Aeternus, I dont think the longs went anywhere
They are just letting you bashers think that you are winning the game, as we buy up more.....cause its a awesome chance this will run back up in anticipation of the rollout anouncement.
been buying here since .0023 added more today at a good price...thanks to all the bashers and fluff PRs that drive this down.
How can you watch ARCA and say MM's are not playing?
When you buy back in, change your username here, so that we dont clutter up the board poking fun at you....oops sorry, you already had that idea.
Aeternus, yes sell your shares to me as the MM's play games. Would you like me to kick you later, or would like to reserve the honors?
GZFX seems to be great for kids. My kids already have all the neighbor kids sold on it. Wouldnt it be a great thing to have as a school fund raiser to sell GZFX subscriptions, as every kid I know is a game freak. Better than schools selling maganzines, wraping paper, and candy for holiday fund raising. Imagine the subscriptions one school alone could pump out of a fund raiser, with the top sellers getting free subs.
Boy us back seat drivers have some good ideas...dam I wish we could drive..just a little.
Goldman, not 100% sure, just remembering what the scottrade guy threw at me when I signed up......afterall I like playing the Crap table and I dont know shiit about that game either..lol
Goldman, I think the thing most people miss is that you need to have a margin account to do this. Although they are not "marginable stocks", by signing the margin agreement, it allows you to buy/sell with uncleared funds.
Call me a sucker ....but I am all in....watchin too much Texas Holdum on TV....Go GZFX
Does everyone else recieve thier recieve their movies from gzfx with regular stamps on the postage? No metered mail?
the only reason I can come up with is that maybe the execs at CC have thier buddies buying into GZFX, why else keep the story "hush, hush" to the rest of the CC managers who are obviously gonna be hit with some questions. Is a little memo to CC managers too much preparation to ask for?...must of been planed that way.
This has been my opinion since shortly after the news release of the CC deal. Trying to fish for any other possible reasons as the only other I can think of is they are idiots...which I think is a only a slight chance.
I agree they already know they are going to push it nationwide, so why not at least a memo to all CC managers that says "hey we are testing a new product that may be coming to you, this is what it is all about, so we look professional when someone ask about a product in our nationaly publicated ad". Would be interesting to now exactly how many managers at non participating CC stores have a clue.
By the way, if all parties where doing everything right, to the pleasing of all shareholders....then the stock price would be higher. So of course, I am here to own a piece of a company that has awesome potential, but not doing everything right (or at least not the way I would do it..lol) in hopes that when all the acts shape up then the stock price will to. Potential can be hard to find, getting your act together can be a quick fix.
Someone please explain any darn possible reason why CC would publish a national ad without making sure all thier stores where informed of a new product.
My games are coming faster than my movies, I think they are better geared for the game market right now. My son thinks the game service is great, and for the cost of one game rental at BB I get a whole month at gzfx.
"Buy Confirmed" posted by Americanbulls.com for GZFX today.
Yes simple, after researching I have concluded it is about as accurate as one of those 8 Ball guessing gizmos.
billy, I jumped to a conclusion...given the info that goingup11 posted. I am still reading through the "wacky" system that site uses....something about averages from thier toolbar users?
Good to see page views going up at 36K....but
I own a company that gets about 830,000 views weekly. That equates to about $6 mil in annual sales.....so I think its going to take a little while.
Just thought I'd put that 36,000 views in perspective for ya.
its on my way to work. I will take a pic with my cell phone camera on the way home.
ooooh., now you like me?
Maybe I'll will take pics on my way home.
display was still in progress. It was on a End cap by the cashier. I liked the spot. I imagine it will be fully set up by days end.
went to buffalo store, saw promo there!!!!
Americanbulls.com posted a "buy confirmed" recommendation today.
And its on there main page as stock to watch!!!! Tomorrow shall be grand.
Todays action should take american bulls recomendation from a "buy-if" to a "buy confirmed" for tomorrow. Tomorrow should be a great day.
Buy-if posted on Americanbulls for gzfx today.
if arca shows a "0" size does that mean they have a little, or some or none or just a typo???
I bet the guys there own a few shares themselves.
