Your posts have been the most insightful statements made on this board, in months. How can you not doubt this company....everything they've promised have not come to fruition. They've talked about a dividend for many months; they've acted like the sale of their company was imminent; they claim to be sitting on a fortune of gold, (only to make a counter claim on a 38 cent offer to 55 cents). These Russian pinks are either the most inept companies, or they are the biggest 'scheisters' you can find. I guess the third possibility is that I'm a huge sucker for buying into this company.

How can a company that has accepted an offer for 55 cents be selling for 6 cents? Any answer someone can give me would be about as smart as 'spitting into the wind'.

It's striking how quiet 2C has become of late.

Whoever can't fully understand what you've just blogged just isn't living in reality.

If this all works out in the end, then great for us, but I still will never understand their approach and stance on this.

Otherwise, we've all been taken to the cleaners and anyone who considers a Russian stock in the future is a foolish person looking to get duped!

Unfortunately, those who claim to speak the truth, maybe lying and those who may be lying may ultimately be correct after all. This drama called AURC is pitiful. Where's the dividend, where's the sale, where's the friggin beef???

Something kind of concerns me here. As I read through all these emails applauding Marcg and his DD, why is it that 2C is the only one who seems to not believe it? If he's been touting this stock for years needs to confirm Marc's facts, then perhaps 2C never had the inside knowledge we've all come to trust.

I only count on others DD because I'm not nearlt as astute and don't really have the time, but I read many of these posts and something seems to be a little shocking.

If I was telling you all along that I'm inheriting aa million dollars from Joe, and someone said that his friend spoke to Joe and confirmed this as a fact, then why would I demand to know the who's involved???

It's hard to not view the Russian economy as crooked. Historically, it has been full of thieves and scams, and there's no way to prosecute for Enron type violations.

We must all wait to find out who's going to be right, the pumpers or the bashers.

All I really understand is that anyone who wants to see this company succeed, reads this board for insight and information, regardless of their insecurity and anxiety. The bashers, on the other hand, really have no point in weighing in, because they have no vested interest in seeing this company pay-off in the end. The only reason I can see them wasting their time is if they are shorting the stock and are desperate to bring it down.

marcg....you've been one of the most bullish folks regarding AURC. Surprising to hear you admitting that it's been a long and suffering road. Just the thought of being burned twice, once with NDOL and now with this is enough to make someone go postal.

You know what doesn't make sense here; is that this is the same company that turned down a $2.17 offer, because it wouldn't have benefitted all investors. Now they want you to believe the stock will be worth $.30 this fall.

This will be the last pink-sheet stock I ever buy. After NWOG and now this, I guess I don't have the stomach for all this suspense.

Wish I felt more confident that AURC will do the right thing and take the offer, because otherwise memories of the NWOG merger, based on Parkin's statement, "it will be better for all the stockholders" will come flooding back.

Having been following this board for some time now, and have been reading the last 30 or so posts today, I've come to the final conclusion that this guy Mgregory is further validation to me that this company is going to be a winner!

Why would this creep be so persistant in trying to save us all from a sucker stock? Why would he continue to try to come to our aid even though everyone on this board wants him to just go away?

It's because he worried, he's short, and he's a con-artist thru and thru.

I plan to skip over anything he says, because this scoundrel is akin to a pestilence and a virulent disease.

Those are very promising words coming from, what I've read on this board, a real scam artist.

We need information from credible sources and I'm sure this stock will start going to 'where' we are all holding out hope for.

Marcg....the only way to chase the bashers from this site is for Aurc to give us news, back up what they say or promise, and for this company's stock price to get back up to where it once was...around 40 cents.

If that was the case, then everyone would find their (bashers) "sky is falling" mentality humorous instead of unnerving.

I'm someone who bought $50,000 of NDOL at $1.30, thinking it was headed north of $2.17, only to sell out at .10 cents and buy Aurc at .17 cents.

I'm not a basher, and I obviously don't even know how to do adequate DD, but I'm more than spooked that I've been duped, suckered, and hosed by these Russians.

Why would someone be bailing out for pennies if they have inside info that this company is for real? Why wouldn't Parkin sell a company (NDOL) for $2.17 per share instead of merging a company which now reflects a share value of .05 cents?

How does the bashing by mgregoryh hurt a quality company with real revenue and value? Why is that everyone is so annoyed with this guy, if what he is proposing is so absurd? Isn't it synonymous to someone yelling in the wind and no one can hear them?

If this company is legit and is destined to be a 100 bagger or more, then why is it that everyone is trying to freeze out this blowhard full of hot air?

Everyone feels nervous about these pinkies. I had a ton of NWOG and swapped it over for AURC. Now I'm not sure which, if either is going to move north.

