Someones bitter! Lol
I did not ask if anyone wanted them, and my buddy had his daughter couple weeks ago, of which I bought the diapers for. He likes them so far and said he will order more.
Well played move by CEO. Raise authorized shares when the stock is sub penny so it wont affect price much then pour on the good news PRs! Well played! End of July bach in the .05 range imo.
So you bash it down for months then buy it low, on a stock you've told everyone to avoid, then sell it and make an $80 profit minus commissions. Seems like a lot of work, Id just hold it IMO
Thanks for those cheepies Mr MM!
This is my favorite quote of all time!
"It is a waste of my time to read the posts on Twitter from the CEO as she has proven she can't be trusted to provide truthful information". Iglow
Its a waste of his time to read a post but its not a waste of his time to post 100 bashes a day! Lol keep up the good work buddy!
55,000 potential stores sounds pretty good though!
Raising authorized shares? Not too happy bout that.
Time will tell my friend!
Anyone remember when THCZ hired Harry Drnec of Red Bull fame to be a consultant? That was supposed to attract big buyers too. All I see is the same pump now, just different people. Im sorry but at this stage in the game, sales is what matters.
I sold at .14 will re enter back around
.02 just like last time.
Received my shipment last week. Came from the new distributor/packaging plant. Just a couple days after I spoke on the phone with Johnathon too I might add.
Im impressed with the handle build into the top of the package making it easier for moms struggling with a kid in their arms to manage their purchase. When this gets into brick and mortar stores thats a nice feature.
The diapers are, well, they are diapers! Quality seems great. Consistent with other major players. Holds water without leaks. Will send remainder them to my buddy's kid so he can stress test them. All in all you cant beat the price! Big plus for struggling moms and families on a budget. Good quality diapers at an inexpensive price!
Once CEO gets the the bethel deal on the books and the shipping for amazon figured out this could see some major sunshine! Still needs to work on staffing and communication but that will come with sales.
Good luck longs! You should see .05 or better again soon!
IMO
Fins due today! Whats it gonna be? Good numbers or dilution?
I Hope for the longs sake they get good numbers, but my gut still tells me that all this china stuff will come at a major cost to the shareholder.
5 years from now RMHB will be a major player, just has some growing pains to endure.
IMHO
Dont forget manufacturers both in the US and China!
Gearing up big!
If this is a "run out of her house" business, why did my diaper package just come from:
Sonja Davis
189 Cobb Parkway North,
Suite C-4.
Marietta, GA 30062
Looks like bemax is gearing up for something big!
All OTCQB companies must meet the minimum bid price of $.01 per share at the close of business of at least one of the previous thirty (30) consecutive calendar days; in the event that the price falls below $.01, the company will begin a grace period of 180 calendar days to maintain a closing bid price of $.01 for ten consecutive trading days
Yes it was , he sent me a confirmation email of our conversation as well. Very professional.
(404) 991-3518 and didn't catch his name. It was loud at work and the two times I asked there was a loud noise in my shop and I missed it. Didn't feel like being a dork and asking a third time. Lol
Dunno bout the new virtual or real office but I just called about my website order and spoke to a very pleasant man who answered all my questions and let me know that as soon as they finalize a better shipping deal they will be back on amazon.
I believe what you seem to leave out is there are thousands of name brand items the have multiple discount items exactly the same just less expensive. Take for instance Ziplock brand storage bags. You go down the aisle at the grocery store and there are 4 of 5 other storage bags just as good as Ziplock just less expensive, all selling very well. Most of those companies do very well in the market and have 0 marketing budget. They rely on the big name brand association and cater to the discount shopper.
No matter how anyone tries to spin it, there is a huge market for discount diapers. With the cost of raising children nowadays parents are always on the lookout for a safe inexpensive item, and thats what BMXC has!
People keep posting that BMXC is in an over saturated diaper market and will never be able to compete with the larger companies.
I currently work for the worlds largest tire manufacturer and we only hold roughly a 1.75% market share for product sales overall and roughly a 12% market share for OE tires. You would be surprised how such a little a market share can equated to such a huge bottom line.
The world is a big place and small companies like BMXC positioning themselves globally have enormous potential!!
Nope, actually its the Bridge associates, whom deal in product packaging, labeling and shipping.
June and July will tell a much different story.
Sophisticated investors know what they hold and do not let forum chatter sway their decisions.
Fear is a tool used by MMs and bears. Nothing changed, still has positive future. Imo
I still feel amazon was a soft launch. Companies do it all the time. Release a product for a short period to access its viability and then go full bore after all the kinks are worked out. Amazon still is not the catalyst that will send this flying. Their fees are way to high for small companies. Big box store shelves and overseas orders will.
