Is it just me, or does it look like an imperfect head-and-shoulders sell-off...sell/short point below $1.35. I could be wrong, but it appears to be a technical sell-off only.
Trust me (if you can ;)), I've pondered such thoughts and I may do that. A quick gain isn't bad at all, you're right. Maybe I'll sell, and put another order at $1....there's a huge chance we could retest that level soon. We'll see how the last hour stacks up...
Hopefully so, but I need to see a strong follow-through after today to bump up my LMT $.80. I'll be able to analyze things more after work. My executed buy at $1 isn't looking too bad now...
I know, but hopefully it won't go down to that level ever again...but if so, my next order's at $.80 still. Good luck, this is an extremely volatile stock.
My first GTC limit was filled at $1, next one sits at $.80. Hopefully it won't go that low, but I have dry powder just in case. It's overdone IMHO.
If my credibility is shot with you, I'll take that as a complement! Who cares if I didn't tell 5 people on some stupid message board that I sold! LOL I still have a long position and I'm still long-term...why don't you state those facts over and over again on this board....Geeze, man...get a life!
I never did that, you're making things up. I have only continued to profess that this is a good LONG-TERM position. I still own a LONG-TERM core position, I just sold some in the interim. I am looking to buy back shares now...you are making too big a deal of this.
"True colors" - what do you mean by that? I am still long and I'm holding long-term...what more do you people want? Geeze....
Oops, that was my last free post for today. Take care everyone and I'll make sure to advertise when I buy/sell next time...
Thanks, will do. I appreciate your honesty, and I'm glad you feel confident enough to attack me. See you on the flip side.
You're giving me way too much credit. I don't have followers, give me a break. Everyone here does their own DD, makes their own investment decisions, and they just discuss their thoughts here. Plain and simple. The only thing I have ever stressed is the fact that this may be good long-term investment, and my view has not changed.
I could give a rat's ass anyway, my investment decisions are my own. I have stated over and over again that this is a long-term investment, and I'm still holding a long-term position. I took some profits to shut my wife up, and I plan on buying back after the storm. I am still a "pumper" of this stock b/c I have no reason not to be...shares are just on sale right now. If Scott comes out and says they will miss guidance, that the asset-purchase isn't going through, or that they are not releasing audited numbers...then my long position may get liquidated completely. I, too, like to read charts and I noticed an excellent exit point to take some off the table.
People should do their own DD and invest on their own decisions, I just talk about the stock and I don't make recommendations. I am still long on this stock...
Can you post the e-mail?
I needed a lump sum, I'm going to DCA my next purchases. I'm still holding shares, sorry for taking some off the table - like you.
Yep, I agree. I need to see the numbers as well. This is very much a speculative pink-sheet stock right now, you just have to balance the risk/reward. I know some people that bought in the upper 1's are kicking themselves right now...
I think it will fall further tomorrow when investors see the drop today - residual fear. Hopefully we'll get a PR will will ease the bloodshed.
I agree, I always try to invest in companies where mngmt owns at least a cumulative 10% stake in the company. I can't speak for mngmt, however, I can only speak for myself. I've seen companies excel and the mngmt only owns a small stake - I didn't like it, but nevertheless the stock outperformed.
Remember what Warren Buffett said and you can capitalize on emotions:
"We simply attempt to be fearful when others are greedy and to be greedy only when others are fearful."
I think so. If they live up to their PR's, that would be a hell of a deal. IMHO
As I previously stated, it was nothing against the company. My wife wanted some furniture, so I took some profits. I am still long and I'm holding a core position - zero cost-basis. I plan on buying back, but I couldn't help but notice a good temporary selling point. This is a great long-term investment, but it's subject to extreme volatility (ie pink-sheet status). Do your own DD and make your own investment decisions.
I have a limit buy order at $1 and another one at $.80. I sold 3/4 of my position in the upper 1's, and I'm going to restock after the dust settles.
Yeah, I took some off the table to buy my wife some furniture...she had been bugging me about it. It was nothing against the company, I just noticed it was a good temporary exit point. My wife appreciates it, so it's a nicer household now. I am going to buy some shares when I deem necessary, but I am still holding my core position - zero cost-basis.
We'll see...you have to be prepared for the worst in any case anyway. It's a game of risk/reward...especially with pink-sheet stocks. Oh yeah..don't forget people..this is a pink-sheet stock! It's synonymous with risk. If you swim in dark waters, sometimes you will get scared. According to Warren Buffett, however, you must be greedy when others are fearful, and fearful when others are greedy.
I'm not losing faith, I'm just not naive. You obviously have to poke holes through all the potential soft-spots in order to fully analyze a current or potential holding. I am confident in management, but overconfidence will make you go broke. IMHO I am waiting for this puppy to settle down, and I'll buy back some shares.
When and if the SB2 is filed and approved by the SEC, they will do the share transaction and ticker change once everything has been finalized....my guess is about December or January.
I agree, please PM me where the new board is.... If you want my e-mail address, please let me know.
Where on Yahoo???
Where on Yahoo?? TIA
The only similarity is that they are both engaging in the sub-prime auto loan market. Other than that, their focuses are on different pursuits.
We're still here, it's you that killed the board watchdog.
Then it's official, I'll see you guys on Yahoo someday...this board isn't for me anymore...adios
No kidding, I was really hoping for a positive close today b/c of the volume. Such a simple thing as that make the chart look bearish now...damn!
Nevermind....I'm going back to ignoring the bashers. My proactivity is having the opposite effect that I was hoping. Also, please leave me alone. I thought you were a decent poster for a while, but I'm having a change of heart. I'm beginning to think I should have left and never come back b/c this board is total crap.
Well, we're honored by your presence and for picking this "train-wreck" as your point of focus. You just keep on postin' buddy...
That's all the fun I can stand for today, you all have a great time and I'll check back once there's something worthwhile to discuss.
Yeah..sure..you go on believing that buddy...LOL I hope you trade off information from these message boards, it would really teach you a lesson. I know you don't trade pennies, however, which reminds me...why are you here again?? Oh yeah, you're the used car salesman that got put out of business by NowAuto. LOL
That "dis"information is from the horse's mouth, and not strangers on a message board. Credibility is the issue.
I need to see fin'ls covering all their operations, and not just car sales/month. Although, that is a great little tidbit of info. I am being patient with this one, so I choose not to be fearful. Plus, I am not overallocated in this position, so I need not be fearful.
Remember, this is how I view this stock:
http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/SC.web?c=NWAU,uu[m,a]waclyyay[pb10!a1.50][vc60][iUb14!La12,26,9]&....
Not short-term.
Sounds good, we can agree to disagree. Just because you have a justifiable reason to sell doesn't mean I do. Besides you are more of a short-term trader than I am, I just don't sell based on unfounded, speculative disinformation. I need to see something hard and fast, per press release, fin'l disclosure, etc. Excuse me for having the patience to see a good company through, I have no problem with actually holding on to a stock for more than a few weeks....have you ever done this? LOL
