Pathetic how it is apparently legal to screw the shareholders.
Indeed, nothing new. Soon, later this year, early next year, etc. etc.
At the end of the day TFG Radiant owns 30% of the stock and invested about $ 7,500,000+ in this company. I cannot believe they shelled out this much money and are willing to let this company go bust. Especially considering they have quality products.
How about my 0.029?

Good story of the personal side of civil war and personal effort. Liked music, actors. Pretty authentic.

What an amazingly different kind of Civil War movie! Union Bound focuses on two men's journey to freedom using the Underground Railroad of slaves beginning w Tank Jones character which was played with pure passion. I recommend everyone go see this film!!

Interesting and engaging

This is a filmed version of a diary kept by a Union soldier who escaped from a Confederate prison camp in South Carolina and tried to make his way up North to freedom. It takes place in 1864. Along the way he encounters slaves, plantation owners, and Confederate soldiers.
The photograph, sets, and music are all wonderful. The acting is pretty good too, and for the most part, the actors manage to capture the nuances of the time. My only real complaint is that for survivors of Andersonville, these guys look much too healthy. Better makeup would have made for a more convincing story.
Fans of the Civil War will be particularly interested in this film but it has a wider appeal as well. The vignettes really portray the nature of the times.
I regrettably concur. Own 100k of this stock for over 4 years; Nothing but promises.
This 'news' is from 2012. In the mean time China devaluated the Yuan already twice.
The price of the shares is determined by supply and demand. The share price is greatly influenced by the financial results and future prospects for even better financials results. These results are virtually impossible to predict as they are subject to a huge number of economic factors (including the rise of a competitor with a better 'mousetrap') which themselves are impossible to predict. From natural disaster (earthquakes) to armed conflicts to climate changes and a host of other macro-economic shifts. So, all we know is, this company has TODAY a revolutionary product, with based on TODAY'S economic factors has the CHANCE to become very profitable. Base your decision to purchase (or sell) shares on the (calculated?) risk you are willing (or can afford) to take.
This stock will never go higher, as long as all the smalltime investors, making $50,00 'flipping' this stock, keep selling and buying. I have 200K shares and consider myself a small investor, but if I were to sell, I would be one of the biggest sellers that day. Sad, for a company with these types of revolutionary products.
'shorts' in a panic?
Patience, patience. Form 10 filing will have a big impact.
In essence they buy and sell their own shares in the hope to catch some 'suckers' in the uptick.
I appreciate the explanation. Thank you.
OK. But given the concept of supply and demand, they can not endlessly 'print' (issue) additional shares, right?
I fail to understand where the seemingly endless supply of shares comes from, thus keeping the price down.

Does anyone know what
"Case Number: 16-50349-
U.S. Bankruptcy Court Records for the District of Delaware
TSA Stores, Inc. et al v. Ascent Solar Technologies Inc."
is all about?
I do not see the connection between the Cambridge and Nano battery. License from Cambridge? Their own research with LI-O2 batteries?
I agree, the 'Germans' screwed up on this one.
The article refers to a company called AMTECH, not Ascent
I was not aware that an investor board discussion was/is limited to discussing 1 single investment.
For those with 'risk' money check out NGC.V
I am indeed 'new' on Ihub, yet Natcore shareholder since 09/2012 and investor since 1980. Quite frankly never put much value in 'boards' as I never felt individual shareholders (or commentators) attributed valuable information. I now realize that many sources with access to various info could lead to greater inside. So hereby my thanks, Matt
Ok, thank you for the info!
correct me if I am wrong, but does the list you refer to not indicate that Seow Seng and Ichiban intent to sell their holdings??
I presume 'bay at the moon' is terminology exclusively utilized by serious people with an inside in financials matters. My knowledge of the english language apparently falls short here. Translating the term to my native language could be construed as a derogatory remark, which, if as such intended, leads me to discount any future comments from you as inconsequential.
Feel free to keep your sarcasm to yourself. Matt
Thank you for the info 'coin' Matt
Can anyone explain why 03-07-16 the Vancouver exchange Natcore remains unchanged and the OTC (US) Natcore drops 12% ??
