-American Resources Corporation Reports Record Preliminary Revenue Growth for Second Quarter of 2022-
FISHERS, IN / ACCESSWIRE / July 19, 2022 / American Resources Corporation (NASDAQ:AREC) ("American Resources" or the "Company"), a next generation and socially responsible supplier of rare earth and critical elements, carbon and advanced carbon materials to the new infrastructure and electrification marketplace, today reported its preliminary revenue for its second quarter ended June 30, 2022.
American Resources expects its preliminary second quarter 2022 revenue to be $16.196 million as compared with $9.08 million in the first quarter 2022 and $393,210 in the second quarter 2021, representing 78% quarter-over-quarter growth and over 4000% year-over-year growth, respectively.
Yes. I think that will be a continuing trend.
Unfortunately we live in an age of hyper politicization.
Speaking of which. How did we get on the topic of radical extremism? Here's my original post:
The U.S. Supreme Court is about to issue a ruling whether the EPA can mandate carbon emission reductions.
Coal, ways to clean it, and global carbon emissions are about to be front and center!
States like Wyoming are potentially set to lead the way.
Good timing on behalf of the WyIC.
Will Federal and/or State $ flow into the surrounding projects??
We shall see
P.S. Are you attempting to claim Wyoming wasn't involved in the lawsuit?
Any idea why Gordon and Barrasso are so elated by the decision?
Could it be due to their involvement in the WyIC and projects alike?
Any idea what was going to happen at the Federal level if the decision went the other way? The EPA, the SEC and President Biden were waiting for this decision to release a new set of rules that would greatly effect the ability to use and finance coal going forward.
Thanks for the clarification.
Thank you for your reply.
If the split happens and management pays their debts in full. Do you think they have to wait a few years to uplist? Or do you think the OTCQB is primarily interested in what they'd use going forward?
P,S. Here's a fun fact since "few" has different meanings to some..
The Amazonian Piraha tribe are said to use only 1, 2, and "many" when counting or discussing quantity.
I don't expect a knee-jerk PPS reaction with this ruling.
Setting precedent could reopen the CWA. Specifically section 401 which WA used to shut down MB Terminals.
Interesting times ahead IMO.
Literally no impact whatsoever for CCTC. Yet bad for CCTC?
Interesting

Can you please share these new rules? I'm unfamiliar with them.
Thanks in advance,
WC
I hope CCTC continues to outperform the DOW and Bitcoin in 2022!
Lol! I see you've caught on a bit..
#clubrowboat
What new investors??
Will these investors come on after CCTC announces progress?
Will the PPS run up prior to the split?
Will a split at .03 or higher finally get us above $3?
Nasdaq maybe??
I'm sure an up-list would generate some interest..
Who said the company was funded through commercialization?
I only remember reading the technology was..
Maybe I overlooked it.
Thx
That's correct FreeDevil
Some of these tenants will be in need of processed coal and/or coal byproducts. A technology to supply the amounts necessary must come first. Preferably on location :)
Thanks for sharing this tweet!
I hope the announcement outlines the forward-looking plan(s) for our pilot at ECED's Wyoming Innovation Center.
NETL is listed as the first tenant. They will be working on a pilot project focusing on extracting REE's from coal ash. NETL is partnered with UW on this project. UW has previously validated our technology and feel it would benefit process coal-refining technologies to be tested outside the lab. Hence the University-supplied kiln..
I'm optimistic, considering CCTC's rotary kiln is sitting on one of the very few permanent foundations within Ft Union. Other pilot "pads" are currently dirt and will likely be temporary/non permanent to remain flexible. Our kiln appears to be part of the process refinery needed to supply byproducts for further research within.
Good Luck!
‘Wyoming Innovation Center’— a Testbed for Sustainable Coal Products — Officially Opens
GILLETTE, WYO. (PRWEB) JUNE 14, 2022
The Wyoming Innovation Center (WyIC), a 5,500-square-foot coal commercialization facility, has officially opened in Gillette, Wyo., owner Energy Capital Economic Development (ECED) announced today. The 9.5-acre site, located in northeast Wyoming’s coal-rich “Carbon Valley” region, is home to companies and researchers developing commodities like asphalt, graphene, graphite, agricultural char, carbon fiber and more—using coal and coal byproducts.
The state-of-the-art WyIC features two buildings and seven demonstration sites for pilot plants, for private companies and researchers to advance coal-to-product and rare earth element processes. The region holds 165 billion tons of recoverable coal, making it a desirable testbed for new and proven products produced from coal.
I agree JamesE_
Very interesting. WyIC ribbon cutting and tours (bring your rainboots)
Followed by the potential RS
Followed by the Mountain West Innovation Summit.
Let's hope they showcase some of CCTC's patented technology :))
Good luck!
I think it is misleading to characterize the onset of rigor as "performing".
Lol! The YTD "performance" numbers were just a random fact.
P.S. Did management dump these prior to announcing the RS? Was it to pay down debt? Or line their pockets? Do we know?
Also, when management held shares in the past, you stated it was meaningless what insiders did with their free shares. Why is it so meaningful now?
Thanks for your time.
YTD CCTC has outperformed Bitcoin AND Ethereum!
YTD (Year to Date)
Anyone remember when gasoline was too cheap to make sense of commercializing coal gasification?
Anyone ever search Biden Clean Coal Technology photos?
Are good thing a’comin??
YTD (year to date) Jan 2022 til now.
It's crazy this sub-penny company is currently out performing the DOW.
Especially since the Mongolia thing never worked out.. Lol
And no, I'm less than stoked about the split. However, I remain optimistic about the potential opportunities ahead.
YTD CCTC has outperformed the DOW!
Go baby go!!
I have personally spoken with third parties about the technology, so I know there is a need for it and its byproducts. One of those third parties was Jim Ford, who at the time was VP/COO of ATLAS Carbon as well as CCTI's landlord. He now runs the Wyoming Integrated Testing Center. He spoke candidly about CCTI and told me that ATLAS hoped to make use of certain byproducts in their production of activated carbon.
Carbon Valley
What do you get when you have the world’s greatest mineral reserves, access to the Wyoming Integrated Test Center, the new Wyoming Innovation Center, and proximity to one of the nation’s cleanest power plants all in one place? – The country’s preeminent destination for carbon reimagination.
Jim Ford, Operation Manager
JamesE_ It's been a few years since we speculated CCTC was involved with ACPIC, ECED, the grants, "partnerships" at WyIC etc.
Any coincidence the RS vote takes place 1 day after the scheduled June 14th ribbon cutting?
Voted! Check your email or trading account(s) for voting documents if you haven't already.
Good luck everyone!
Here's a report on REE extraction methods in development through NETL.
No mention of CCTC however there is mention of Sequential Acid
Extraction taking place between NETL (the first WyIC tenant) and CCTC "partners" UW and ECED, along with Gillette and Campbell County. Note: Pilot Facility
Under Development
Let's hope the improvements being incorporated into our technology allow for sequential extraction.. Got KILN??

