Cover at .034, bull run coming soon, .052 next resistance.
We will see, finding reasonable support at .037 maybe it's time to cover and increase?
20 Million volume in less than 30 minutes with that initial dip was a great short opportunity. Still room to win, I'd buy at .034
Boom, there's the first support dip. Short at .032-.035 is going to pay
If it dips below .037, next support will be between .032-.035
According to Etrade, the outstanding shares is 273.9M with market cap at 11.1M. However the latest filing shows a bit over 3B outsanding shares.
don't think so, this time will be catalyst news!
As bullish as I am on Hemp Inc, a short sell to .032-.035 seems like a good move right now.
As a long term holder of Hemp I can say that is not true. I've been trading HEMP since 2009, and it is the result of the majority of my portfolio today. It allowed me to invest in companies like AMD, QRVO prior to the merger, JBLU, ACBFF, Canopy, ZYNE, and more. Tell me that any long term holder of Hemp is a loser, and I'll call you a fool. I'm still holding a reasonable portion and am green on HEMP still today. If you can't make money on this stock, you should trade elsewhere.
CBIS a scam? what a joke, have you not looked at the government contracts Raymond Dabney has obtained for Cannabis Science, the only scam was believing he would ever follow through with the gift shares!
The worst mistake I ever made was playing fundamental analysis, technical analysis has kept me green in pennies and blue chips. Technical analysis has turned me profit on Cannabis Science and Hemp Inc multiple times. In fact I'm sitting in Green on HEMP now!
Can't find anything to support it unfortunately. Docket says last update 2 hours ago, but shows the last update being the 7th of May. Still it's been tied up for almost two years already, if they had anything substantial we'd here more about it. Things will be good as this has not slowed operations.
Oh yes my large holdings are so scary that I decided to double down on HEMP just recently....whale status is kind of nice!
Henceforth why the extractor is a good investment...this years crop, pending seed, is already stated to be a high CBD crop which means it is intended for extraction.
Gailm I just got off the phone with the NCAG and after speaking with numerous people over there I have determined that NC has one of the most unorganized government bodies in the entire nation...coming from someone who has had interaction with the AG office of around 43 of the 50 states, and being my first interaction directly with the NCAG. I have received an email address to reach out to, and will update the results of my own D&D as information is obtained.
Thanks for providing the phone number and saving me a little bit of time on that end. Let's see what we can dig up.
Motion for litigation was passed by IHC on April 17th the next step is to take it to the state attorney general.
So obviously until that contact is made and paperwork filled it won't be shown on the NCDOJ website.
The stage has been set and if the DEA doesn't budge I am absolutely certain the commission will move forward with this action. Does that mean it will take place in time for the 2017 grow? No. Litigation takes time and if that route is taken we may not see it settled in time for 2018 either, but I doubt the DEA will try to stretch it out that long in this matter.
IHC Commissioner Fen Rascoe voiced his belief that the DEA is intentionally delaying import permits to farmers to run out the clock on this year’s planting season at the body’s April 17 meeting.
“It’s clear to me. They’re [the DEA] just trying to delay it. We’ve got $200,000 worth of seed sitting in Italy that the commission paid for and it’s just gonna sit there. I mean, if [the DEA] said yes today, we’re not looking at getting [the seed] here in time to plant. We should be planting right now,” said Roscoe.
While growers who had planned to import seed from other countries haven’t received the needed import permit from the DEA, those who intended to get seed or plants from other states haven’t gotten the nod from the IHC. That’s because the state commission has hesitated to directly challenge the DEA’s position on interstate transport of the growing stock.
At the April 17 meeting, commissioners held a closed session to hear counsel from the body’s attorney. Upon returning to the public forum, Rascoe moved to request a temporary restraining order against the DEA’s delay of import permits for hemp seeds and the agency’s objections to interstate seed and plant transfer.
After commission Chair Tom Melton called for a vote and the motion passed in favor of litigation against the DEA, he noted that the next step would be to contact the state attorney general.

