Fernhill Completes New Look for Roadkill
CARLSBAD, CA--(Marketwired - May 31, 2017) - Fernhill Beverage, Inc. (OTC PINK: FHBC) is pleased to update the public with the progress of the re-design of look for the private label version of their popular kid's drink Roadkill.
As of Friday May 26th, the new look was approved by a major national convenience store chain. Through a collaborative effort between the management of Fernhill Beverage and the buying directors of the retailer, a dynamic and attractive design was agreed upon. The new look is bright, colorful, fun and is what the retailer considers "Family Friendly." The product will be called RK Super. RK Super will be sold in the same attractive bottle as Roadkill. It will also feature the same great flavors as Roadkill. The label, however, will be quite different. RK Super will feature young cartoon characters in "Super Hero" action poses. The characters will be color coordinated to the flavor they represent. The flavors will be "Go Get'em Grape," "Fly'n Fruit Punch," "Rocket Raspberry" and "Awesome Apple."
The new labels will be sent to print this week. Once the labels have been produced, Fernhill Beverage will be scheduling production in Southern California. At that time, Fernhill Beverage will be coordinating delivery of the new look product with its distribution network. Once this is scheduled and finalized, the retailer will formally issue the first of many purchase orders for the product. Both the retailer and Fernhill have verbally agreed on an initial purchase order of 8 containers consisting of a total of 11,500 cases generating $120,960.00 in revenue over 6 weeks. The Company is expecting to complete this process in the next 30 days positioning itself perfectly for the upcoming summer season. Fernhill Beverage will be releasing the name and the locations of the retailer once a formal purchase order has been fulfilled.
Once this process with this particular retailer is completed, Fernhill will be repeating the process with other national retailers. We will be giving them the option of adopting our RK Super label or allowing us to create a new one exclusively for them. With this approach, Fernhill Beverage believes it is positioning the company to quickly be the leader in the youth beverage market.
Reminder, the initial order is to ship the second week in June for the private label.
Forward looking statements are great for the short term. Those traders that are risk adverse and look at the financials (Larger fund managers and such) cannot justify buying and holding. (Forward Looking) Once the next quarter financials come out and show a sizable improvement from last quarter. This stock should see a larger demand in volume. With distribution back online, this should be the catalyst. The new ventures and spin off shares will create more momentum of increased share price. IMO, July/August is when this will explode.

Just an FYI, Forbes has said the CBD Market alone is to grow 700% by 2020. Big Pharma is trying to pickup any and all products related to the CBD Market. This reminds me of when Monster first started in California, but bigger.

I agree. In college, we did something similar with Nestle's white chocolate candy bar in the way of marketing research back in the 80's. They approached the university/class and it became a class project that they used in their promotion and selling of the product.

Larry stated that they are presently setting the stage to incubate/spinoff as an IPO “Hollywood Hair Cutters.” There are currently 3 retail brick and mortar locations being negotiated and they are preparing the necessary paperwork as well to Finra. Larry said that these spinoffs will be fully reporting and audited companies on a higher OTC tier. The stores should begin to open up in the next 3 months. The Company expects to receive similar purchase orders from this customer every 8 to 10 weeks.

FHBC revenue with the private label contracts is to increase it's revenue by 50% immediately with a potential of 100%+ by EOY. Revenue last year was 761,000. This will offset manufacturing cost expenses of Roadkill during production runs. Based on current valuation and low float, easy .02 to .03 range. Not including regular distribution sales already established and increasing.
It dose not necessarily affect PPS. It just locks up the pricing. Expect it to stay at .0015 to .0016 range today and the near future.
Not a good sign. NITE loads small amounts and sells small amounts at the same time getting sellers to sell low, while banking stock from others. This will lock up regular trading. Unless you bid just above him.
Form T filed at end of day for over 500,000 on an equity trade at .018. Should go higher at bell tomorrow.

News came out about private label, easily double revenue by EOY.
I typically don't add to a position after initial investment. It's bad business. But, I've done so today. The sell on the float finally seems to be drying up. Long term and short term return substantially out weight the risk.
I've owned stock in this company since June of 2015. I've received spin off shares in Fernhill Beverage (FHBC) due to a 1 for every 10 of (VGID). With distributor supply chain in place, I can safely say revenue should exceed 4 to 6 million in revenue by EOY, if not more....
