It’s crazy right we nearly seen a full penny spread. Folks are worrried we won’t have a strategic buyer? I think they should be worried that they don’t have enough shares. Who’s going to liquidate a brand new plant capable of producing at the levels it is for the current price. It’s like me selling a two year old Ferrari California for less than I bought it for just so you can go sell it for parts. The value in this plant alone is unheralded. We should see multiple strategic buyers and I think truly a blowout bid. So they don’t have to deal with BioAmber board even considering anyone else.

Correct why would BIOA board of directors ever relinquish 51% of the company? Seems incredibly fooling especially if many are already holding commons as part of vesting schedules. Eventually they are relinquishing their board seats if they ever gave up 51%

Highly doubt over 51% of the companies shares are available for purchase via the commons and if they are the. Top insiders who hold commons would have even more interest in making sure the commons arnt canceled. Seems silly to suggest...
