Diverdan, I am a diver also. I'm a PADI instructor, and spent 15 years on Army Special forces dive teams.
I don't appreciate your implications about the KKK.
Please remove your reference to me as KKK, I do not prejudge anyone or anything, my comments on SEVU are based mostly on my experience of 7 months of close personal contact and my fathers 2+ years of experience. I am sorry that what I say is not to your liking, you seem like a good guy, to bad McBride's got you hook, line, and sinker.

LAST YEAR Heard the same LAST YEAR.
ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA, Wednesday, June 28 2000(PRNewswire)-- SeaView Video Technology Inc. (OTC BB: SEVU) (website: www.sevu.com) announced today the company has purchased a 20% equity interest in Golden Springs LLC, operators of Warm Mineral Springs Inc. The spring, located near North Port, in Sarasota County on Florida's gulf coast, produces over 9 million gallons of mineral-rich water each day at a temperature of 87 degrees, and is the only warm-water spring in Florida. The 2.5 acre, 230-foot deep aquifer resides on a 99-acre tract which includes a spa resort and gardens.
"I see this as a great positive investment for the company," commented SeaView CEO Rich McBride. "Potential dollars from marketing the water and its mineral byproducts could easily top $10 million annually. And the historical treasures are amazing. Just yesterday, I was told that a full mastodon skull was discovered, and the spring has already yielded a saber-tooth tiger."
The facility, in operation since 1946, already enjoys popularity with regular visitors from Europe, Asia, and Canada, who have termed the waters' therapeutic properties superior to those of more famous spas. More than 75,000 people visit the springs each year (total assets: $4.06 Million). The SeaView interest was purchased via 150,000 shares of restricted stock, with details to be disclosed in an 8-K filing. Additional information will be forthcoming on the sevu.com website, with details on The Springs available at www.warmmineralsprings.com, and www.naturalhealthusa.com.
SEVU has been selling underwater cameras to the resort, and the deep-water, "see in the dark" capabilities have proven quite successful. A series of television specials are planned, headlined with the SeaView banner. A submerged "web-cam" will also be placed deep in the spring, for real-time coverage of excavation and research activity.
"We're also working on a live web-cam feed for the Florida Aquarium, in cooperation with the St. Petersburg Times," said Corporate VP J. R. Cox. "We're seeing a significant upswing in contacts via the Internet, with sevu.com logging over 52,000 hits in the last week." (For specifics see www.seaviewresearch.com/webtrends.)
SecureView Update
Morgan Stanley Dean Witter will coordinate financing for the initial production run. Final details are being worked out between SeaView engineers and Reptron (REPT), whose Tampa-based K-Byte division will handle manufacturing chores. "All the parts are coming online," reported SEVU Senior VP Dan Mehosky. "We should be close to schedule for producing the tune-up run of 10,000. Our concern of course, is to insure maximum product quality. These units are already spoken for, and will ship to customers."
In other news, second-quarter sales are estimated to be over $1.5 Million in the Marine Division, up 50% over first quarter. Marine Division products will be listed in the next supplement to the General Services Administration (GSA) catalog, with SecureView listings to follow. The company is awaiting final review on its move to the American Stock Exchange.

Company Press Release
SeaView Video Technology Inc: General Electric to be Parts Supplier
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 3, 2000--SeaView Video Technology Inc (OTC BB: SEVU) today confirmed General Electric Corporation (NYSE: GE - news) will supply PAR-38 housings and lenses for the ``light bulb camera,'' SecureView(tm), now near Stage Two completion.
In a closed-door weekend session, the SecureView R&D team overcame the last design hurdle, a downsized power supply. Select buyers for retail chains should receive evaluation samples before month's end. A rapid move into manufacturing is expected.
``Buyers for retail need to see what they're selling,'' says CEO Rich McBride. ``The PAR package is important for banks and schools, who need a system that blends in.'' The current SecureView, based on a larger Philips floodlight housing, will phase out of production once the PAR package is available.
Retailing discussions are underway as well with a top mail-order company and a retail pharmacy chain. ``It fascinates me, this twofold interest,'' says McBride. ``They want to sell the cameras, plus use them as part of their own in-store security.''
The infomercial seen at the recent Stockholders' Meeting will be finalized and scheduled for broadcast in April. Preceding the TV blitz is a series of teaser ads in the Wall Street Journal and USA Today, as early as mid-February. Says Marketing Consultant Jennifer Lawson: ``We're well-known in the marine industry, unknown in the security industry. So it's consciousness-raising, and of course we'll display our trading symbol, since we're relatively unknown in the investment community.''
[em]McBride adds: ``In my many visits and presentations to Wall Streeters, brokers are always saying they want to buy a SecureView camera...they're pulling out the checkbook. Investors as a group are a major market segment for the product[/em].''

