Ross, no private msg. Check my status!
Hey cut him a break! At least he is man enough to admit when he has been proven corrected.
Thumbs up!!!!
Not always, most companies have contracts that specify payment terms and some of them have terms as long as 90 days before they have to pay, with no upfront payments due.
He may have had to borrow to produce product and may not get paid for awhile. Very few companies pay upfront for any product that they purchase.
I worked as a buyer for a 70 million boat company and only one vendor (Out of about 1500) that supplied us required payment upfront prior to shipping product to us.
I don't know when the last time you actually checked their website but I just went to their website and tested your claim that the shopping cart doesn't work correctly and it is false.
Their order cart works fine. On both the product page and the shopping cart it give a quantity with a (-) on one side and a (+) on the other. I added a single camera to the cart price at $150.00 was correct, I then increased quantity to 9 updated it, price changed to $1,350; I then changed the quantity back to 1 and updated the cart and the price changed accordingly. It even pops up a green bar above the cart that states "Cart updated".
There is nothing wrong with their order process or the shopping cart.
I am even tempted to buy one just to check it out, especially for the low price of $150.00, the bike mount is especially something I would like to check out.
Proof?!?!
This stock really is weird. It drops like a stone on larger volumes then rises on little stuff.
I am liking he direction but what gives??
And true to form, the volume is pretty good, but the sells are having a more dramatic effect on the price that the Buys even though the Buy Volume is much higher than the Sell Volume.
Not sure when that is!
With this much positive buying pressure, this thing should be rising fast, but instead it is sinking faster!!
Volume should be high today with the Bid and the Ask so close together.
Hopefully we will see more buys than sells and push the price back up!
That's what I am saying, something is not exactly kosher here!! Almost triple the buys as sells and this thing is down 7%, what gives?!
Somebody screwing around!!
Buy 285,000 and not a blip, sell 105,500 and it drops like a stone!!!!!!
Buy another 20,000 and still nothing!
What is going on here!?!?!?
Another 70,000 and still no movement!!
@WT.....
Strange stock!
Drops like a stone with only 42,500 shares sold, then doesn't budge with 78,000 shares bought!!
Hoping for the best!! But with the stocks in general taking a nosedive with fears of an interest rate hike from the Fed, not too confident today. Maybe later in the week!
10-Q isn't pretty, he really needs some working capital to make it! Hopefully the sales stream from sales and Torrey Pines Logic will help.
He needs some big sales bad!
We will see how it goes from here!
Still in it for LONG!!!
I hear you, even though I have made a pretty penny with this stock already, (0.006 pps average), I am not willing to sell at this price myself!
All of the markets in general aren't doing to well today, maybe that is the cause of the low volume?!
Hey, we just got a bounce , even for the day!! Rather break even than the alternative!!
CRUMBLE it is!!
No movement in almost an hour!!!
Which is it going to be??
SOAR or CRUMBLE!?!?!
I will keep being a fool!! As soon as I said that, it made a nice little bounce!!!
Bounce, Baby, Bounce!!
It is pretty foolish to believe that this stock is an exception and not going to drop a bit considering the stock market in general is tanking today!
Better days next week if we see any news or when the 10-Q is released.
I'm with you! My current average is 0.006! Definitely in it for the long haul!
Right now fasten our seatbelt because we are in a free fall, hopefully it is s crouch before the bounce!
FPVD started in Florida under a couple different names, but is currently registered in the State of North Carolina as FPVD:

I want this company to be a success just as much as everyone here, but as you have shown, we have seen 2 PR's for two events (Conspicuously, nothing about how many units sold). What about the rest of the 365 days of the year? Two events a success do not make.
It will be a long time before this company is a real success, especially when it has to compete with the likes of Taser, who have technology just as good and has been at it much longer than FPVD.
Example: I recently saw a news story about West Palm Beach and Delray Beach, FL bought a bunch of body cameras, their supplier? Axon, a business unit of, you guessed it Taser.
Not very big orders mind you , but if you multiply say 120 units times the number of Police, Sheriff and other Law Enforcement agencies in the U.S., it adds up pretty quick.

Yes, I saw those as well. I work in a manufacturing company that expends big $$$ to get the sales it gets and not all events result in sales.
I am just trying to let people know that just because a company hosts or attends events, it doesn't always translate to orders, or even if they do get orders they are not for immediate delivery and may be months out.
Not trying to be a downer, just a realist!
Also, these events cost quite a bit of money. The company I presently work for expends up to 6% of revenue to host or attend events and shows, not an insignificant amount for a $70-80 Million a year company.
Unfortunately events and trade shows do not always translate to sales. I have been to many of them and there are always booths that get very little traffic. Lets hope that this is not one of them!!
This stock is like the song, "Flip, Flop and Fly!!
It has already done the first two, now waiting for the fly part!!
If this thing ever gets to $10.00, I am retiring never mind getting to $20 or $30!
Been chasing this stock down from $1.30, when it bounced up to $2.20, I was ecstatic. Then it started its long slide to as low as 0.0023, (I managed to get in at 0.0037). Now just waiting it out until it comes back! if it takes a couple years, so be it!!
If it holds at that level for a year, take it then. You will save quite a bit on your tax liability. The gain moves from Short to Long term, more favorable tax liability. Though if you are worried about a drop back to this level, you might want to take the gain and just bite the bullet on the taxes. Caveat, if you have other investments that have losses, you can use those to offset some of your capital gains here, but only up to $3,000.

The only floor is 0.00000, basement! Anything above that is GTG! But I will hold out that 0.02 is the first floor for now.
Enough of the dribble, go for the jump shot!!!
And the stock price did zippo!!! Go figure!
NICE!!!! About time people started liking this stock!
Not with dumps like that!!!
Only if it is an exclusive. For the most part a distributer is the middleman between the manufacturer and a dealer or retailer.
