Diedre told me months ago that she had mortgaged her house...
Has Tom conned his big sister, or is she part of the scam? Wonder what the ethics committee at the New York statehouse feels about their members being involved in such goings-on?
JEAN-PIERRE, GUY..the other principal with Platten has his hands in twice as many 'corporations'. Most are based in a SINGLE office in Boca Raton. I wonder how the secretary knows how to answer the phone....
These guys create these shells and shift money around and around and around until both the small time investor and the overworked regulator are tired of tracking the scumbags.

Different Tom Scozzafava.
Maverick....you're good. Well done!
I miss the good ol' days of SWVY...
When some men were men, and some women were...well...wrong!

Enjoy
I love your #113037 post with one exception - it happens to be a reply to AP's post here:

SWVC will not drop below .01
I fondly remember your call for 50 cents/share.
What a crappy PR. Who did the proof reading on that thing? And our company is paying money for that service. Oooops, my bad. The IR guy is only getting worthless shares in exchange for his services. No wonder he doesn't care that his work stinks.
Wrong...there's NO light at the end of the tunnel.
Wow, Pearl is a babe! Tom has it all, doesn't he?
He's got all our money, all the beer he can drink, a place on the ocean, and a babe. What more does a guy need?
Anybody want to make some money on this?
I say we start a pool. $5.00 to get in each game. rpt can hold the kitty. Here are some potential games...
1. Guess the trading day that we reach 3,000,000,000 O/S.
2. Guess the ratio of the next R/S.
3. Guess the week when the first lawsuit appears.
4. Guess how many worthless PRs appear before the end of the year.
...I'm sure some of you guys have more intriguing ones. It'll be fun, and give us something to do instead of bemoaning our losses.
Thoughts of Christmas cheer....

So...the Chinese are snarfing up all those shares?

Empty storefronts
As we all drive down beautiful Market Street what do we see other than unique retail shops, happy faces and family restaurants? How about, “for sale, for lease, and for rent” signs hanging in empty store front windows. Not just two or three, but five or six or seven buildings now. There is a beautiful location on Market and Main that has huge windows great for displaying whatever inventory a store owner would want to offer for sale. Why has it not been rented in over three years? What is going on with the downtown shops in Potsdam? Are we finally seeing what the havoc of Super Walmart is going to do to historic downtown Potsdam? Our Greener Home is now out of business. How long will that remain unattended? Are the landlords and building owners trying to charge an arm and a leg for rent and then when they don’t get what they ask for they just write it off “as a loss” on their taxes? Oh yeah, and Potsdam, the downtown garbage barrels are still overflowing.
What's the record for the greatest single day stock price increase?
Whatever it is, I think we need a week's worth of 'em before most of us see any money. Personally, I still like the "...see you at a dime!" mantra that was very popular here just about a year ago.
E Trade charged my account for the reverse-split.
I guess it ain't enough to be writhing on the floor in pain, E-trade finds a way to kick you in the n*ts while your still down there.
Wrong...she's a Repub...but you could never tell by the crap she espouses.
The magic of a quadratic's resulting J curve...Tom will burn through the rest of that 10 Billion OS before Thanksgiving.
If Tom were really smart, he'd be wrapping up final plans on moving to a country that has no extradition treaty with the U. S. of A.
Here is why Tom needs new suckers....
Wells Fargo WILL pull the plug if they haven't already (does anyone know if Tom's payment was made?), and there are no ANGELS left to loan out money for such risk.
An excerpt from a 10/23/2008 article found on MSN
http://articles.moneycentral.msn.com/Investing/SuperModels/bundle-up-for-a-deep-credit-freeze.aspx
... Credit-focused hedge funds are closing down at a rate faster than anyone can remember, and their clients among the wealthy are in such bad shape, staggered by margin calls of their own, that they couldn't buy now if they wanted to.
It's getting so bad that Joe the Bond Manager may soon be asking Joe the Plumber for a job.
Some data: From July 2007 to Oct. 1 of this year, "junk spreads" -- the difference between what lowest-rated companies pay for money and what the government pays -- rose from 240 basis points to 1,124 basis points. (The difference between a 2% interest rate and a 12% interest rate would be 1,000 basis points.) That was already the widest spread ever seen. Yet from Oct. 1 to Oct. 9, the spread surged to 1,391 basis points, or 13.91 percentage points. And in the past 10 days, it has surged to 1,595 basis points. That's like pricing a $30 sheet cake at 10 cents and still finding no buyers.
Reynolds points out that the junk market has never seen anything like this, as even after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, spreads widened only from 822 basis points, or 8.22 percentage points, to 1,025 basis points.
Though that may sound bad only if you're a corporate treasurer, it actually has profound implications for everyone. It means that the credit market believes more ugliness lies ahead: more bankruptcies that will throw workers out of jobs, more states that may be unable to pay off bridges and hospitals, and more bondholders in enough trouble to imperil mutual fund redemptions.
Realistically, how can Tom actually do ANYTHING for those commons who have been 'reversed'? He would have to get the share price back to a nickel in order for me to break even. And my buy-in avg. was well less than a penny. That is a 250 banger from yesterday's closing price. HE NEEDS NEW SUCKERS.
Are the doors still open for business, or are employees locked out? Somebody drive up there and check it out! ;^)
4000 shares at .0002 - 80 cents worth
So will it close at .0001 or will some clown paint the tape?
We're like the guy with the armload of cash going to the market. To buy what? A couple of eggs. Their dollars, like our shares, are utterly worthless.
You think you know dilution? Check this out....
A great example of multiple "reverse splits" engineered by governments.

Cap'n Tom's ready to sail...y'all just need to squeeze in comfy like.

You know what's down the road? The end of the road.
From the SWVY website...
"...Mr. Scozzafava was member of Lehman Brothers' Merchant Banking Group, where he analyzed leveraged buyout and growth equity investments across various industries.
Hey...whatever happened to Lehman Brothers anyway? What a coincidence. I think they were leveraged out the wazoo. Same with our little Seaway.
It is just galling to think Tom would stoop to such lengths. That just burns me. It's rubbing salt in our wounds, and kicking us in the balls to boot. Yes...you always hear about stuff like that going on, but after all the confidence and trust we placed in his abilities to be successful...well, I am at a loss for words.
Is that a smoking gun?
I spoke with Rachael Hanley of the WDT about that a month or so ago. Nothing had been solved as of that time. Ms. Hanley is no longer with that paper. She moved on about 2 weeks ago.
Hey we're hangin' in there for sure...gibbeted like common criminals.
Thanks, Tom! Love ya, man! Started with ~$25,000...now down to less than $200. David Copperfield couldn't have made it disappear any faster.
Well, it would seem that Mr. Hill ain't no stranger...

Mr. Hill is an ACF Certified Chef. I'm sure he'll be roasting the pig at our first shareholder's picnic come next July. Maybe it'll be held in Lake Placid. I'd make the trip if Tom set a date.