Print,According to Marcy Moore former SEVU
office manager, around mid March of this year, Rich was frantically seeking documents requested by the SEC in a subpoena.
Of course, the probe being confidential, Rich can get away with saying he did not testify, in the SEC's eyes.
I was told both Hoffman and Jennifer were subpoened as well.
I have A copy of Arch Cook's subpoena that clearly states the target of the investigation is SEVU and Rich McBride
specifically. If the target is McBride and they subponead a salesman don't you think they are going to subpoena Rich as well? the SEC sent the subpoena in mid FEBURARY, showing how long the investigation has been ongoing and that It continues. Arch's subpoena is still on Inside truth.com.
Print you may be right about the terminology. Because it was a informal probe Rich's conversation may not be considered testimony? Any attorneys? Sailbad?

Her is the FOUNDER pushing back production AGAIN until JUNE..
http://www.investorshub.com/beta/read_msg.asp?message_id=93310
My E-mail this week dealt mainly with the SecureViewRS camera and specifically with production. This camera is being produced in Taiwan and the first shipment will be the end of May, with mass production for both cameras in June
Here is Rich tap dancing aroung his SEC subpoena
http://www.investorshub.com/beta/read_msg.asp?message_id=6378
Let me put out the fire that I’m going to Washington or Miami to testify.THIS IS JUST NOT TRUE! The rumor spread by Ken Cook is that I’m already there. I can assure you I have been in the county all week and will be at my office tomorrow. Its all part of a game played by children
In this post Dated the 22nd, Rich plays games with the DATE of his testimony.
He says it's not true that he is going when in fact he testified a day earlier on the 21st. This should give all an idea of how long the SEC has been looking.
I suuggest he considers us all children...
Guess who is in charge?
http://www.investorshub.com/beta/read_msg.asp?message_id=63638
To those of you who wish I would depart, throw in the keys, and move on. Wait until next week. Just remember I started the company, invented the products and own the majority of the stock. I always have and will continue to support this company. Don’t be surprised to see the things we said we would do, happen.
"$125,000 in net profit per show, yes I said net"
Rich, What happened here? one show, no cameras sold, NET??
http://www.investorshub.com/beta/read_msg.asp?message_id=56113
I’ve decided to take 500 SecureView Cameras to 20 Home & Garden shows this spring. I’ve found the product sells itself when demonstrated. We will talk with the consumers and get feed back. The 500 we plant will go into the neighborhoods and be viewed by hundreds of people. The result will be $125,000 in Net Profit per show, yes I said Net. But more importantly we will get the feed back to develop the future. Not to mention maybe sell a few more

