re:"$KAYS owners are holding their shares at these oversold low levels" Thats one way to spin it. Could be that some KAYS "owners" aren't willing to take the losses they've incurred when they purchased their shares on promotional hype at twice the price it is now.
BTW, only one building permit has been issued to my understanding, So 'news' of TWO stores opening might be a bit premature. IMHO
Indeed, still no point, same deflected "answer?"
Again what does that have to do with this?
re:"$KAYS Store Managers and License Holders undergo background checks and fingerprint checks... next..." and your point is???
I fail to see how your response addresses my post other than to push the post down page:
re:"PICS are needed" Nope, plenty of old KAYS created images to distract from the facts have been repeatedly reposted here as 'proofs' that KAYS will someday enrich the members of general public who've been duped into purchasing this POS.
A highly unlikely probability considering the performance of this tickers past incarnations and the career criminal shenanigans of W. Dave Jones, KAYS key consultant.
And most Pump and Dump SCAMS like KAYS make sure that shareholders never see the profits.
Heck, Craig Shady Frank pays himself more per year than the company puts into its stores or production since inception.
LOL, whats the point of stating a goal of 100 strains year in and year out if you can only stock a "Superstore" with 14 while your competition boasts selections of up to 60 then.
Clearly a Pumper of a repeated statement.
And the part that really shows the failure of last years repeated stated goal is this gem:
Indeed, Wash, Rinse, Repeat Exact same B/S last year at this time! Apparently Shady Craig also likes this part so much he can't stop repeating it over and again without ever doing it!
From last years 10q Q2:
KAYS should have at least quadrupled production in the last year that they've been repeatedly advertising "increased production" at the 6000 sq ft grow that resembles a single-wide trailer by now.
But instead of putting shareholders money where their mouths are, KAYS crooks continue to put most of the money and discounted TP shares into the pockets of the CEO, insiders, and career criminal [W. Dave Jones],who seems to be directing the operation from the sideline as a "key consultant".
Even with the 'edited' statement that you have supplied in your post there is still no Financial proof of "doubling up" anything in what appears to be a BAREBONES SHELL of a Medical only single-wide size facility posing as a commercial warehouse grow from what I read between the lines of KAYS full statements on page 7. If anything, this appears to attempt to spin their failure at Recreational licensing for production into something good when it clearly isn't.
Funny, how sec filing misleads yet again:
Not here somehow:

Not dismissed yet. stop misinforming. Good night y'all.
As entertaining as it is to watch the pro buskers working their magic , I've got grandchildren to entertain at the campground for the rest of this Labor Day weekend before they go back to school.
So GLTYA
Craig Frank,Typo Duh, But since you asked and its funny, lets Craig Jones would be the dirty criminal squeaky clean collaborative two headed monster driving the vehicle to Scamtown.LOL
Old pictures and a high boy Mill van full of 10 lights proves a barebone operation at best. The perfect vehicle for a P&D SCAM in a highly evocative NEWS industry. Sheesh...
Interesting that KAYS menus no longer have any of the revered or 'proprietary' Strains that were shown on their homepage from years back.
Nope, agree to disagree here only. Summer is over in less than three weeks and only ONE permit has been issued. If anything it looks like the one store they promised would open over a year ago MIGHT come online in a few more months but no-one really knows as it took them paying a lease[or two] for 6 months before even 1 building permit was issued. With these timelines KAYS might reverse merger into next big thing before ANY stores open.
Remember, weeks before last incarnation to MJ ,AFAI was making expansion and acquisition statements/promises right up to the reverse merger [shaking off the riff raff shareholders] before reverse merger into KAYS.
Building permit[s?] and signed leases with exit clauses built in cost pennies which is all this POS seems to want to spend on their business plans aside from the high CEO salaries and exorbitant consulting contracts with career criminals.
No reason to believe that KAYS is a SCAM until they've actually opened the TWO promised stores and have actual OLCC approved recreational Licenses to back up their words.
Concrete evidence please, cause no-one here believes the cries of the boy who keeps crying wolf.<succcess>
He may very likely be the majority holder of the Grow which would give him a whole lot of leverage over Craig Jones. A director of sorts thats for certain.
If he's not, who is?
Absolute Nonsense, Pending Lawsuit not Dismissed!! Stating that it has been Dismissed is a bold faced lie!
