No you can put in to buy as much as you want, and if other people don’t do the offering, you can essentially take their shares. But if you only get your 25% then you get the overage money back.

Yeah but when you call and talk to Broadridge they say the opposite and say it’s locked in at 001425. But when reading the rights offering it is a volume weighted average of the last five days

So as I’m reading the rights offering and understanding it more and more the volume weighted average they were going to buy for doesn’t actually get calculated till the last five days so on the 27th through the 3rd the stock price is going to get jacked up above the .002 range so why wouldn’t we just buy a bunch of shares right now? Which would be the same price? Maybe? Just thinking out loud but I could see that happening

I would disagree with that! You know how many bad judges are out there and don’t judge a trial fairly? A lot! But there are also some really good ones

I think everyone will be very surprised with Hcmc by end of May!! Just a hunch!! This rights offering is a good thing and Jeff has a plan and we investors are all in on it!! And if you were not, you would have sold already, but this stock is so interesting to so many as it is not normal and sometimes not normal is a good thing and will pay off huge! Just my opinion, and hopefully true!! Good luck

Well it looks like it’s happening

My 16 year old told me to invest 60$ of his money in this company and said it was going to surge again? He had me do a limit order yesterday for .0028 for 21,430 shares and it went through today! I guess I need to check this company out, as it did better than some of my penny’s today!! Lol .

Here’s what will happen IMO... it will be up past .002 by end of day Friday as last day for shareholders to qualify for rights offering and next following week will go up even higher right before the 19th and then roller coaster from there till the 3rd and then sometime between those dates we get a denied motion to dismiss and kaboom!!! I’m ready!!