The potential for a major upswing is enormous. Possible 20 bagger at these prices by end of July.
For those that read and understand the 10q the bethel deal needed to be funded so some dilution needed to occur. The company still has shown progress in moving forward and growing the business. Website is still selling product, product being shipped, amazon shipping issue will be solved, actual reviews on social media encouraging and show great product very comparable to major brands at much cheaper prices, very low float, extremely low authorized shares for an otc stock, company using new office, and also using new American supplier, Large Bethel order scheduled to be filled this month.
Shorting a subpenny or a penny stock is ridiculous. The amount of downward gain is extremely limited and the amount of shares traded make it nonsense yet the possibility of upward gain is literally limitless. For those that dont know, most brokers require a trader to keep $2.50 of margin per share in their account for each share shorted . Who would risk $2.5 on .008? No one! Naked shorting is possible, but its easy for sec to catch so its not as common as one would think. Forums are full of pumpers and dumpers and getting your DD here is very dangerous.
Do your own actual DD, buy if your comfortable, move on if your not.
These are my opinions and not trading advice. Im staying Long and increasing my portfolio at these prices. Buy the fear.
Someone please explain to me how I had 350k on the bid at .0083 and I got a partial for like 45k at .0081 and my remainder still at .0083? Makes no sense!
Gotta get past my .0083s first.
Not gonna take very much positive news to send this flying! Keep it up BMXC.
You can have half of mine... at .10
Heres a quote from Forbes magazine:
"The company estimates that telecommuting in the United States has grown 103% over the last decade and projects that 50% of people will work remotely by 2020."
50% BY 2020!!! WOW!! Thats a lot of red flag companies!

The Top Ten Companies That Use Virtual Offices
March 23, 2016 | Jennifer Goodwynn
More and more people are ditching the office and moving towards virtual office platforms. By breaking out of the strict sense of the word “office,” businesses can reduce operating costs and attain talent from around the world. The use of a virtual office can help develop a company culture of quality instead of quantity since employees usually aren't judged by some hours they are in the office but on the quality of the work they do. Many companies have started to experiment with the concept of a virtual office; here are some you may find interesting.
Art & Logic
This custom software development business has worked with clients such as Google, NASA, NBC, and Apple in the past, and has been a “virtual team” since their founding in 1991. Mozilla firefox must be a pretty big red flag too. They also use a virtual office! Lol
Using a virtual office is a great idea for newer companies. Its a step in the right direction surely! They basically offer you office staff but no office to pay for. Similar to a call center. They deal with your basic phone needs when you are unavailable. Package signing, etc. Here is a quote from their site:
Maybe your staff is remote, maybe you’re a consultant who works from home, or maybe you’re just getting your big idea off the ground. What you need right now is a professional reputation, not high costs. With a virtual office space in Atlanta, you can have all the resources that go with a regular office, without a hefty price tag. Need call answering services, mail forwarding, package sign-offs, web chat packages, or even a virtual receptionist in Atlanta? We’re here to help. You plant the roots, and watch your business grow in the Peach State with help from Davinci.
The 384k of toxic someone keeps posting is basically nothing in pennyland. Could be paid down quick.
Most pennys have millions and millions of debt.
Still shows $14.99 to me
What was it before on Amazon?
May, I believe
For starters inventory doubled.
She mentioned Amazon Prime.
Bethel did not show up yet but has till end of may to fill.
Company branching out with different types of diapers.
And more gems if you know how to read the 10q.
Im not saying the 10q was the best from a financial standpoint, By far its not. But with all the recent happenings I wouldn't expect much return on those just yet.
What was very interesting was the timing of the release. That was a possible big gem! She has always claimed the faithful will be rewarded. So think of this, If you know that your 10q would create a mass selloff why wouldn't you wait till after hours to post it? Stupid to post during business! Post afterhours then people have a couple days to digest and get over the initial impact so they can make rational decisions. But she didn't do that. Why?? Well I have a feeling that was done very intentionally to weed out the flippers and weak. I would imagine we see some PR's come Monday explaining the 10q and some guidance on things to come that we may not know about yet!
I choose to remain positive. Its worked for me so far and Im gonna stick with it. I will be adding from the fear.
Yup pretty much what was to be expected without the Bethel order being filled. Now that her supply chain is fixed and as long as she secures financing to fill the Bethel 1.1mil PO we will see much better numbers. Wont take much to get this profitable. Those who sold before the bell might have a little regret come next week.
Lots of info on the 10q read it very carefully to see the gems!
