BINGO! You are so right!!
Steven Berman might me in cuffs again!!!!
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2014/34-73167.pdf
It's a myth that anyone wants cheaper shares of this thing. I sold this stock and got attacked for doing so, was prepared to walk away and not say a thing...but when I get punched I punch back, and there is a TON OF NEGATIVE DD about this thing...so this is now my project, to watch its complete destruction.
They had a Ford PR ready for today, but Steve knows that the heat is on, and that he has already pushed this a little too far. 18 months in club Fed is no picnic, kick a guys ass on the first day and you'll be fine, but I don't think Steve did that. I think he became someone's bitch.
Were you able to pull up a picture of him on Linkedin? I have a mug shot of the Steven Berman who was CEO of China Wi-Max:
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2014/34-73167.pdf
However, I will not post the pic until I can independently verify a current picture of the CEO of On4. If I post the mug shot now, one of his minions will simply put out a differen't pic and claim that it is not him. Interesting stuff you found. Hats off. Great DD.
Some? This stock doesn't move without news. And it is quickly becoming a problem. You're down after what should have been a great PR for you. Either it's heavy dilution, or no one thinks the CEOs words mean much. In fact, at this rate, the more he PRs, the less people will believe him. Einstein LOL WHAT'S NEXT? IS HE GOING TO HIRE TESLA?
Spoken like a real man of genius. You should be in a bud light commercial.
It's called dilution. ONCI DUMP truck is backed up to the cesspool and it's dumping heavy. That's why the "share reduction" is a joke. There's two types here, those that are ignorant, and those that are in on it.
Wow. Impressive so they might ID an actual place where they have a "contract?" Or is this just a deflection from the fact that Ford will never happen? TIA
You rarely see this, a dual pump failure. Looks like the dynamic duo of Steve Berman and Scamouse are probing deeper for new lows. Enjoy.
GOOD FOR YOU!!!! If that last PR did this, just think what the next one will do.
So you are saying that they have cleverly or mistakenly posted projected revenues as actual revenues? That's troublesome to say the least. Seems like no one is buying yesterday's PR, maybe the Ford one will give this a boost, but Steve has to be very very careful how he words this next one...I'll bet he's burning the midnight oil, polishing his rough draft.
Then post his pic to the board. It's not on LinkedIn. And then we can clear this matter up once and for all. Lots of doubts about this guy too many coincidences.
https://www.timothysykes.com/blog/yes-99-of-otcbb-pink-sheet-stocks-stocks-under-5-are-scams-schemes-frauds/
I have Steve Berman of China Wi-Max's Mug Shot. All I need is a current photo of the On4 CEO and we can put this thing to rest. But until I get a positive ID on the CEO I am not going to release what I have. It seems like he is in hiding.
Anyone who bought high yesterday and got burned by that PR which was designed solely to affect the short term price of the stock should complalin to the SEC. That's called stock manipulation. Notice how they dumped it right after "the news." Classic scamming. It was pumpers on this board that dumped as you bought.
There is no proof out there that this is not the Steve Berman in question. NONE. https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2014/34-73167.pdf
All you have to do is produce a picture and he won't even do that, Why?
Well according to the mathematics there are 107 Steve Bermans in the United States. This Steve happens to have addresses in both OH and NY, and is in his 50s. Your Steve Berman is from NY and also in his 50s. Both have been CEOs of penny stock companies. What are the odds?
Divide 107 by total US Population, then break it down into Steve Bermans in the same business of the same age. https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2014/34-73167.pdf
Unless ONCI is validated by Ford in a PR, anything ONCI tweets out about their meeting with Ford will be seen as absolutely less than 100 percent true by the investing public. You had a nice bounce there at the end yesterday, after a massive PR, but then it crashed back down almost to where it was at the start of the day. What does that tell you? "LONGS" sold the news. They took quick profit on what they know now is a slow ride down to the bottom.
$ONCI Steve Berman, squeaky clean
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2014/34-73167.pdf
Good News!!!
I have obtained the mug shot of the Steve Berman in question for this case:
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2014/34-73167.pdf
However I will not release it until I can obtain a current picture of ONCIs Steve Berman in which to compare it to.
Does anyone have a current pic of this company's CEO? Very hard to find for some reason.
What if the news is sub par? With all the talk of anything being under two cents a "cheapie" how come a WHALE isnt scooping up that tiny ask of half a million shares at .0163? Because they're gone now that's why.
All that states is where he allegedly was in 1994. It looks like he had a clever lawyer that helped lay tracks so he could start working again as soon as he got off parole. Nice. Smart guys like Berman are always thinking down the road.
Isn't it AMAZING???!!!
How stupid of anyone to make a mistake.
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2014/34-73167.pdf
Both Steve Bermans were penny stock CEOs for communication companies.
What are the odds? Both in their 50s. Both from NY. But you have something better than a link, you have posted words. Way better.
Yeah, but everything has been cleared up now!!!
Also Trader53 says it's a STRONG BUY and he's never ever been wrong about anything.
There was some confusion that Berman himself might have had a past criminal history.
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2014/34-73167.pdf
But that Steve Berman ran a company called China Wi-Max Communications
This Steve Berman runs a company called ON4 Communications
All confusion has been cleared up. Both men are in their 50s with NY ties.
On ward and upward!!!! $ONCI
it should stop gushing now. I think there was some confusion about that CEO having past problems. I think he was accused of running a scam, but that's all cleared up now.
There was a Steve Berman of China Wi-Max Communications
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2014/34-73167.pdf
There IS a Steve Berman of On4 Communications. See the difference?
