DO&V is not even required to file with the SEC at all. Not being current is nothing new to OTC. They have stated multiple times that they are working weekends and Easter to get current.

As far as the missing financials go, it states that eCrypt Technology was responsible for all the financials up until the very end of 2015.

So that means that Bravatek has not filed anything since they took over. Then they posted the explanation below as to why they have not filed any of the 10-Qs and 10-Ks...

What does this mean to you all?

Could it just be they are delayed on all the financials because they got a mess from the people that were running eCrypt before them and they are getting everything situated? If there is no halt then maybe they have valid reasons as to why they have not filed.

The explanation leaves me wondering.. What do you all think?

PS-DO%V did not have any filing for the past 10 years and they went current all in one day and look where they are at now.. Any day now BVTK will go current as they have stated multiple times... Just saying...

That is not Bravatek. That is a different management team with different strategic goals and was NOT run by Tom Cellucci. Thanks for the history lesson but it does not apply.

BVTK is simple... It is in a stand-by until the official announcement is made. It will not soar 1000% and it will not go back down to trips... It will more then likely jump up a little in the morning to .003 or .0027 where it had support and bounce around there until any news is released...

The question you have to ask yourself is if you think the DD is credible.

If you do then I suggest you get in tomorrow morning. If not, then no harm no foul, move on to something else.

If the statements and emails from Bravatek are honest and truthful (which has been confirmed through e-mail with the CEO) then once the formal announcement is made you will be chasing to get in. This stock will go to copper-land very quickly ONCE the announcement is made. With its share structure it will not go to dollars but never the less it will be a great run.

I personally have e-mailed the CEO, I personally have called the phone number listed. I personally have dug very deep into Tom Cellucci's past and his impressive resume.

I encourage you all to do the same. THEN, make your own decision.

DOLV is not even registered with the SEC at all and hasn't provided a 10-Q or 10-K since 2013 and it is being traded at 5-8 CENTS. I could go to any one of these OTC stocks and pick them apart and talk myself out of them easily, THAT IS WHY THEY ARE IN THE OTC TO BEGIN WITH!

The fact is, BVTK is one of the best opportunities in the OTC right now with some SUBSTANTIAL upside. Isn't that what you should be investing in?

BVTK is currently working on making financials CURRENT and WILL be putting out an OFFICIAL PR and 8-K documenting everything that has been talked about VERY SOON. Several of us have had e-mail conversations with Bravatek and they have continued to reiterate that all those claims are TRUE and being worked on as we speak.

The 20B dollar deal... Bravatek WILL NOT BE GETTING 20B! They stated they have finalized a deal with a PARTNER that has a 20B dollar contract with the US GOV and they will be announcing who that partner is soon. Even if they only get 1% of that contract that is still 200m and a foot in the door to bigger and brighter things.

This CEO has worked for the Bush and Obama Administrations.. He worked for the Homeland Security and has ties to the DoD. I mean the list goes on and on with him. Bravatek has former members of the CIA on the board as well as award winning experts in cyber security. Bravatek has met with Pentagon officials recently and also the CEO, Tom Cellucci had a briefing with President Trump just a couple months ago.

Is this a sure thing? OF COURSE NOT, it is the OTC. But all it takes is one PR announcement that will be coming momentarily and this will shoot through the roof. It really is that simple.

And why is it such a big concern that they are not current, is this a huge issue or would they just update us on Monday/the end of the week with current financials and the SEC say "ok your good"..

So knowing this. You should not say that BVTK is delinquent in any way because they in fact have not done anything wrong. They have not missed any filing in 2016 because they were not required to provide those filings. Am I missing something?

Yes, I agree. And they have said multiple times they will be going current and providing an 8-k. I am wondering more about the past year issue that lineitemveto brings up. I thought otc pink sheets were exempt from being required to provide those filings. I am new and learning. That is why I am asking this.