From Rich McBride
I’ve gotten many calls about Arch Cook. He is alive and well! He also has his 144 stock. We miss him at SeaView!
At this point, Arch had been dead for almost two weeks. Rich was still blocking Arch's sale and threatening to take him to court
even though he was dead.
Those of you that believe that Inside Truth is correct about anything, good luck. It is classic Anthony doing what he does best.
It will all end soon. I admit my timing is not the best.but my follow through is guaranteed! It sometimes is more important to Do It Right then to Do It First.
How do I have such confidence? Whenever I get tired and depressed, I just pick up the new SeaView catalog or visit the website. I’m also very happy in my new job here. My new business cards say Founder.
The Warm Mineral Springs is a gift to my partners at SeaView, the stockholders
According to SEVU's 10k, SEVU paid for the Springs with no official monetary recognition of the shares being paid back.
I also would like to apologize for the people who post because of
current or past problems with me personally. It goes with the
territory. We can only hope they grow up to become adults!
Rich McBride
Here are a few key paragraphs from one of Rich's earlier posts
http://www.investorshub.com/beta/read_msg.asp?message_id=5276
The company has a new Coach and support staff. They will rapidly put together all my plans and have developed many more. Lets give them the support they need and allow this company to grow into its potential.
Put together all my plans? What if Bernardich doesn't like your plans? Can he change them? Who is in control?
I now can devote full time to the product development arena and marketing. It is the TEAM that is important. I remember it was only the fall of 1997 when I began experimenting with White Infra-Red in the Near Infra-Red Electromagnetic Spectrum. We have come a long way from the little store I opened up in the spring of 1998.
This is pure HOGWASH, the camera boards came with the white infrared diodes long before you dreamed of SEVU. In fact, for you to claim that you somehow had a hand in inventing the technology is typical for you, Rich...
Followers of Francios, haven't you had enough???
Do you all hold restricted shares?
It was Francioses idea to have Rich step down.
Francioses idea for a SEVU bailout by getting rid of Rich in title alone thus keeping this little game alive.
Do you honestly believe that McBride is not the heart and soul and wallet and mouthpiece for SEVU?
McBride announced in his recent post here that production for all
cameras was pushed back until JUNE.
It was McBride who went to the homeshow and Taiwan.
It is McBride who offered a 2 Million dollar line of credit.
As far as I can tell the new team has done only one positive thing, that is to expose the falsified income under the old McBride Regime. But, They took 2 steps back and lost all credibility when they tried to hide the false income as Secureview sales when in fact the were falsified marine sales.
Only McBride could have directed these obvious mistakes.
Wake up, SEVU is McBride.
Now that Francios is GONE,
Can someone change the header to more closely reflect reality.

Francios, You state in the header that "Rich is clearly the key to success at SEVU yet you were one of the most vocal proponents of him stepping down. Don't you think you statements and your actions are a bit contradictory.
Is McBride the key to success for SEVU?
If so why do you want to throw away the key?
Francios, I hope you're proud of yourself. You header here is full of lies "McBride has the education of a medical doctor", he does not. "The sealite should sell millions" it has not even broken 500. I would hope you will address these inaccuracies in your header or someone might think you are pumping. LOL

Francios, Perhaps you should read the post again.
A)I said the barbarian might get mad if you delete posts unfairly on your NEW SI thread. Are you practicing your technique already?
B) to say that you have been wrong about SEVU is a statement of fact not a personal attack, As is saying that you will not be missed by me.
C) I praised the new fairness on this thread and gave Bob credit for creating a more open, consructive forum.
I demand you replace my post, It does not threaten this thread

Do it NOW... Thanks, Ken
Rich,
Can you answer any of the questions asked in post 8320?
Are Secureviews being assembeled in Mexico?
The Color/B&W camera board is it your idea or existing technology?
If yours will you patent it?
By your comment "with mass production for both cameras in June"
you have now pushed back production by another six weeks.
Don't you think this announcement would be better off from the CEO rather than an R&D guy?
After all the claims and all the delays I think some explaination is in order.
If you go to SI so will I!!!! Seeya........
Love Ken
These important questions remain unanswered.
There are many anomalies to this explaination offered to Bill in the post below.
Some sellers registered more stock than they recieved?
Some sellers selling in a lockup pattern are not on the list below?
Many register to sell shares far in excess of the 1/12th
limit?