Additionally, re:"$KAYS is busy implementing their business plan" - KAYS hasn't implemented most stated goals over the course of two years! only thing they have proven to have done is to open a second underperforming 'Superstore" which in actuality is only a larger more barren store than the first store in Portland with less than half the selections of its smaller Portland Store.
And 'soon' is all we here from them in PRs while failing their own stated deadlines over and again. One approved building permit issued for two stores promised to be opened by NOW means very little!
Sounds like a great neighborhood<sarcasm> definitely an upscale shishi
destination.LOL
Touch ups on the paint daily for $70 LOL
Yes indeed paint job up $71 [100 shares] last 20 minutes of day. Aint no-one tried to paint down KAYS price with a 43,000 share purchase at 3:20 LOL
Why would KAYS choose to pass up an opportunity to give value to shareholders that is as easy as utilizing the space they allegedly have?
Indeed, insider enrichment at KAYS is keeping PPS and interest low.
Yes thanks Baomike for the news!
Indeed, paint job repeated daily. Todays green coat to raise share price 6% =$71.00. Comedy value = priceless.
Well I,ve been wrong all this time! Thats no single-wide, thats more the size of a shipping container than a single-wide and a small one at that. Thanks for the size clarification Sierra.
What ridiculous nonsense your reply is. Ummm, maybe read the article again for comprehension. Source is not 33 years old. Article is fresh within the year. clearly states that Dirtbag W. Dave Jones graduated college 33 years ago and shows his systematic rise as a repeat offender SEC securities law who has MULTIPLE convictions over the course of decades.
His involvement with KAYS is well documented and defended by the Shady CEO and CFO Craig Frank and he is formally a co-defendant in the pending $ 1.7+ Million lawsuit that alleges state securities Fraud and racketeering among other claims. Sheesh...
https://www.securitieslawyer101.com/2016/bermuda-short-in-retrospect/
Seems SHADY that they call that a 6000 sq ft grow! Like calling the gold earring you found on the beach with a metal detector a 'gold mine'.
And not much different than W.Dave Jones past yarns of riches owned:
Dream on! LOL. Used to be dimes that were coming soon, nice to see you've toned down you're expectations of this POS.
However, the only real movement up for KAYS will be when they finally have real results, like revenues that at least match the competition in Oregon, or actually opening stores that are repeatedly promised yet never materialize, or actually have a recreational license, or cut loose their career criminal insiders.
So, all this time that KAYS has been advertising 6000 sq ft production capabilities with increases in production announced many times over the past year and a half, this is all they have to show investors?
A single-wide trailer sized grow with 10 lights must be a great improvement over the broom closet that their first announced Grow must have been for them to have improved so much.
What a joke! And what a bunch of pumping these shady players have been up to. Yick!
Failed to mention that other company stock is valued at 5.5 times KAYS currently inflated price had almost 40 times the revenues of KAYS with $9.7 Million in sales last quarter while KAYS sales didn't even hit $250,000, and has total assets[larger production capacities] that are 16 times KAYS valued at 6.7 Million compared to KAYS paltry assets of 407,000.
Both companies entered the marijuana sector at about the same time, while TRT*'s PPS has long ago left the teens behind reaching up over .50 all while KAYS PPS struggles to stay above .07 a share.
Somehow, even though KAYS has the legal advantage of being in a recreationally legal MJ state TRT* has far outpaced them.
Apples and Oranges. and while TRT* apples are sweet, ripe and abundant KAYS oranges are still green, sour and few.
re:"
re:"GREEN ALL MORNING"-60%RED TRADES!!! Not a Rally in my world. Sheesh...
With KAYS revenues 50% less than an average dispensary in Oregon, absolutely no advertising presence in print, billboard, or radio and a handful of reviews compared to the hundreds of reviews that most shops have I don't think the competition even has Kaya Shack on the radar as competition.
Most volume in the 6's today, afternoon paint-job tries to hold up this rotten shack yet again.
Spent a little more on more paint this time almost $2000. Must be getting desperate to sell this crumbling shack as a solid home.
Problem is, aint nobody gonna want to buy this POS until they can see inside.
re:"going well over a dime this week"- Nope, dimes the other direction. LOL
price dips to 6's and volume rises, pretty easy to see where this is returning to.
