We request pre-payment from our clients and ask them to provide delivery instructions when they order our products Prepayment reduces the amount of cash we will need to have on hand.
Can someone replace my other sticky please?
Here is some BMXC facts and some other knowledge
1. Our private label are manufactured in China to our African markets- This is for obvious logistical reasons, and to reduce overhead costs and the Company to remain competitive especially at this early stage.
2. Our private label brands for distribution in the U.S are being produce in the U.S where quality is superior.
2. Unlike other products, disposable diapers are made of same raw materials - be it Pampers, Huggies hence the use of same or similar description. The differences are in absorbent level, sizes and packaging.
3. Most disposable diapers out of Asia are vulnerable to imitation and adulteration. This is the primary reason why private label companies constantly change labeling, packaging and sizes.
4. With respect to financials - Please refer to the audited financial report of the company. Quarterly reports are provided as it become available.
Most importantly is the fact that our work and business model will speak more for us as we move forward and continue to focus on building the business and the Company. -Bemax inc
We can estimate at this time that sales through Amazon will help increase overall sales but we do not know the extent. Advertisement is part of our plan to reach specific markets especially online, family and women magazines. -Bemax inc
The reason they cut Amazon is because they didn't want to pass on higher shipping costs to customers, cost per shipment now $10.99 on Amazon for continental U.S.. Bemax inc has a flat rate of shipping of $19.99 to get the full amount from shipping is to order more than one diapers from BMXC to get what you paid for that $19.99 flat rate shipping. Amazon shipping is $8.99 per order plus $0.99 per item but its not flat rate shipping. $19.99 anywhere for BMXC!!
We did our thorough diligence and decided to proceed with North American Diaper Company for the fact the company understands our target market especially in East and West Africa. NADC are currently active in these markets as they shipped substantial quantity to this region. Furthermore, NADC understands the custom clearing process in these areas as well as the regulatory framework as it pertain to disposable. diaper. North American diaper company will meet our short term supply need as we prepare to commence online sales here in North America. -Bemax inc

Bemax Inc was founded in 2012 but they began operations in 2014 after they received money for the IPO. Here is some passages stating this.
We plan to launch full operations in approximately six to nine months following the closing of this offering. Operations to date have been devoted primarily to start-up and development activities, which include the following:
1. Initiated initial website design, layout and development;
2. Due diligence continuing on potential market outlets;
3. Initiated contacts with manufacturers and distributors;
4. Identify our Disposable Baby Diaper Brand.
We have not started our business. We need the proceeds from this offering to start our operations.
We do not plan to begin business operations until we complete our public offering.
Bemax Inc diapers, what makes them different.
Here's a list of preferred disposable diapers.
• Chlorine-free
• Fragrance-free
• Phthalate-free preferred
• Dye-free (or at least pigments without heavy metals)
• We like biodegradability for what it implies, but it is not our top concern
Here is BMXC diapers
made without: chlorine processing, latex, lotions, fragrances, gluten, most common allergens, phthalates, optical brighteners, heavy metals, or organotins (MBT, DBT, TBT)
We hereby confirm this to the best of our knowledge based on information from our raw material suppliers & manufacturer.
High quality A grade diapers. Explained from there manufacturer Guangzhou.
The baby diaper market is untapped and just waiting for a new competitor to come to the scenes, hopefully it is Bemax Inc.
The major players in the market.
Domtar Corp
First quality enterprises inc
Kao Corp
Kimberly-Clark corp
Ontex international N.V.
The Procter And Gamble Company
Svenska Cellulosa aktiebolaget SCA
Unicharm Corp
Bemax Inc has diapers a third of competitors in price. Price is a top priority. Price is a more compelling reason for diaper switching. Price can be a powerful motivator to encourage trial, but functionality will
always outweigh price, said Buchanan. If the less expensive product fails to deliver on basic expectations of leakage protection, gentleness, comfort and absorption, consumers will not likely buy it again.
Some posters on here are saying the BMXC diapers are just as awesome as the competitors brand.

Thanks man, it was kind of easy to get just applied.
Thanks!
So much for being a scam. showing us in the financials they have minimum gains. Being honest if you will. Not manipulating the financials. They do get audited.
It's about time rat XD
I expect a PO from mr.checkout very soon!!!
They where founded in 2012, but started to run there business in 2014, so there just 3 years old basically.
I'm thinking we get another green day :D
That doesn't make sense . Those are bemax inc private labels. They wouldn't exist without bemax inc. I'm pretty sure they are teaming with there manufacturers. As Guangzhou sells other diapers from other sellers.
There we go go positive!!!!
TBH i don't know...
It has stayed in this range for quite some time. Since 4/24/17. Maybe it hits its low and rebounds.
Guys if you go onto Alibaba the mother hugs diapers are on the 4th page under diapers!! Or if you type in guangzhou suide commodity co there the first diaper on the page. If you just type in diapers under Alibaba there are 316,554 Products, are diapers are on the 4th page and number 1 on the first page under Guangzhou Suide commodity co!
