Calling him out on what??
A breath of fresh air banks...
Can't say I disagree.
Why would they need qode anyway?
... always was a weird partnership.
You're correct.
Well... here's my apology...
I thought it was just an oversight on the bio.
Wow... I was really wrong on that one.
Thanks Tv Director...
I don't think anyone could realistically expect anything from NAB, a forum which a bit out of NEOM's sphere of operations at the moment.
Nor would I expect some Qualcomm person manning the booth to know anything about Qode.
Appreciate your efforts buddy!
I have heard that phrase recently regarding NEOM...
Study Javien... eom.
Absolutely...
Yes yes... but was this provided upon request directly from Roger Pavane himself?
Or was it taken from file by some event organiser's administrative staff?
From personal experience, I have made so many magazine appearances where my bio data was taken from old stuff either off the net, or from the publishers somewhat dated files
No need to panic.
I can't tell you how much I like it too...
I'm getting 5-10 mobile spam message on my phone every day now
Permission based mobile marketing looks like it's the only game in town folks...
http://www.channelnewsasia.com/stories/singaporelocalnews/view/269937/1/.html
Would much rather see qode on the Naz...
You make sense... the idea has my vote
But then you are 'always _ _ _ _ _'
;)
Now... would news like this ever end up on the 'anthropoid tabloid' ?
You asked for it beacs!
Oh God... why are we even engaging this guy...
KRZR may not do the reader...
Motorola gave me one the other day and the model I have (KRZR K1) only supports the qode window.
I would suggest that NYT is monitoring the hits it recieves via NYTCODE in order to assess future placement..
Click away soldiers!!
You're correct Beam. The Nokia phones being trialled in China are specific only to China, have a very small reach and are not popular models..
Not much of a global deal...
NYT Article was mentioned by Leo Laporte on his April 1st show on KFI

Loud and clear pvc.
"pooling it"
Hi Paradigm...
From a purely realistic point of view..What would you do to right the ship and make things better if you were CEO of Neomedia?
It will never be posted Jonesie... ;)
That link says it all.
Please everyone... have another at the perspective provided by Beam11.

You're one of a kind SOG...
Regarding Dupont... let's think for a second.
They agreed to print 2D barcodes from Scanbuy... Hooray!
They also agree to print tomato soup labels...
They also agree to print salivating dog faces on dog food cans...
They also agree to print dotted lines on 'tear along dotted line' diagrams...
Get the picture? Dupont will print whatever the CLIENTS WANT them to print.
Would they EVER turn away a client who wants an aztec code?
Would they EVER turn away a client who wants to print a dancing goat?
Read my lips PP...
"DUPONT WILL PRINT ON THEIR LABELS WHATEVER THEIR CLIENTS WANT"
Oh and by the way... My inkjet printer at home can print 2d codes!
What a coup for me!
It does look rather puny...
OT: Don't knock the classic 6 pixel machines beacs!
I filmed my critically acclaimed "I like Brown" on just such a contraption.
Mmm... 15 minutes of brown....
Precisely jonesie!
If I write a piece of software which works on OSX, does it mean Apple has signed a multi million dollar deal with me? Any deal at all?
The only thing we DO have is Qualcomm's acknowledgement of qode's existence.
Not good IMO. In what kind of light does that put Neomedia?
Scott filters the comments in his blog. Smart move on his part.
Whether it was one of our mob or whether he posted it himself,
it only makes those in favour of Qode's success look desperate and immature.
We can be grown ups, even if others can't.
If only BP&G were still in business!!!
http://www.bpglaw.com/
Woogs... It ain't the product, it ain't the partners...
It's those financials, the dilution and the folks responsible for the state of both.
OT: Death for more than one year? Ouch. They should reduce that,,,
Geez... even Kaywa, the supposed 'free choice' only supports 42 handsets... I was very surprised at that.
From the marketing managers and account execs I have spoken with over the past six months, it is becoming clear that Qode is the most robust platform in the PWC landscape.
Who knows what additional fuctionality the next version will bring!
Good common sense research jonsie...
I'd hardly call that 'dumping'.... C'mon - how old is the guy?
UPDATE FROM NEOM WEBSITE:
Investor Relations
Shareholder Communication Policy
In order to deal with all shareholders equally and according to appropriate rules and regulations, NeoMedia will follow this standard procedure in communicating with all shareholders, and will receive directions from the disclosure committee and Walek & Associates, and the IRO at NeoMedia.
1. NeoMedia will not comment to shareholders individually as all shareholders need to be informed about material developments simultaneously. Such comments could constitute selective disclosure, which is the release of material nonpublic information to any individual or group prior to the broad public dissemination of that information. It is against the law and company policy to selectively disclose material, nonpublic information.
2. NeoMedia will take steps to ensure that material and other sensitive information will be carefully handled in order to avoid “selective disclosure.” The company will maintain a disclosure committee which is responsible for making the determination of what they deem to be material information and the timing of its dissemination.
3. NeoMedia has always, and will continue to keep shareholders apprised of any material information, in line with what is expected from a public company.
4. As part of these efforts, NeoMedia will hold quarterly earnings conference calls
5. NeoMedia understands the importance of, and is committed to, shareholder communications. As a public company with limited resources, our first duty is to run the business in the best interest of our shareholders. We try to be as responsive as possible with shareholders by trying to anticipate questions and by responding to questions via email (IR@neomedia.com)
6. NeoMedia will then try and address the question(s) on the FAQ section (soon to be released) of NeoMedia’s website at www.neom.com. We will get you an answer if your question is appropriate given materiality and Fair Disclosure issues. We will then post your question and answer on the FAQ section of the IR Web site. Please refer to this section before emailing a query, and refer to it often, as we update it frequently. Your question may already be asked and answered.
7. For Neomedia employees; all emailed requests by shareholders should be forwarded to:
Peter Moore I Walek & Associates, office: 212-590-0533 I pmoore@walek.com
8. Only authorized NeoMedia spokespersons will speak with shareholders at previously arranged, formal communication events such as conference calls and road shows. Authorized spokespersons are the CEO, Legal Counsel, CFO, COO and others appointed by the Investor Relations Officer.
9. NeoMedia will not comment to shareholders on rumors or speculations.
10. All employees, board members and consultants to NeoMedia are to review and follow this policy at all times. All queries must be reported to IRO and Walek & Associates. This policy will be strictly enforced by management and all directors will sign this policy upon joining the board.