However, in the end, we all need facts and not mere speculation, up or down, as to what is going on with this company. Why would a company with all this promise keep losing stock value?

I agree that the bashers are a waste of time, but pumpers are right there with them. As long as 2C and others can get their hand on the facts, I'm in for the long run. I'm sorry I have no experience or idea on how to figure out what the heck these Ruskies are up to.

With NWOG at 4 cents and AURC stuck in the single digits, inspite of their dividend (where is it?), how can anyone not wonder if we've been suckered. Every promise of something big with these 2 companies never seems to materialize. Chasing the Natural away, won't make our dreams of financial success come true. These companies need and must get out of the pink sheets, or they will never give us peace.

Marcg, I'm with you in terms of feeling some angst. I know you follow the charts and this one might be breaking down, but anyone who has held on to this even when it hit its highs back in April, aren't about to sell their shares at a lousy .19 per share.

I guess I'm going to join you and drink some tea, but I still think it's disingenuous for some of the others not to understand that many have rolled a sizable portion of their portfolio into a stock which is starting to feel like it was hyped. I guess we have no choice but to still back and wait for the darn ship to come in.

You need to call some folks who were left out in the cold and screwed by working for Enron, or who owned shares of Global Crossing, Covad etc. Do you know how many securities exchange claims forms I've been mailed over the past 5 years?

This is a buyers beware world we live in (caveat emptor), and everyone who know remotely about 'pinks' knows that SEC is not going to bail us out of this one.

I know you're still bullish, so just hang in there and be patient. Otherwise you're going to start to sound like me.

I own 2 stocks and they are NDOL and AURC. Everything else I have is in mutual funds. Unfortunately, I was buying $50K of NDOL at $1.30 instead of being able to buy it now for less than a sixth of that. I'm afraid to invest more in this stock even if I think I might regret it someday, because I've been a fool too long and never learned "when to hold them, when to fold them, when to walk away, and when to run".....

It sucks having no timing....

I think if you read my diatribe closely, you'll see that I claimed there is a difference between consistancy and honesty. I didn't state that Parkin isn't an honest and good man, who very well could be on the verge of making all of us wealthier. Just that up until now, some of his proclamations have ringed more than a little hollow. I agree that he doesn't owe us any explanations, and that his time is better spent on making this company a blockbuster. However, I haven't figure out for myself, if I'm going to be the sucker, like I was with stocks like Global Crossing, Connexant, Covad, and on and on.

I really hope that all my angst and worrying turns out to have been a big waste of energy and time. Then I will send a public reply to all apologizing for being such a "bleeping" distraction.

BTW, I might even consider buying a Benz...

There is a difference between consistancy and honesty. We all agree it was nice to hear that Parkin used the same expression to report on the potential future of NDOL, which we agree is consistancy.

Honesty, on the other hand, is based on whether what we're hearing is going to be valid and realistic. Didn't he tell us that the merger ultimately would work for the better of it's stock holders? Since then we've had a 83% drop in it's price. Didn't Parkin report something about the stock going OTC back in the early summer? No news about that event happening even remotely soon. Didn't Parkin report something big was happening in August? Tomorrow is September 1st.

If even one of his promises comes true, then my anxiety will be appeased, but until then I'm going to feel a little like I've been taken for a fool.

I use my handle to add some humor while expressing my thoughts, and I've never communicated on any other board than this NDOL board.

My bro turned me onto NDOL and AURC and during the stock's rise to $1.50+ he turned a lot of heads and got his just due from family and friends. I've been way to busy to do all the D&D he's done over the past 2 years, but I've got a couple hundred thousand shares of both because I can't imagine this stock is not going to be at least a 10 bagger from this point. Unfortunately, I've already learned the hard way, having once made over a million during the dot com boom, only to see it all dissipate soon thereafter. I'm just praying I didn't miss the opportunity to cash out back in the spring, because I guess I still haven't learned an important lesson; "that it's better to sell too early, than too late". As for my bro, he could have walked away with close to 1.5 mil, but he's holding out for more, as well.

If it ends up I sold too late, I'll need more than trank's and tums to put me at peace and keep the ulcers at bay, and as for my bro, he may need to be heavily sedated for his own protection.

Do I smell a stink coming out of this pink?

We're all getting anxious that maybe we didn't get out while the getting was good. Don't forget; a bull market climbs a wall of worry. Perhaps this great stock is still going to create a wall of worry until we see the real value, not just some presumed, hoped for payoff.

Most 'pinks stink', let's hope everyone's D and D will prove 'We' anxiety driven, spectulation buying, folk' in no need of our benzo's and antacids.