Amazon may be the biggest and busiest ecommerce company in the U.S., but China’s Alibaba delivers way more packages!
According to an infographic compiled by international courier ParcelHero, while Amazon ships 3 million packages a day, Alibaba ships 12 million.

i know i talk a lot on this board, like all my posts are on BMXC. But on the chart it is showing a higher low we will have to see if 2moro will be green if so the higher low will be confirmed, it is showing a hammer candlestick after a decline. Last weeks high was .0093 i'm thinking this is resistance its been touched multiple times last week and declined. About the pullback i think its still in the process of being a pullback until it rebounds, the pullback being from .05. Anything in the subs is great considering the fundamentals like you said. If i had the money i would buy in the .007's and still be happy if it declines to .005 knowing it will rebound from those levels like it did in the past. Chart knows when considering an entry or exist. Hope this helped.
Here is Bethel Imports with Kenya Revenue Authority
They have income tax registered, as well value added tax registered. This meaning they pay there taxes... This is a real company not fabricated out of a mass genius who is capable of having a business entity in both regions of U.S.A. and Africa. You stated the CEO being from Nigeria she could've easily registered the company Bethel. Here is the thing Bethel was registered with KRA 12/24/15 her IPO happened in 2014 Filed (7/31/2014) She is already registered with her Identity of Taiwo Aimasiko unless she made a whole other identity in Africa it just isn't possible. Taiwo Aimasiko also has her business/accounting degree at the UOP i have information that proves this...
After all this BS here is some stuff to look forward to in the future.
The baby market is untapped, she is growing globally with sales extending to Australia, working with creditors as strategic partners, telling shareholders the value of the company will outgrow the notes for mid-long term growth, live marketing and office growth. What makes this stock unique is her diapers are a third less than competitive brands, also they are high quality. The only thing im scared about here is she is trying to start something new in the baby market that hasnt been done before and that is low shipping towards customers and very low cheap diapers. But hey it can happen if not she has the support to grow as a normal baby diaper company with manufacturers as well as distributors...
Same here that .05 .07 gap got me too, was averaging up. Lot of people on here saying it will fill than we go to the moon. But hey averaging down at these levels could be the best for us and for the stock who knows.
Thanks man!! GL to you. 1 million shares damm lol i only have 200k shares. But it will definitely matter when it hits back to its 52 week high with all the fundamentals given and the tweets i think it will :) GL
But they are registered with Kenya Revenue Authority.....
You found a tiny flaw, but i found a bigger answer....
To me information the CEO provides is accurate, or she is a liar. Which she isn't. She stated she wouldn't need any finance for the $1.1 million PO but she did tweet she is working with creditors as strategic partners this could be the reason for picking up more funding, you wouldn't pass up on an opportunity to help your business would you?
Since she isn't a liar
710K purchase order of May 2016 - Reported revenue for periods ended May 31, August 31, and November 30, 2016 respectivley totaled $653,891.

Total revenue reported for three months ended November 30, 2016 was $23,031
$538,738+
$92,122+
$23,031= $653,891
Don't hate its there.
Man i have been here since 1/20/17 not as long as some of the other poster but still, i have seen this stocks ups and downs. First and foremost everything about this ticker is bullish but somehow it is showing bearish moves.
We have great fundamentals from the CEO, i contacted Bemax inc as well they said 2016 there main focus was marketing, and they showed us they plan on marketing. They also said the marketing will show in the financials in the first 2 quarters of 2017, they said they will hit the revenue projection by the end of 2017. So after that conversation im not looking to see anything big on the next 10k which is a little disappointing but i can wait for big gains. But i am looking forward to the $1.1 mill PO on the next 10k.
I'm not trying to convince people to buy but to give them a heads up on the BS on this board.
Plus i can't load up because i don't have the funds i know disappointing...
Can you please give me an overview of how this ticker is a scam?
I*Glow you really make me want to add to my position, but i can't :(
This week might be a good week, i always look forward to every week!
I still expect purchase orders from Mr.Checkout retailers and also from NADC.
We shall see if they meet projected revenue on the next 10K. If so expect this bad boy to rise at least back to .05 cents. The reason for the sell off i think is the CEO obtaining more convertible notes and the cash at end period was substantially lower than the previous year. But if she meets projected revenue at $4.5 million that would erase any doubt, and im pretty sure no one is expecting it.
Lets all be real here, there is no profit in taking this stock all the way down to the trips unless you're shorting... The real profit is when the company succeeds and goes back to its 52 week high of 75 cents!!! 75 cents or a profit of .0075 when it goes to trips >.>
Bear with me this is going to be a long post of debunked claims. If only i can succeed by debunking these claims with true info.
Well it has been the new bottom for a couple of days now. We just need volume for the price to sky rocket in my opinion.
It's been in this range for a month and more the range being .006 and .009.
TBH i think it is consolidating. Waiting for a price reversal either to top or bottom. With the fundamentals given i think its to the top.
You're just guessing that this will go trips, im seeing.
The 52 week low is .0029. That happened on 12/14/16. Lets see this day. For those who don't have charts.