My facts aren't wrong. I'm not saying it will happen, I'm not saying it won't happen, I'm saying the stage is being set for it to happen.
$200k in seed waiting import and on April 17 the motion was passed by the commission in favor of litigation against the DEA. Either you are uninformed or ignorant
Who remembers the big 4 as of October 2012? I do...top 4 Cannabis related companies were listed as MJNA, HEMP, RFMK, and PHOT. 3 of these stocks still have large trading volumes daily. 2 of these companies were founded by the same person and still are two of the most common place names in the industry...anybody care to fill in the rest?
So there is a minimal amount of CBD in the seed, so you're right...it would be a waste of the seed to extract the oil from it, although this is the only official loophole to providing a 50 state legal product. However, there has been no official crackdown on CBD products that are not processed from the seed but rather the stalk and leaves. The shock to me here is that many of the current CBD products on the market actually test out above federal restrictions for THC. Again the DEA is aware of this but is yet to take any action.
Moving past that though as panzer mentioned there is not time to grow for fiber. This is acceptable with the purchase of the extractor as there is still time to grow a shorter crop designed for oil and seed. This would be a quick harvest crop and allow for a farmer to utilize his own seed after the first harvest. Not a bad backup plan, pending NC can get seed in the ground in 5 weeks or less.
How much experience do all of you have in the cannabis or hemp Industry. Myself, 15 years as a user, and about 10 years as an activist and informist.
Fact is that there is $200,000 worth of seed waiting to be imported from Italy. The DEA is literally the only thing delaying the next move forward in North Carolina, and now that there is confirmation that at least one of the farmers HEMP Inc has been in negotiations with has a permit, HEMP is ready, and Bruce will see this through. People talk like delays are bad, well inherently that is true, in established markets. As we are dealing with an Industry that is slowly being deregulated, I fully expect the delays.
All the more reason the extractor was a good investment. They may not be able to get to a point of processing for fiber "if" they get the seed. And I'll give you the "if" simply because of the actions of the DEA currently. However they can get to a point of being able to extract CBD. The extractor is more beneficial in the medical and recreational side of the Industry but will still have use in the Industrial side.
I've personally met and spoken with Bruce and he's not the type of guy who particularly answers questions on demand. On the other hand he has the fire to see all the negativity through and make this happen just as Steve Jobs did with Apple.
Yes I just said Bruce Perlowin and Hemp could become the next Steve Jobs and Apple.
Not saying it will happen, but the doors are certainly not closed yet.
"accessed a permit" that doesn't mean HEMP inc themselves applied or received one. That simply was a confirmation that they had access to one. That means one of the farmers who has been in negotiations with IHM LLC a wholly owned subsidiary of HEMP Inc has obtained licensing to grow. Furthermore there is seed, however, it is still awaiting special permit to enter the states. In the meantime the Industrial hemp commission in North Carolina is ramping up to open suit against the DEA for preventing economic growth and stability, NC is taking it to the attorney general.
My facts aren't wrong, you just don't understand how the process is taking place.
Except Panzer, Hemp under the right conditions can be taken from seed to harvest in 90 days. There's about a 5 week window remaining to have seed in the ground to make harvest, aside from that planting already live plants has been discussed by some farmers in North Carolina. That option solidifies a 5 week window still available, any later than that and there will be no Hemp for NC this year.
Hemp Inc accessed a permit "The company is working to get their hemp seed into North Carolina so that the first hemp crop can be planted in the next few weeks." MarketWired April 26th 2017.
Yes let the market do the talking...Sure the price chart looks bad, but look at that volume increase. They attracted new investors and have substantially increased attention to what they are doing. Which means more attention to the industry. On the larger end they are working with farmers all over the US.
Based on deep digging; 22 applications were reviewed 16 applicants we're in group 1 for approval as the seed supply would come from international suppliers (legal according to the DEA) and the 6 tabled for further review intended to source their seed from within the US (currently illegal) North Carolina was waiting further clarification from the DEA before approving or denying said applicants.