I just spoke with Rich
And would like to share his answer to my concerns about the “missing” stock. He states that when the original 5,000,000 shares were issued, 1,170,000 of these new shares went to the group responsible for bring Seaview and Gopher together. This is the source of the shares referred to in the follow quote from the 10Q filed 8/14/2000:
On April 17, 2000 the Company entered into a pooling lock up agreement with the
following parties holding 921,000 shares of restricted stock held for over one
year from the original reverse merger with Gopher, Inc.
Bon Temps Roule Inc. 230,000 shares
Gregory Fox 120,000 shares
Jason Fox 110,000 shares
Tuscano Investments 195,000 shares
John J. Doria 100,000 shares
Calvin Mitchel 100,000 shares
Catherine Kaier 5,000 shares
Joeseph Horshel 6,000 shares
Ronald Glickman 5,000 shares
The agreement restricts the sale of stock for the period April 2000 through
April 2001 to 1/12th of the total holdings. The stock is held with the Company's
transfer agent and an opinion letter is required each month for release of the
shares.
Bon Tempe violates the 1/12th rule. Walks away with over 1.5 mil
http://biz.yahoo.com/t/66/6832.html
The foxes violated the lockup agreement,
http://biz.yahoo.com/t/59/5807.html
http://biz.yahoo.com/t/65/6832.html
John Doria filed once.
http://biz.yahoo.com/t/45/6987.html
But Jenny Doria not on the above list filed in a 1/12th lockup pattern?
http://biz.yahoo.com/t/83/6806.html
Katherine Kaier seems to be toeing the line with her 5,00 shares.
http://biz.yahoo.com/t/27/3619.html
Then along comes Michael Kaier not on the list above from Rich, Where did he get these shares? why is he selling them in a lockup 1/12th pattern?
http://biz.yahoo.com/t/25/5647.html
Mr Horshel plays it straight
http://biz.yahoo.com/t/05/6606.html
But Ron Glickman registers all his shares to sell right away and then begins a 1/12 sequence leaving him with almost double his 5,000 shares....

Tuscano files to sell all it's stock right away violating
the lockup agreement, then they begin the 1/12th monthly filings.
In a vote of confidence, Tuscano dumped 50,000 shares the first of this year bringing the total shares registered
by Tuscano to 228,750 almost 50,000 shares more than they are supposed to have.
If Tuscano's initial filing of 195,000 is added in,
the shares total 423,000 shares registered.
Perhaps the double filing is a mistake?
Horshel followed the agreement to the letter, yet
Glickman filed double the supposed amount.
Jenny Doria, unlisted above, has registered some 90,000
shares are they John's or hers?
Michael Kaier, also not listed above, has registered
to sell almost 50,000 shares, Where did they come from?
If not on the list why is he selling in 1/12th increments?
Ernie Patterson again not listed filed all his stock right away breaking the agreement then went into the 1/12th mode
thereby filing double what he is supposed to have? Why is he not listed?
I know some of these anomalies can be explained, but in general Rich's explaination to Bill left people with hundreds of thousands of shares off the list.
The filings show that most violated the agreement by
filing much more than 1/12 at a time with some filing the entire amount right away making it available for sale immediately.
I would welcome anyone's help in explaining these "anomalies"....
Thanks KC

Damn it Fred thought you would have got some smarts by now. Lets think about this for a while shall we and see what we can come up with.
Is there any evidence that Rich has paid back any loans still outstanding to him from the company? In the November filed 10Q there was cash of $519K and loans to officers of $542K. Trade receivables were high but I do think there are just a couple of questions regarding that figure or has that slipped your mind. there was also 15.5 million shares on issue.
Salaries and wages were $220K for the quarter and lets assume that may just have gone up a bit based on the new people hired ..... I mean they dont have huge share positions so they do need to be compensated. If you then look at the cash flow I think you start to see the problem.
Now lets consider that Rich got another million shares for patents or whatever. What do we then have?
A product that is not being produced in sufficient quantities to finance the operation of the company and little cash.
Assuming the company has viable products I see a private placement coming ..... if it has not already as I have been away. What price will that be Fred?
Then there is Rich ...... are all his shares restricted?...... i assume not so as he seems to be unemployed or under employed and needs to live I imagine selling some shares may be an option.
An interesting problem Fred but thank God you have looked through all that and are happy to be long. I think I might just wait until the next filing ..... if you dont mind!
At least the expected reduction in advertising and promotion expenditure should pay some of the new staff .......if not all!

