Lol that would be a miracle.
Doing what they do best, sell shares.
So HAON went from promising no further dilution to diluting further. Nice how that works.
395 million shares on the ask, holy crap we aren't moving from the 2's or the 1's for a long ass time.
I'm leaning towards acquisition. HOPP didn't cost this much, so it must be something bigger.
They are brave for increasing AS while hosting a shareholder conference call next month. They must have an acquisition in their pocket, because I don't see any other reason for them to openly talk with shareholders about up-listings & buy backs when they pull this crap.
Woot Woot somebody bought 1000 of my shares at 0004. Bizarre
Dumb as it was for me to buy into the hype, I do think it will pay off by the end of the year, HOPP is going to start making some good money for HAON.
Probably. Just very hard to be patient with this company.
Nice 8 mill buy on 2's
Wowzas 9.7 billion float
I agree that they unfairly hyped things up, but to be fair those shares were cashed in so that they could acquire HOPP, without them HAON would be worth nothing at all. If this is all the dilution that’s left, and HOPP churns profits, this can still be a winner, but only time will tell at this point.
Like I said before, it'll take an impressive quarterly after all this moving to get the share price moving. There's really no excuse now for lack of profit, they've slimmed expenditures and even landed a big client. If they're still showing no money then this is a load of horse shit.
Not posted officially, it's all speculation. HAON/HOPP doesn't want to release the name for fear of competitors hearing about it.
Yay closed 3's. Wonder where all this buying pressure came from. Wonder if we'll start taking down the 600 mil wall of 3's tomorrow
I'm still showing 3 billion on the bid.
Lol totally headed to no-bid, only got 3 billion on the BID for 1's . /sarcasm
Where the hell are these 2's coming from? Every time someone buys a 2, another pops up
It's really going to take a good quarterly, there's no excuse for the next one, they've trimmed the rent down, they claim they'll have way more HOPP money to buy-back shares, this float has to get dropped down or it'll never pass 3's.
I see a lot of 2's got wiped out. Now a hell of a mountain to get thru the 3's.
Sudden pump today, I wont complain, hope it doesn't come crashing down a week later.
The news and financials was absolutely shit, but it was to be expected with the move earlier this year. A positive is that the revenues/income will only continue to increase as they moved out of that old location beginning of this month. It would be retarded for me to bail at this point. Unless of course they decide to increase authorized shares, then its a real flim-flam sham!
Can't wait to see the Quarterly this time around, maybe they bought 8 million shares back this time? Lol I'm just kidding. Low volume lately, something is brewing potentially here.
What tells you that its going to leave triples?
Pumpers bought up the cheapies yesterday, next pump is coming when the quarterly hits, and then dumpage.
That was back when the float was under 4 billion, now it has been diluted to 7.5 billion. Are they really saying that to this day, majority of the shares is still retail? This stock can hardly move at all, how can they say they have a good float?
Welcome back. Hoping for a rebound here!
Nice 4.5 Mill hit on the 2's . Only showing 3.6 mill left on 2's and lots of 3's coming
Average volume is falling (30 day) to 150 million, meaning at best HAON can only buy back up to 37 million (based on their buyback rules). At the rate volume is falling, they won't be able to buy back anything significant. Oh well I guess. Big lesson learned here with this stock
Excellent video definetely due for a pop!
I agree, as horrific as this share price is, they're cutting expenses and making more $$. Not going to cash out what amounts to practically nothing at this point Lol. Could've picked a better stock but at least I know what i'm dealing with now.
Lol what are they talking about, there's nothing recent filed
I feel stupid, finally noticed that OTCmarkets posts the 30 day volume for tickers. For HAON it's at 157 million, 25% (according to blackout) is about 39 million shares, meaning HAON can only buy up to that amount per day. With the amount of dilution they're doing makes you wonder if they can possibly buy enough shares to make a difference?
Imminent failure Lol
Lmao. I put in a bid for 4 million at 2's hasn't budged yet. Gonna let it ride all week see if I can score some 2's hopefully.
From reading over the annual report, without HOPP, HAON would be practically worthless. For the small time that they have taken over HOPP, it has created a lot of net income for them. Unless there's more bad news coming down the pipe, they are going to have a great year. Worth holding on longer. The daily stock chart sucks ass, but for a trip stock, it seems to be promising.
Has anybody here gotten 2's today or this week?
Here we go again. Float is up another billion, outstanding up another 800 million. Acquisitions? Deceit? Who the hell knows..

Yikes that 1.3 billion bid came down to 500 mill, and 500 mill on the ask. Gonna keep on holding, no point in bailing now.
I like that PR from DRWN, 110 million shares repurchased. Come on HAON lets start showing some legitimate buyback numbers!
As long as its not further dilution I think we'll be ok
