Is Pete still invited to the party?
From Aistrianova’s twitter today: “We had an extremely interesting meeting yesterday on FMT with an international expert on this.”
FMT is decal microbiota transplant. Perhaps they are collaborating and exploring cell-in-abox for other possibilities
Anything material?
In my opinion the conference call is either Huge or it’s same old Waggs fluff.
I don’t see this cc being anything bad.
cmon Waggs time to shine
This rollercoacyer ride is either coming to an end or just starting to peak the tallest hill.
Hard to tell but should know soon
At the end of the day the patients who are suffering from LAPC are the ones that suffer the most not having this treatment option.
Of course us retail shareholders are getting bent over too, but at least we aren’t suffering from cancer.
My confidence is waning.
Whatever happened with Ferrisb and the Kansas thing?
Anybody tryin to see a nice PR this week?
Hey new guys, glad to see you on board.
Sorry to disappoint but it will take 50x the current volume to push this stock up.
The MM’s manage to squash any momentum without volume.
I noticed AN has recently announced that they’ll be attending a bio conference in Asia in late September.
My first thought was why would they be worried about networking and partnering if they’ve already got a preliminary deal in place?
Austrianova had been posting to their FB account regularly until July 10 then nothing. Strange
Just emailed asking if we should expect an update
I am hoping that KW took this speaking engagement knowing that we’d already be in the clinic for PC at this point!
At the end of the movie Moneyball, there’s a scene where brad Pitt is meeting with the Red Sox about a potential job offer. The President of the Sox is sitting down with Billy Beane (Pitt) and is comending him on his successful season in which they had employed the innovative strategy they developed and trusted. He says to Billy,” the first one through the wall always gets bloody.”
PMCB ready to burst through the wall!
At the very end of the scene he slides and offer to Billy on a piece of paper which would make him the highest paid GM in baseball.
PMCB is about to get that sweet sweet offer real soon!
God bless!
Just to add my opinion to this thread.... based on what I’ve seen, the PMCB team consists of altruistic individuals who are interested in and determined to make a lasting impact on the way cancer is treated.
Crabtree has devoted his career to cancer therapies, initially with Taxol and hopefully culminating with Cell In A Box.
Waggoner’s father passed away from pancreatic cancer. Waggs watched his father wither away to nothing and die from this horrible disease and is motivated to improve the way it’s treated.
Gunzburg and Salmons have believed in CIAB since day 1 and have never waivered I’m their belief that it’s potential can be capitalized.
Hidalgo has been a worldwide influencer on pancreatic cancer treatments and collaborated with Dr Von Hoff.
David Judd has developed 5 patents on his own in the cell culture arena. He was one of the first biotech students at Rochester Institute of Technology’s Biotechnology department 30 years ago.
What I’m trying to say is that this team has developed organically into a powerhouse of complimentary members.
Can’t wait to see what they can do as a team moving forward!!
Today is my birthday the only present I want is an IND
This morning I thought about Matthias Löhr I wonder if he’s still involved
Check Pharmacyte Facebook!! Interviews are out!!
Thank you for sharing buddy!!
You may have just enticed a bidding war!!!
Let’s focus on this for a second!!
The rumors come first and the news comes second!!!
Thernoscientific is definitely interested in buying PMCB and Austrianova (in my opinion). David Judd is around doing his own due diligence on the situation for sure.
David Judd is the product manager of global research sera products for the Biosciences Division of ThermoFisher Scientific. David has worked for ThermoFisher for 24 years in cell culture products and applications. David has a broad array of experience in development of media for primary cells and cell lines. He has developed manufacturing processes, cell assays, biochemical analysis, cell culture processes and downstream recovery strategies. He has stepped out of the lab in order to find new ways to provide new workflow solutions for serum products for cell culture applications.
Another strange consideration in my opinion is the Facebook activity. For months leading up to Jan. 23 2019 they had been posting regularly. Then they just stopped posting.
This wait is getting a little trying.
PMCB hasn’t updated their Facebook page since Jan.
Why even operate a Facebook page?
Here is a link to Walter Gunzburg’s YouTube account. He added a video on Feb 5,2019.

“Armies cannot stop an idea whose time has come. No army can stop an idea whose time has come. Nothing is as powerful as an idea whose time has come. There is one thing stronger than all the armies in the world, and that is an idea whose time has come.“
Victor Hugo
Now replace idea with technology and apply statement to Cell In A box
Dr. Manuel Hidalgo with regards to PMCB’s treatment with CIAB:
“When we try a new treatment we really hope it will be safe and effective for patients. I became attracted to PharmaCyte’s study because I think it has such potential.”
IMO the addition of cGMP Validation may have added to a few weeks delay.
This company come on board in early December and their sole purpose is to help PMCB submit an IND that crosses all t’s and dots all i’s.
cGMP Validation is also working with Austrianova some i’m sure there’s been some collaboration on this new encapsulation run.
It’s still a matter of when not if, so I am still in.
This made me laugh.
Is KW still on holiday?
December 11th was the last update.
They feed us garbage and then charge us to maintain “health”
Waggs has always gotten back to me via private message on LinkedIn. That was always a confidence boost for me when the naysayers took their toll.
It’s a tough hill to climb trying to present an IND that will get a stamp of approval from the FDA.
It’s a win win for everyone once Cell In A Box is in the clinic. The technology is going to shine!
Could not have said it better myself.
PMCB is either that needle in the haystack or they are a standard pump and dump shell company.
Time will tell but every day I lean toward the latter.
Anyone’s level 2 seem funky?
Nice find efood! I think you are on to something.
Does PharmaCyte still own a % if Austrianova I cant remember with the recent restructuring deals.
So many exciting possibilities with cell-in-a-box technology, just need it validated in trial.
On September 18th PMCB announces that they had completed their final pre-production run. Waggs reported that the encapsulation part of the process went flawlessly. The second component of the production run process involves culturing, syringing, and freezing the capsules. Austrianova may have faced some difficulties with the culturing portion back in late summer months. The cells responded a bit differently in the culture then they did at Europhins. They gained knowledge and deemed it a pre-production run (delay).
I believe based on response from IR to rc that in the next few days we will get a PR about either a CRO selection or successful production run of final PC product. That includes taking cells from MCB, encapsulating with CIAB, culturing and filling syringes, and finally freezing for shipment. I believe this shipment will be submitted with IND. I may be wrong on that last part.
No idea who Austrianova is partnering with. Could be great for PMCB shareholders or maybe they are bouncing on us who knows with this stock/company.
We should have answers and potential vindication in the next days/weeks/months.
Nice piece of equipment!

If (and when) CIAB works in the upcoming trial for LAPC, it’s immediately validated and ready to treat solid tumors all over the body.
In my opinion this is why it’s all bands on deck for big P to keep CIAB at bay.
They know once it’s FDA approved it’s going to disrupt everything involved with the status quo.
