Can Caren and the two Avi's hold out indefinitely without revealing who is behind ILST Holdco?

The hardest part is getting out of trips, and once that happens it's smooth sailing to a penny.

$QBAN churning and the flippers who bought at 4's and 5's are getting out.

I think we stay stalled out around half a penny until we get anything tangible from Caren.

$QBAN is flush with cash right now. I wouldn't be surprised to see some kind of acquisition or new development in the near future.

MM's are getting desperate to cover anything they've shorted previously. I'm sure nobody saw this bull run on $QBAN hitting without any real catalysts.

Only 5.8B shares held at DTC. We haven't even seen $500K in dollar volume yet, when $QBAN has had $5 million+ in dollar volume in the past. 10 cents is not out of the question.

MM's trying to stack the ask to push the price down...they're going to get burned when 9's and 10's get cleared out.

Where does it say anywhere that $RITE is pink current? Guy Peckham needs to be thrown in jail.

At what point do we legitimately get to call Caren a scammer?

I am up to date, I just choose not to give Frank or Caren the benefit of the doubt anymore until we get a legit winner from either one of them. And not just a pump and dump, something that is able to sustain the share price and not tank.

I called TD and have been trying to place orders online for experts and get the message "No opening transactions are allowed on securities affected by amendments to SEC Rule 15c2-11.

I would love for Fawry to be the merging company and I think everyone else here would agree with that. But Caren's behavior recently, especially knowing Frank is still part of the process and no actual resolution from the "fake" Fawry twitter incident don't give much confidence.

How is anyone able to buy this? Do you know of any brokers in the US that allow expert market purchases?

Did you already forget the fake Fawry twitter that ran up the price to nearly a penny and had hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of shares dumped into the bid? Lots of people forgot already, and Caren's plan to sweep that under the rug seemed to work.

Either that or a massive scam where Caren and crew make millions by dumping into the bid.