Wed 12/14/16
BMXC .005
Open .0033
High .00970
Low .0029
Volume 38.1m
Look at the volatility on high volume. Bounced almost to a penny on an open of just .0033. This price action happened all in one day. The 52 week low wasn't a low for long, it was only at that low for one trading day. It closed above the low at .005. Almost like the price action we are seeing today but just a bit higher in the .007 to .009 on low volume, today saw a volume of 926.4k. Imagine what this ticker can do on high volume.
Here is what i see man. Lets be real here for a second.
The 1.1 million PO knocks out all of the financing from 2016 and from 2017, hell man the 710k PO almost knocks all the financing down the drain. The total amount from both years of funding is $772,750.
The financial statement is a financial statement. Yes, they are lacking a little bit on the financial sheet. But they are showing growth on everything else. Like expanding there business, presenting live marketing, bringing down costs of shipment to Africa by making a distribution plant. Here is what i think Bemax Inc doesn't have a production plant of there own, they make manufacturers make there work. So, maybe she teamed with NADC or Guangzhou Commodity Co. I'm just taking a guess but i'm pretty sure it is NADC for they understand the custom clearing process, and the regulatory framework of disposable diapers. This shows big time growth and relationship growth with there manufacturers.
Also, the net income loss was (1,033,557) but it was dropped all the way down from operating activities to (256,132)... So you keep stating she lost 1 mill on blank amount on revenue is being repetitive, and not looking at the positive.
I'm not a big financial guy but if what i stated is false please post me the facts im here to learn.
Also, another misleading comment on this board is the business has been around since 2012 and they are not a startup and they have not seen revenue until 2015. But here is why.
We plan to launch full operations in approximately six to nine months following the closing of this offering. Operations to date have been devoted primarily to start-up and development activities, which include the following:
1. Initiated initial website design, layout and development;
2. Due diligence continuing on potential market outlets;
3. Initiated contacts with manufacturers and distributors;
4. Identify our Disposable Baby Diaper Brand.
So, they where just trying to setup until the IPO was released. The IPO was released on 7/31/2014. After the IPO they started to run there business. Here is some more comments on about running operations.
We have not started our business. We need the proceeds from this offering to start our operations.
We do not plan to begin business operations until we complete our public offering.
Not being long on a company who is showing growth is ridiculous.
The contract with Mr.Checkout begins today.
No, you're posting stuff without a detailed information of what you're posting.
You stated the 710k PO should be completed in Q4 of 2016, but it clearly shows in this PR the 710k PO would be completed in Q3 of 2016.
This is the second purchase order resulting from the long-term supplier agreement filed on November 16, 2015. Bemax expects to complete shipment of this order in Q3 2016, which builds upon the $260,000 Disposable Baby Diapers Bemax sold to Bethel Marketing in Q1 2016.
Thank you guys. I try to keep it real :D
Especially towards my investment!
There is something fishy your assuming something, when the facts are right in front of your face.
The CEO stated herself the 710k purchase order reported revenues for May, 31, August 31, and November 30, 2016. Its there man, right in front of your face.
You're just assuming that it shouldn't be there, or all orders are prepaid and booked as deferred revenue.
But the CEO is the holy grail my friend. She reported something and it is there right in the financials.
710K purchase order of May 2016 - Reported revenue for periods ended May 31, August 31, and November 30, 2016 respectivley totaled $653,891. -Bemax inc twitter.
I have no idea where you got that number from. $271,319..
But this is what it said on the latest 10Q... I'm just copy and pasting..
Nine Months Ended
February 29, 2016
$346,338
Nine months Ended means it counted the nine months before the ending period of February 29, 2016.
So lets see what happened before February 29, 2016.
Bemax Receives $260,000 Purchase Order From Major Client.
November 13, 2015
The new purchase order complement Bemax online sales currently at $73,500 since its launch last month. So, in October.
That is in the nine months before February 29, 2016. It is actually 4 months before February 29, 2016. Than we have the launch of the ecommerce site in October of 2015. That is 5 months before February 29, 2016. These revenue streams are all counted for in the revenue, being $346,338 for nine months ended February 29, 2016.
Than we have the 710k PO. Which happened in May 17, 2016. So, it is not on the latest 10Q because it is after February of the dates counted for periods ending February 28, 2017 and 2016. But it is on these 10Q's/10k's of
5/31/2016
8/31/2016
11/30/2016
On 5/31/16 the revenue was reported as $538,738. This 10k was even amended. So it should be accurate.
On 8/31/16 The revenue was reported as $92,122.
On 11/30/16 the total revenue reported was $23,031
Here is what the CEO of Bemax inc stated.
710K purchase order of May 2016 - Reported revenue for periods ended May 31, August 31, and November 30, 2016 respectivley totaled $653,891.
If you add those number you gett what she stated $653,891
I did >.>
Total revenue for year ended May 31,2016 is $538,738.
Total revenue reported for three months ended August 31,2016 was $92,122
Total revenue reported for three months ended November 30, 2016 was $23,031
That is the revenue reported on the financials.
The other $86,338 was from BMXC launching the ecommerce site a month before.
