SAN DIEGO, Dec 07, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Entest BioMedical Inc. (OTCQB: ENTB), a veterinary biotechnology company and operator of veterinary hospitals, today announced that it has engaged Bibicoff + MacInnis, Inc., a full service investor relations and strategic planning firm, to increase investment community awareness of the Company. Bibicoff + MacInnis will initially concentrate on developing and implementing communications strategies and programs specifically targeting the retail brokerage, institutional and investment banking communities.
Harvey Bibicoff, President and CEO of Bibicoff + MacInnis, stated, "Entest BioMedical is creating a business which, in concept, has a biotech upside wrapped around a revenue generating, cash flow generating business. Veterinary hospitals comprise the business component. The development of veterinary therapies is the biotech component. This concept, in this industry, has been shown to be enormously successful.
"Entest understands that current and accurate stockholder communications is critical in developing shareholder interest and loyalty. We expect that as the Company's management successfully implements its growth-oriented business strategy, that Wall Street will appreciate the business model, future outlook, and growth potential and reward ENTB with significant and long-term market support," Bibicoff concluded.
Entest BioMedical has two veterinary therapeutic treatments currently undergoing testing. The first, ImenVaxTM, is an immuno-therapeutic cancer vaccine for canines. Three dogs in the 10 dog study have currently been dosed with promising early results. For the second treatment, the Company is the contract research organization for an ongoing pilot study for the treatment of canine osteoarthritis. Entest BioMedical will have the right to use the stem cell based treatment in its clinics once it has been approved.
The Company recently announced its relationship with Emerald Valley Pet Medical Center in Eugene, Oregon. This represents the second veterinary hospital producing revenue for Entest -- creating another distribution channel for the Company's biotech therapies. The Company expects to continue to add to its network and is targeting several more veterinary hospitals for 2012.
David R. Koos, founder and CEO of Entest BioMedical said, "We believe that now is the appropriate time in the development of our business model to tell the investment community who we are and where we are going. We view the engagement of Bibicoff + MacInnis as an important step in the process of developing accurate communications with the investment community. Accurate and consistent communication is the foundation upon which a strong and liquid market for ENTB stock can be built. As we grow our business, we expect that Bibicoff + MacInnis will be a valuable asset to help guide the Company's activities in the investment banking and investor communications arenas."

Sterne Agee initiates with a buy and $18 price target:
ASIA ENTERTAINMENT & RESOURCES LTD. (NNM: AERL) RATING: BUY
Price: $7.96
Price Target: $18.00
Analysts: David Bain /
INITIATING WITH A BUY RATING; $18 TARGET; MACAU VIP PURE PLAY WHICH SHOULD OUTPACE MARKET GROWTH FOR MULTIPLE YEARS
??We are initiating coverage of AERL with a Buy rating and an $18.00 target price (126% upside from current levels based on ~10x our CY11 ests.). AERL trades at 4.5x/3.9x our CY11/CY12 EPS estimates. In our view, its valuation in tandem with our CY11 -- CY15 growth outlook for Macau gaming, yields NT/LT outsized return potential from current share levels.
??AERL net income grew ~138% in CY10 (free cash flow grew ~144%) versus Macau VIP gaming revenue growth of ~70% and Macau market-wide growth of ~57%. We project Macau VIP gaming to grow 45%/17% in CY11/CY12, and forecast AERL net income growth of 83%/28% in CY11/CY12. Longer-term, we forecast Macau gaming growth at 15% - 20% per year, with AERL earnings growth continuing to outpace the market. AERL net income margins are ~30% versus Macau casino operator VIP casino gaming EBITDA margins at ~13 -- 16%.
??According to sources, the Macau Government is currently limiting new VIP gaming room promoter licenses (which AERL possesses), creating additional barriers to entry within its niche. Given this, and its strategic sophistication level and commitment to build cage capital relative to its competitors, we believe AERL will increase its market share dramatically over the next three years.