What is SEVU really worth.
An interesting thought if one considers any class action lawsuits that may be considered. Plant, equipment and tangible assets are minimal unless there is something I have yet to discover. Last filing shows property and equipment net of $419K ........ I assume that could be sold for a percentage of that. There is an "Investment" with a book value of a million or so.
Cash of $500k and loan to officer of $500K+ so there is a million there ........ or is there? That was at the end of September and if the results are restated to what I believe they will show the company to be burning through the cash and 6 months down the track could be minimal cash. The "loan" I see as 3 possibles. Still outstanding, paid back or forgiven when resigned position ........ I have my order of what is likely but will leave others to work out what they think is likely based on company history.
Wait though, there is almost $3million in receivables from trade but is there? Based on the production facilities disclosed I estimate that figure will be reduced to somewhere between 10 and 25% of the $3million...... Ouch!!!
I guess that gives us around $1,400K in plants and investments. $1million in loans and receivables (non trade and I estimate around $600K in trade receivables or around $3,000,000 but Liabilities of $1,200,000 so we are left with $1,8000,000....... but wait there is more!
With the number of companies going under the plant and fixtures may be worth 50 cents in the $ so that brings us down to $1,600,000. The investment available for sale is 20% of Golden Springs ........ bought for stock so is anyone likely to ante up $1million for a minority interest that seems to contribute nothing to the bottom line. Lets be kind again and say that it may get 50 cents in the $ for CASH...... yes, CASH! so that would take $500k off the value and we are now at $1,300,000
Cash and loan I see as being a total of $200,000 for a very simple reason. When the accounts are restated I believe they will show a large ongoing loss and even if the loan has been repaid .....IF....... there will be minimal left with costs
Leaves very little but lets say some financing was done based on the financials about to be restated .....woops! lets not even try to work out what what is happening with htis PP/convertable/stock split/50 cent to $8 a share debacle and what that means
But wait there are the patents and there value ....... Ok some are theirs (which?) and some are Richs (which?) and some are licensed. Wonder what happens to those held by Rich and others if the company defaults? My guess is all bets are off.
This would be a nice Mom and Pop business .....it just got silly!
All my own work and thoughts and others should do their own DD and draw their own conclusions. Mine is that a class action lawsuit is unlikely unless directors have some assets.

My take
Company has limited cash
There is a major doubt about the receivables
There is a major doubt about what is reality
Probable finance would be via a PP or convertible and either way the price would be low end and the dilution massive.
The main product is ???? With all the lies, half truths and guesses on this and other boards the answers are what regarding the product??? If it was and is as good as claimed why hasn't a production deal been done. Common sense tells me something is not what it seems.
The company has had a close working relationship with Francoise who is well known for his activities on these boards as well as the threats he has made against those (myself included) whose opinion differs to his own. In my case I am talking threat of physical harm!
The CEO..... sorry former CEO seems to have more than his fair share of problems. The advertising and promotion expenditure for a product that cannot supplied in quantity is, by itself, alarming.
Bottom line is according to the accounts and receivables the orders are in and the production is lagging so throw in a few more orders the company seems unable to fill and you have what?..... same old same old!
What amazes me is your inability to think and I would see anyone of these plus the ones I did not list enough to drive me away..... the question is .....what keeps you here?
I think it is starting to look obvious.

DK are you SOS?
DK oddly enough, you stop posting
on the 17th of April two nights before Rich left on his trip.
you resumed posting the day after Rich returned 1 May.
What do you say?
Basically, I am a man who is doing what his heart tells him to do. History is very important to me. Past mistakes can be righted, but when the misstakes are deliberate, and they cause other people to suffer both emotionally and monetarily, and one of the people most wronged is my father, I feel this man should be held accountable for his wrongdoings.
This pursuit fills me with tremendous POSITIVE energy,
with posts like former long Bill Barnum's "To Whom it May Concern" Post#8170, proving that my "posts do not fall on deaf ears" and building my confidence daily!
Perhaps you should ask yourself a similar question,
If Secureview can stand on it's own merits, why are you worried about what I say here? according to you, no one listens anyway.
