."
Oregon legalized medical and recreational cannabis delivery in early 2017, but it wasn't until midsummer that licenses were available and delivery services began coming online. While many consumers prefer the convenience of delivery for food and other items, cannabis users have been slower to adopt online ordering, in part because the sheer number of options listed on a dispensary menu can be overwhelming.
"For many new to the cannabis space" said Scott Kveton, CEO of MassRoots, "talking with a knowledgeable budtender at a local dispensary has become a big part of their cannabis education, informing their understanding of what to expect and how best to enjoy cannabis. Online ordering removes that interaction and leaves the customer to educate themselves. Kveton understands this isn't always convenient or enjoyable. "We're excited to fill that gap, the vacancy created in online ordering when details on the product can be incomplete or missing altogether. We're thrilled to provide a complementary service ensuring customers have the best cannabis experience possible,.

Premiere Cannabis Big Data Firm Partners with Largest Cannabis Social Media Platform
WASHINGTON, Nov. 29, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- New Frontier Data, the leading provider of data, analytics and business intelligence in the cannabis industry, and MassRoots, Inc. (MSRT), the largest social media platform in the cannabis space worldwide, have partnered to elevate digital marketing practices and better understand social consumer behavior at a pivotal time in the cannabis industry
Platform will generate per transaction revenue? So they say.
How about something to validate the banter.
It would seem these joint ventures would come to fruition prior to D-day and would hope they were in excess of business gleaned from current market.
The bigger boom theory pales comparatively.
Still hopeful w/20% of original position
Hope your right, don't have the close ties to her associates like you. She comes across smug but given her background and the fact nobody really knows what will transpire on the Ist in Cal., I'd be hesitant to bet her research would be easily assimilated.
A service involving the fed, i.e. procuring a liquor license, is not unlike what Cal. is facing. A joint venture w/the fed. Assistance is avail. thru myriad entities, bondsmen, attorneys, and various other 'professionals'. It is in comparison a much simpler process but not dissimilar. Based on years of statistical data, license are granted in a timely manner to not at all. Not incumbent on applicant rather process/bureaucracy
I agree w/Green Dragon on several issues. Until the financial ins. are willing to monetize the fortune 500 companies of dope it will be a tedious process.
The Canna Regs debaucle will come back to haunt them. The pres and ceo is a very intuitive lady and destined to become a giant in the industry. For years I was part of a Fed regulated industry similar to this and can assure you...you better have your sht together if your gonna be a player. For whatever reason she was desirous of a merger. She felt the move was perfect for both....I hear your 12mil. rebuttal. Only it wasn't 12 mil. closer to 9 and more cap. from her end post merger. Forget about the Fed/State regulatory nightmare...nearly 300 geo. divisions in Cal. alone that differ as to compliance, b4 the Fed. Listening to her in several round robins I'm convinced it'll b a nite mare at best. She's done her homework and feels few others have...
In the end Msrt will hit the nasdaq one day and rev split at a ratio you couldn't conceive. This is where it gets tough, how long u willin to hold 10 shares trading at 10k @. Kinda puts a damper on things for awhile. People are hesitant to pay 1k for what was .10 a week ago, regardless the value and the price starts to erode. GNC was a good example
'Besides the lack of revenue, MassRoots was questioned recently about stock promotion (which it denied) and the company completed a private placement deal in August that raised $950,000 in which the note must be repaid in six months or the company will have to give the noteholder 500,000 shares.'
Beyond speculative
Regardless his rep he gets a vote. Assuming press release 'active' referenced the former action.
I thought TBoone was shiftiest (sounds like) but may have to reconsider.
Still no revenue stream or model or guess. I.D. still active board member, woulldn't want him to miss any perks.
Day 1 Business 101....Class, decide, are you going to provide a service or product?
Thinking of cutting my losses b4 stock is cannon fodder.
Wouldn't a copy of his cc statement make the Ny top ten.
ATM....2:03 a.m 1,500.00 Binion's

Clandestine from day one, everyone knew the deal was 3X prudent. Depends on the board and how it shakes out... as 4 MR VP regardless the $$, only way out? Boils down to ....the kids use investor money and learn to count to 21 or make an effort to become titans of bidnezz
Two articles, not self promotion, alluded to a major stockholder that remained anon directing or having knowledge of the coup. Me thinks Snoop has visions of Zimmerman. Dope Warehouse.
Seriously, out of the ashes arose a lean mean regulatory based comp. ready to take Cal. headon w/a sharp female ceo and some rap money.
I do have a vested interest and would like 2c an honest effort via Canna.
Trustworthy CEO....perhaps
He needs to keep his visits to Wyn's on the down low. I have no prob w/him gaming, with the current company finances in dire straits it might give potential investors cause for concern. I am amazed at it's resilience and will sell short until things change
In on the conference call is no easy feat, followed several investor relation links to fodder. Not reassuring, no warm fuzzy feeling at it's conclusion.
Too lazy to work, too nervous to steal is the take I got.
Unfortunately I have a vested interest in this fire drill. Due diligence called that 4 a reason. Simply ....Howdy is touting the market in Cal. as the panacea, alluding to the huge potential. If that is the panacea, deductively we can look to their current market share from the current 3 state realm. How much has their crack sales force garnered of the pie. Eehh
He can''t hang at Wyn's where he has 'no business' being to begin with.
Dietrich is a cross between TBoone and Howdy Doody.
Speculative information? ..... CEO apprised by SEC promotional company not one listed in filing.
There are two types of SEC investigations. The first is the informal investigation, also called a Matter Under Inquiry (“MUI”). The second is the formal investigation. Sometimes “informal” is a first stage on the way to a “formal” inquiry. In both cases, information exchanged between the SEC and the company is confidential, and the investigation itself is not made public.