??AERL will begin to pay cash dividends beginning next month (semi-annual). We estimate its dividend yield is ~3.5%. The Company initiated a 2m share buyback program, which also goes into effect next month. AERL has received $42.5m in loans from Galaxy and LVS (Buy, $44.57) that bear no interest and have no expiration, and which are personally guaranteed by AERL's Chairman and its CEO. AERL management has also loaned the Company ~$60m in a 3-year, no interest convertible ($20 strike, callable by AERL at $20 if stock trades over $25 for 10 consecutive days). We estimate AERL currently has close to ~$200m+ in cash and cage capital.

My bad.....I stand corrected....Aggie.
Intercity buses or Intracity buses. Big difference. CCME provides for IntrAcity buses....Aggie
I do not see anything WCTBills ever posted on this board any different than what was being posted by Bradford, Anderson or anybody else. He did provide vidio clips of the CCME screens on buses. Everything else should be taken with a grain of salt. If we ban him from ever posting again, there are alot of other people (you included) who should go also.. IMO....
Duplicate, please delete
You seem to be forgetting this is CHINA. Not the good ole USA. Banks in China operate differently than in the USA. The allegation is the bank is in Cahoots with the fraud.
What news are you referring???? And how do you know it is almost here????
Based on what, the Chart? LMAO....Aggie...
Well i say again CCME is looking great for a reversal to at least 6.00 very short term
The difference for me is the ones who liked this at $15 provided reasons that were actually backed up by solid DD. DD based on analyst, company proviced news, and SEC documents. The basis of the DD appears to be B.S., but at least it was gounded in what everyone assumed was facts. What I hear now is mindless dribble based on nothing. I will say it again, until the company provides an update, I am not buying. Aggie....
ZERO,ZERO,ZERO
Everybody NEW buying it has stated numerous times thats the risk.
We are not pumping anything.
How many times did the pumpers at 12-15$ say zero? Zero.
Yes, the guys who like it at 15$ I dont care about their Opinion.
Why would I?
I like the the risk here. If you buy at 1.50$ and it goes to 4-8$ its a great return. Thats what investing all about. good luck
will not post for awhile.
Sad Times for the CCME board. This board use to be a valuable resource. Regardless of which side of the fence you sat, most posts were well written and backed up by something other than "To Da Moon!!!!". I guess that is what happens when the stock resides on pink sheets. I lost my ass when this resumed trading. I have flipped this enough over the past two years that overall, I am probably slightly ahead. However, a lot of very good people lost a lot of money. IMO, all the $5 next week based on absolutely nothing provides nothing but board clutter. I am not buying CCME again until the company provides an update, pure and simple. All IMO....and everyone have a great day....Aggie...
Yes, but that is the same logic that got most of us in this mess....Everyone thought, the longer the audit goes without a problem..... Aggie.
You still here????
Last press release was August 20,2008. I would expect news to be release any day now......Lol....Aggie
How Penny Stocks Work:
I think the more valid question would be (looking at the 1 year chart) why did it hit .02 a few days ago......If you see anything other than the pomp and circumstance by all the pumpers now on board, please let me know.....Aggie...
Disclaimer: First Buy 06/23/2006 15:15:51 Bought 35000 PGPU @ 0.1
I have been in this Dog for years....Bought originally way back in the PGPU days....Someone pump this baby to .04 so I can get out please.....Aggie.....
CCME - an interesting side note. A German private exchange was calling through the brokers on Monday, looking to buy CCME shares - apparently to cover a short position. A trading partner of mine sold them a bunch. They offered $12.80 per share, not a bad deal.
Very much respect your wisdom. Care to float an opinion of why they would offer $12.80/share when last price was $11.88 and will more than likely fall thru the floor when trading resumes. Not sure what to make of this.
Many thanks for any insite you might provide.
Aggie...
Absent the Ping report, I would have 100% fewer shares. I sold my initial holding at $20.00 and bought back in from 19.00 - 12.00 after the Ping report......Yes I am pissed.....Aggie...
CCME - Another question. The 15 mil short as a result of the puts + 7.5 mil shorts before the halt = 22.5 mil short correct? or am I double counting somehow? Trying to develope a trading strategy for exit.....Thanks to anyone who responds....Aggie...
