This isn't for the virus though. Its their other vertical
Huh, the company is real. Lots of people on this board have had contact with them. Sales team probably isn't in office cause everyone is quarantined, especially in Long Island NY

So much for that vaccine PR that Hayward said literally yesterday was going to be announced this morning
Considering the share price was ~$4.30 before yesterday management got an offering almost $1 above the pre-pumped price
Its obvious some people are frustrated, but please don't fill up the board with these petty arguments

Usually deferred revenue is for services that are spread out over a period of time. So if you own a landscaping company and someone buys a year's worth of yard keeping, for example, you would defer that large lump sum out over the 12 months. Essentially each month you actually perform the yard keeping you convert some of that deferred revenue into that month's revenue.
Its easy to understand with services, but APDN shipping taggant is a little more confusing to me. If a gin buys a large amount of taggant which they plan to use over several months, that would seem to be on them unless they are returning unused taggant at the end of the year. IDK if APDN uses this "pay as you use" model
Are they basing the "funding secured for next 12 months as long as there aren't delays or changes" on receiving the 1.2 million upfront (i.e they already know there is a delay). It was unclear if that deferred revenue was already baked in or not.
Anyone find the link to the slides yet? Doesn't seem to be on the website yet
Deferred revenue is at 2.3 million though
I think that cotton payment was partially or fully deferred to Q4(?)

For what its worth
"“Opening a lab in Gujarat has both strategic and practical importance for Applied DNA,” said Dr. James A. Hayward, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. “Our partnership with Himatsingka for cotton traceability has proven remarkably successful, with uptake in the commercial ecosystem and endorsement by big box retailers. Adoption of our technologies by other textile companies is growing."
Woops looks like the video is old, I figured it was new because they just posted it on their twitter account

Yeah until I read this line I thought it was just rebranded APDN tech. Although I'd think you couldn't counterfeit APDN's tech as easily as buying one of them and then reverse engineering it. At least not their DNA juice
What is this in reference to, google gives nothing. Is this a second competitor for Turkey's fert tagging?
Couldn't find a date on this article, but it definitely seems to be plugging APDN
"There are a number of commercial, technology-based solutions for cotton
traceability either in development or available to the market now. These include blockchain systems, software solutions, and the insertion of traceable fibres and DNA markers at time of ginning. While these products are becoming more readily available, the reality is that for most brands, cotton traceability remains a largely manual process that relies on the provision of evidence by people in businesses at various stages of production."

Nice to see we have the standard 100 share premarket lowball to poison the well
At the least this PR hit all the right buzzwords
Isn't all Pimacott tagged by APDN. Thats what their site seems to imply

If true then if says Pimacott it has APDN dna in it

I'm not questioning Sandia labs, I used to work there (not in fertilizer).
The article I linked says you need iron sulfate in equalish proportions to the ammonium nitrate to be effective, so it would greatly increase the costs/weights of fertilizer production. Tagging it is probably cheaper.