There's no way Steve would associate himself with anything that was not squeaky clean. Everyone is totally sure of that now!!!!! $ONCI
No confusion anymore let me explain:
Both guys are in their 50s with ties to New York. Both guys are/were CEOs of pennystock communication companies. Both have the same name.
There are a massive amount of Steve Bermans in the USA- 107 to be exact.
Now divide that by the total population of the USA which is about 325,000,000
So you get .00000033 Steve Bermans per capita. Now divide that by 2 for the number of guys named Steve Berman in their 50s.
SO NO WAY THERE SHOULD BE ANY CONFUSION! I GET IT NOW!!! NO CONFUSION ANYMORE 2+2=5
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2014/34-73167.pdf
$ONCI Steve Berman ID cleared up!!!
One Steve was CEO for China Wi-Max Communications
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2014/34-73167.pdf
Another Steve is CEO for On4 Communications
Both CEOs are in their 50s. Both are named Steve Berman. Both are/were CEOs of Communication companies.
I hope this clears everything up!!!!
How many penny stock companies are going to put out PRs that their CEO just went to prison? This companies tell you what you want to hear. Just because he was still listed as CEO doesn't mean he wasn't in prison. Show us his activity for that so called company during that time
On4 Communications also has a similar sounding to China Wi-Max Communications. But there are lots of penny stock communication companies just like there are lots of Steve Bermans.
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2014/34-73167.pdf
He wasn't in prison until July of 2013, and he has been erased from that ticker.
Post the side by side of the two Steve Bermans. The one who went to prison for 18 months for attempting to start a penny stock scam and the Steve Berman who is running this penny stock company. Just because someone has gone to prison doesn't mean their career is over. America is all about giving people second chances. But your statement that "there are 107 Steve Bermans in the USA" is not a good argument. Take our population of 325,000,000 and divide it into 107, and there is your percentage of Steve Bermans. Now narrow it down even further by breaking it down into Steve Bermans in their 50s who have been Penny Stock CEOs.
How do you know it is not him? Do the math. How many Steve Bermans are there out there that are of the same age and have lived in the same places and each work in the penny stock industry? Listen, after reading the charges against Steve Berman and seeing that he did 18 months for it, I think it was pretty damn steep considering that he never even actually got the scam up and running. All he did was pay for play as far as I can see. Seems to be a common thing in this industry. Look, it is very simple for Steve to clear this up. I'm not saying it is definitely him, but seriously, what are the odds. It really sucks for Steve Berman of ON4, but even if it is I don't think it should kill his ability to run the company if he comes clean and explains himself. That's all.
Here's Steve Berman with Ohio address as well as NY:
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2014/34-73167.pdf
It was a real penny stock scam. Odds of 2 Steve Bermans working in penny stocks? My guess is about one in a million, but like the guy in Dumb and Dumber said, "so you mean there's a chance?"
Yeah, there's a chance it's not him.
Everything you posted is legit. I have no pm. I'm having trouble finding a current regular pic of Berman in the free world, and that in itself is suspicious. The odds of two Steve Bermans of about the same age working in the same penny stock world are astronomical. FEDs under Obama passed a law making it difficult to get mug shots, but I will explore all avenues. IMO Berman did actually work for YES as well as Time Warner. I don't doubt that. I think after getting laid off he went on a downward spiral and became involved with the penny stock underworld. Just MY OPINION at this moment, based on the evidence that I have before me. If anyone can provide a current picture of Steve, that would be very helpful. Thanks
I found a Steven Berman of the same age that lived in both Ohio and New York that also has a criminal record:
Anyone willing to pay the fee might be able to pull the mug off this sight, however I am looking into other means. This would be the Steven Berman age 57
https://www.checkpeople.com/landing/people/gc1e/results?aid=1&tid=1&sid=check+people&firstName=Steven&lastName=Berman&city=&state=OH
Here's Steve's Linkedin Resume
https://www.linkedin.com/in/steve-berman-4212b21a
Although there are plenty of PR's about his work with Time Warner Cable and YES, we actually do not see it listed, and I am having trouble confirming or denying his dates of service. Also, it seems that he just pops up with a fresh job as CEO of ON4 in 2016.
The rest of the companies listed are his own creations which can be run out of a home office, or rented office suite. Everything is listed as 2008-9 to present.
So compare the dates of incarceration.
Respondent, age 51, a resident of Hillsboro, Ohio, was the Chief Executive
Officer and President of China Wi-Max Communications, Inc. (“China Wi-Max”). During the
period July 22, 2011 through August 11, 2011, Respondent participated in an offering of China
Wi-Max stock, which is a penny stock. Respondent pleaded guilty on April 12, 2013 to one count
of conspiracy to commit securities fraud in U.S. v. Steven Berman, et al., CR 11-10415-NMG (D.
Mass.), and was sentenced on July 16, 2013 to 18 months’ imprisonment to be followed by 12
months’ supervised release. He was also ordered to pay a fine of $4,000 and to forfeit $16,000.
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2014/34-73167.pdf
How many Steve Berman's are there in the penny stock world? By my calculations, this Berman in question could have served a year and a half from date of incarceration, then completed the one year of probation in time to open up shop at ON4.
I'M WORKING ON OBTAINING MUG SHOTS, DON'T WORRY IF HE'S CLEAN WE'LL FIND OUT.
Exactly right. There are some missing periods of time on Berman's resume. It's funny, people are wondering how such a legit player like Steve would get hooked up with the known crooks over on that other thing.
Are you sure?
Here's what I found https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2014/34-73167.pdf
This ride is over
Dark Pool!!!! Nice one man. Yeah, let's start some digging here. Maybe let's start with the contracts that no one can find, then maybe the promised "share reduction" from a year ago, or maybe the product itself which now looks like it might have FCC issues.