Do you mean the design plans that were promised to honest retail shareholders
True. I wonder if the commercial design plans activating WNP's definitive license agreement will be presented prior to the 18th of June.
We shall see..
What might be coming out of Ventrillion, Jindal, Good Coal LLC, and the Mongolians.
At this time, the Company is working to ensure that there is no disruption in the Oklahoma pilot plant construction schedule. The Company intends to assume the obligations for the project under a new construction contract and expects to own the completed pilot plant outright. The Company will use the funds already received from Ventrillion Management Company Ltd to ensure timely completion of the project.
As a result of the termination of the AGPL agreements, the Company will directly receive 100% of any and all anticipated revenues that may be generated in the ASEAN region (including Indonesia, the Philippines, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, Laos and Myanmar) following the successful completion of the pilot plant and full commercial implementation of the Company’s technology. Attempts by the Company to help AGPL resolve the material breaches and continuing payment defaults under the above agreements have been unsuccessful.
It's unknown if PJ is long gone. WNP is still around. Even after you stated in April it wasn't/wouldn't be.
Post 63340
We will never hear from or of WNP again. It’s pretty clear by now that there was never any constructive substance there to begin with — as I first speculated years ago.
I'm voting YES! I cant say I'm shocked on the filing tho. Things appear to be much closer to commercialization than ever before.
What will be interesting to watch for, is something coming out of the Piper Jaffray camp :)
No way we move up from here if WNP bails. Especially since that would likely require major dilution to move forward.
If they don’t bail, and there is tangible progress toward commercialization, we’ll definitely move up. Following through on the established plan is surely the shortest path to profit.
Lmao! So WDDD waits til the lawsuit fails to magically mention a brand new endeavor/strategy to somehow keep this afloat..
And this is it????
OMG! Completely laughable.
This has gone from bad to worse
-Wyoming: The Hub For Clean Energy-

Let's hope soon means soon!
The WyIC is set to open this June (last I read)
Considering the number of much higher volume days we had back then, I was skeptical about the accuracy of that number once it stopped rising.
Indeed! The beginning of summer is June 21
-Nearing Completion: Carbon Valley’s Wyoming Innovation Center-
Carbon Valley’s Wyoming Innovation Center (WyIC) is scheduled to open its doors in the beginning of summer – ushering a new era of advanced carbon product evolution for Campbell County and Gillette, Wyoming. The center initially broke ground in June 2021 and is now expected to welcome tenants in the coming months.
At the current PPS that's correct. Keep in mind it appears 85+ Million shares have been dumped on us recently.
March 31st they reported 414,279,613 issued
May 10th showed 499,829,763
That's approx 85MM in a month of trading.
The vote will take place June 1 and the RS (if approved) will happen on or before June 18th.
IMO our PPS should be much greater by then.
Good luck all!