I'll join if you promise not to let nobsok in here...lol
thanks xanadu...now i see.
wasn't a sticking point as I dont see it such a big deal with everything else going on. I do think that the PR could be handled a bit better on that one though.
I am holding my shares but....
can someone give me one possible good reason why they would withold the number of shares outstanding?
why are O/S and # of subs such trade secrets here????
Panic everyone…so I can buy your shares cheaper. Like this isn’t going to run up next week..daaaa.
thanks marty,
glad to see intelligent life does exist here.
Added 200,000 shares today. Thanks weaklings.
johnny, you where partially right. I went back and searched by title and they had 1 of the 2 new releases that I just rented from walletbusters. I guess the problem that I had as a consumer was that when sorting by "date added" I was thinking that coincided with "date released" which is what I look at on the board when I rent movies from a store. The new release section was too cluttered with too many titles to find anything “new & big” quickly. Doesn’t matter to me as an investor as I am betting more on the games aspect of the business plan.
Games is where its at.
Looking through the gzfx website, not too impressed with the movie selection. But they did have all the hot games that my kids wanted. Given that I just paid $7.99 to rent a game from walletbuster I think that gzfx will do well. Waiting to sign up at CC.
I took a casual survey at work...mostly 20 to 28 yr olds. None of them knew of gzfx but now they are all excited for the games....not a game buff myself but this seems to be the trend for the age group...grow up already...lol. Most of them frequent CC so this should go huge. I think that the guys I asked gotta be a good percentage of the typical CC consumer.
high ranking takes little money. It takes some basics. Website promoters want you to think that the more you spend with them the higher you will get...wrong...well sometimes, but it can be done with 10 to 20 man hours.
Frankie, my point was that gzfx needs to do at least some basic fix ups to the website and this alone could easily jack #'s of sub.
aparently Netflix (see below) agrees with the basic concept of website design that meta tags and keyword tags in the website code are needed.
here is the breakdown, you can see this by going to a website, right clicking on the home page and then hit view source.
In the netflix code (this is missing on the gzfx code):
<meta name="description" content="Netflix: Signup - - Rent as many DVDs as you want for just $18/month. Over 50,000 titles from classics to new releases. Free, fast shipping both ways. No late fees ever.">
These are the keywords that netflix has in thier code (oops gzfx doesnt have any in the code:
<meta name="keywords" content="dvd, dvd rental, dvd rent, movie rent, movie rental, movie rental online, online dvd rental, video rental, online video rental, rent movie, dvd club, Netflix, netflicks, net flix, net-flicks, net flicks, netflex, netflixs, netfilx, netflix, wwwnetflix.com, netflix, netflix.com, netflicks, net flix, netflicks, www/netflix.com, www.netflicks.com, Net Flix, net-flicks, Net Flicks, netflex">
here is the title line in the netflix code (dont worry gzfx has that...wow we at least we have one basic)
<title>Netflix: Signup - - Rent DVDs Online - Try Free</title>
you dont have to know craaaaap about web design to see that having all the basics would immediately improve search engine ranking and hence sales.
Frankie, didnt mean to get ya heated. Just laying down some facts...oooops maybe this isnt the place to do that...lol.
Maybe you should:
Buy a book on basic website design, buy a $200 microsoft frontpage website design program, start up a web based company doing the web design and advertising yourself and hit $6 mil in sales in 5 years........oh wait I already did that. Sorry dont know what I am talking about.
Wake up Frankie. Not having the website code set up with basics such as keywords and meta tags listed is like trying to sell a book in a book store without putting the title on the cover.
Free advertising on CC website is worth more than most think. I checked the cost per click program (you must have a google advertising account to do this) to advertise on google for the terms "game rental" and "dvd rental". Game rental cost per click was $4.69 to be on top of paid advertiser list for the term "game rental" and $9.95 for "dvd rental"....wow. That is the highest cost per click for any term that I have come across. These advertising cost are normally $0.10 to $1.00 per click for most search terms on google.
Bet any company caught up in these high cost per clicks would die for a chance at being on CC site for "free" like gzfx has.
