It is tight. Buy all 279k of them at .024
They had to present information to Harvard to start the trails on how they would finance it. The school was not going to waste their time and resources without it. Nothing fundamentally has changed. The L2 is so thin if anyone sells a share it drops the price. Just need some one to buy and it will go back up. Mostly selling going on.
That is a typical boiler plate statement all companies that are not yet profitable make. Go read the report of any pink sheet company and you will see the same thing. If you are not making money it is always possible that you could go out of business. They have made the same statements since they started many years ago.
I think almost everyone has LC blocked. He does not contribute and only beats it up because he lost. In any case I would like to see some news this week on the progress of getting the ball rolling. Also the Texas deal needs an update.
Seems to be at a stand still. Big numbers on the BID but we are holding tight.
Me also. I think that is about my first sell point.
Whoever is sitting on the ASK at .0259 needs to bump that up to at least .0275
Bigger than normal buys coming in. Need the 1.4 million on the BID at .024 to come on up. To get that many shares you are going to have to spend some money.
Looks of big numbers on the BID. Make them come after it on the ASK. Hold your shares tight.
My buy at 77,000 shares at .026 went through instantly.
I think that is what we are seeing already. There is small bunch that is being bought and sold every day but most is tied up. that is why it is trading sideways and the volume is so low. I think most shares are locked up by longs.
I sure would of if I knew 9 years ago what I know now. I did not screw around and had a radical prostatectomy done right away. Been cancer free since but hate the side affects more. I was only 49.
I know there are going to be some great progress made on the drug front with OBMP at the front. I have done a ton of research over the years. I first invested hopeful to help other men going forward.
I would of been a perfect specimen for this.
So we got listed Friday. Should start to see some new action now.
https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT03579654?sfpd_s=06%2F25%2F2018&sfpd_d=14
Next enrollments and status updates of how good it works.
There are a lot of fractions between 3 and 4. I mean ever MM can go from .0299 to .0300 to .0301 - .0302 - .0303.............
They only show their best and could have millions of shares in between.
It is called market manipulation. The MM make markets and they do not necessarily fill every order at that best price. You are envisioning what happens on the big boards. In the wild west they do not follow any rules. The MM hold the shares and will usually cover their own butt first so you may get passed over.
we need to bust through .03.....
if only it was that easy. Do you know which MM runs yours?
I wish they had it back in 2010 when I had my prostate taken out. I sure would of gave it a shot. I was only 49 years old.
When proven this will change the world for men. No side effect that you get with radiation or surgery.
That is good. Glad you feel that way but factual information would be nicer. At these prices any big pharm could do a buy out just online buying shares.
I have a message out to them asking for a call.
That is what I have, TD. IN any case it is a slow day and whoever has been selling on the BID is gone it looks like. Now I hope we can get back to a nice steady increase with everyone holding tight.
I am only seeing 1,100 shares traded all day. Whats up with that?
No I am not confused. there are two studies. One in Texas and one at Harvard. The one at Harvard has been approved by the IRB to start. The one in Texas has not yet been approved and will be submitted to the FDA. The recent PR about being approved was only for the study at Harvard and you asked why they did not mention the FDA in the approval. I would guess if and when the one in Teax is approved they will mention it was approved by the FDA.
There has not been any PR about the phase 2 starting in Texas yet. I think the regular approval process is in place there so it may involve the FDA. They are only talking about the Harvard study starting which was with an IRB.
all the action has been on the bid the last couple days. MM must be trying to build a stash. I do not even think that .03100 with 10,000 shares on MAXM is real.
The trials are not that expensive and a lot of the cost is covered by the hosting schools funding. That is why they are done at these universities as they have the resources and money. The school makes out by getting further grants and notoriety.
Based on their PR they indicate all approvals have been received.
"ALL requisite approvals have been granted to commence a Phase 2 clinical trial"
For them to do the testing they have to be approved. If you recall there were several PRs that discussed the use of an IRB (Institutional Review Boards). Also that they were going to use a central IRB and not the one at the college as they moved faster. The IRB is approved by the FDA. The IRB is the one that provided the approve as it goes through the different committees.
So in it is not the FDA that approves but the IRB. There was another PR that talked about the status of that review and that it had cleared some of the committees.
FDA approval is at the very end of the process. tat is why FDA is not mentioned.
If you would like to see the FAQ on IRB's you can go here: https://www.fda.gov/RegulatoryInformation/Guidances/ucm126420.htm
Why not sell and take the loss as a tax write off? Sometime you just have to move on. I have had stocks do that to me and some got to the point you could not even sell them. At least you can do that and write it off. Staying here talking about how you got screwed is not going to change anything. Only makes you get more bothered. Or keep the shares and do not look at them again for 5 or 6 years.
Now just we just need to stop people from selling on the bid.
Don't look at it that long. Look at the last year.
You can see all the trails that are approved here: https://www.clinicaltrials.gov/
500,000,000 shares authorized; 217,815,339 issued and outstanding at March 31, 2018
The last number TD has is Shares Outstanding 206.7M
So there was 11 mil difference was that the options?
Concurrent with the Phase 2 trial of patients in active surveillance, the Company is undergoing the approval process to initiate a Phase 2 trial of ProscaVax in hormone-naive recurrent prostate cancer patients with increasing PSA at theUrology Clinics of North Texas. More updates on the status of this study are expected soon.
DR Head "I'd like to express my gratitude for all the shareholders that have supported us throughout the process to advance our company to this next stage of ProscaVax development. I believe there is a bright future ahead of us"
What a crappy day. Of course it was all based on an over due 10q that had no good news and only things everyone already knows. Then a PR that basically said they will be starting phase 2 which is no secret either. So really green finish over all is all we can ask for.
That news was out this morning at 8.
Sure but in the mean time I would rather we continue progress while we wait for that.
Need to get off the pinks and back to OTC