CCME - Can someone here who is much smarter than me comment on this. Could teh exercise of the March put contracts have created a 25Mil short position on CCME, which based on RegSho must be covered the first day trading resumes???? In this scenario, who gets the shaft??? The sellers of the puts??? TIA for anyone who can shed light on this......Aggie...
Anyone seen this post re: Etrade info and squeeze? Interesting...

"..I just got off a phone call from a sr. exec at Etrade (I'm a platinum accont and get access to these poeple). He is very familar with the CCME situation and is in contact with sr. people at other firms. Here is what he said: 1) all put holders were allowed to exercise their puts (March) if they could cover the margin requirments (most firms went to 100% margin requirments over the weeekend).2) over 80% of the March outstanding puts were excerised,3)Most of the excerised puts were naked and it will create over 15 million short postions (March puts alone, not counting ITM naked calls and outer months.4)this will create a "huge" Reg sho problem and the firms plan on doing a massive buy-in the day trading resumes to get into compliance (the option regulators allowed the additional naked short positions to be fair to the put holders so they would get a market price if they choice to take the risk.5)If the new longs can not cover there there nargin requirements other assets in their accounts will be liquidated and froze if there is still not enough money or any other legal actions will be taken.6) If the new longs have enough equity in their accounts to cover the CCME assigment, it was mentioned to put CCME stock in a cash account or take deliver of the shares to make the reg sho problem worse and increase the forced buy-in when trading resumes. The brokage firms hate this sitation and want to to go away asap (they will lose business in any event). The first few days of CCME tradingcould be the wild wild west. Any thougkt?..."
I guess everyone needs to learn from this and try not to make the same mistakes again. I am not a big time investor and in the scheme of things.
I flipped this stock 6-8 times last year before I finally purchased my keepers. I held 4K shares at about $12.00 up until Jan 2011. When we crossed $20 in Jan I put in a stop loss @ $20. When the Cintron piece came out the order executed. Felt pretty good about my self. Then the MW piece came out and I really felt good about myself. However, then the Ping Luo piece came out and I bought back in. Looking back, I bought on the advice of an independent expert who should not have been swayed by the long/short debate. Purchased 1K @ $18 and 1K @ $17. I flipped 1K trading shares between $12 and $15 twice. Currently still holding 1K trading shares @ $14.20 making 3K total. I expect to loose about $40k when trading resumes. That is a huge hit for this small time trader.......
I bought in on an analyst report. I shed no tears for Ping over losing her job (rumor has it). She is paid to not make these mistakes. Makes you wonder which of the lying Chinese a@@holes do you believe. I got away from the pinks because you should be able to believe SEC filings, right? You should be able to believe analyst reports, right? You should be able to believe the words of someone who verified 3 years of bank statements and 50% of the contracts, right?

Hey Joe (great Jimi Hendrix song, LOL)... I want you to know I am one of your biggest followers. I admire your trading strategy and knowledge. You at time seem to raise the ire of some of posters. But, to me you are just telling it like it is and I for one admire that.
That said, You seem to have contracts that others do not. What is your take on the halt? I understand you are not long or short and your view point is not jaded by where you have currently placed your bets.
I for one and leaning toward either a restatement of 2009 or a buyout offer. The farther we get from Friday, the less likely we have a DTT resignation IMO....
I am just a little fish in this ocean...Hope you find the time to respond....Aggie...
UTA - PIcked up some at 5.80 today.....Anyone know when earning will be released.
Tremendous call Bob. I got in yesterday for $6.00 5 minutes before close. Got out today at $7.40 10 minutes after open. Gracias my friend.....Aggie...
WOW you bought $300K (20K @ $15)of CCME based on Seeking Alpha pumps. Really????
Hey Joe - Are you currently in or out and sitting on the sidelines. I know you move in and out frequently. Just curious where you are about two weeks before the expected 10K. Also, your crystal ball seems to be much more accurate than mine. How to you expect this to play out over the next 4 weeks.
Many thanks,
Aggie...
