Hardly news, this was known well ahead of July 1st, it's why shops had large sales.
And the day it shot up you were so excited. You flip flop so much.
I think we are probably down today because of the stock market as a whole. Not worried.
Omg is cheerio actually happy?
You mean like how Tesla has always been in the red... deep as hell in the red? (Save for what 1 quarter?)
Actually if you read it it clearly states that EVIO purchased shares of keystone.
Looks like a clarification of some details.
Possibly waiting for an 8k? Though we do seem to have a nice EOD.
Looks like someone triggered a bunch of stop losses
Well this is interesting

Point being it's progress to the end goal.
Seems like based on the 8-k released that this will be lab #10 and it's Canadian at that.
Yeah... he's also a director of quinsam, appointed in September. Why do you think they've been investing heavily into cannabis and EVIO?
I know Cali is a main focus but I wonder when we get a lab in Michigan. It's actually pretty big here (minus certain people really hating it)
Nice, and now we know exactly what those two will be doing and why they were brought in.
Seriously though he's a broken record. Doesn't matter where the price is or how the company is doing. I don't even think he's trying to scare people because he only ever says the company sucks because management.
Ok sure management can suck, but many companies do well with people that suck running them. Ideal, no, but cherio seriously need to get over it or leave. It's wasted energy.
That and testing really won't kick in until June? Specifically being required to test all the things. I.e. phase 1 can be avoided by most right now. Going off a hazy memory right now
You also can't really discount that they did just get about $6mil, so none of that or what it is used for would be reflected in this 10q but the next.
There's been quite a lot that's happened in this quarter already, I'm sure we'll be seeing a lot of things happen this year.
Well yeah also the stock market dropped like 2% today, so today's drop isn't related to the stock itself. Though I guess it would mean our Canada friends are even more likely to hold long.
Nothing wrong with conservative estimates. Better to do a bit more than the estimate than do less.
Right, I was just working out all the math, assuming I was right with it, it seems correct...
"Company, raising an aggregate amount of $5,973,000"
"Each Unit consists of one convertible debenture (a "Debenture") with a principal face value or denomination of US$1,000"
So 5,973 Units
"and share purchase warrants (each, a "Warrant") in the amount of 250 Warrants per Unit/Debenture"
Which gives 1,493,250 warrants
"Each whole Warrant shall entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share of the Offeror (each a "Warrant Share") at an exercise price of US $0.80 per Warrant Share for a period of 24 months after the closing of the Offering"
So 1,493,250 common shares can be purchased within 24 months, each at $0.80, an additional $1,194,600 for EVIO
"Convertible Debentures have a maturity date of 36 months from issuance. Simple interest shall be paid on a simple basis at a rate of 8% per annum. It shall be paid quarterly in arrears until maturity or until conversion."
Meaning the 5,973 Units can be converted or held, if held they give 8% interest per year, for a max of 3 years
"The principal amount of the Debentures and any accrued interest thereon will be convertible at the option of the Investor into common shares of the Offeror (the "Conversion Shares") at any time at a conversion price (the "Conversion Price") of US$0.60 per Conversion Share."
In other words the $5,973,000 or 5,973 Units can be converted to 9,955,000 common shares. But they can get more if they hold for 3 years.
So in total they can get at least 11,448,250 common shares.
I do not know if the last part refers to the Units/Debentures or the common shares or both. It would seem they definitely can't sell the debentures in the US or to any US person and I would assume the common shares as well since they would also need to be registered?
But either way this benefits them more to hold the units instead of converting now. (Especially if the pps continues to rise)
Pretty sure they don't have to publicly list what lab they use, if at all.
Since you claim evio has no market share in CA, would you care to provide those that do, oh and go ahead and site those sources, and mention which ones are publicly traded?
I'll wait.
And a large amount recently has been cannabis, they've been investing heavily in cannabis.
Looking back through some of Quinsam's news, it seems they have been investing heavily in all things cannabis related. I doubt this is a quick flip for them. Yes it's a lot of shares, but they've put millions into other companies, so EVIO is fairly low in amount received it seems. And if they are looking for EVIO to be uplisted then they plan on holding for a while I would think.
Also just looking at yesterday and the day before, we have a bullish harami cross. So hopefully it's a good couple days coming.
True even a couple thousand is good and I think today or in a few days we will see a large push up, hopefully past $3.
Only 2.5k
I only have like 2500, so not much compared to you lol
But didn't have much to put in, had some back before the reverse split, though didn't really have anything to put into it when it was around $0.60, other wise I'd have like 5000 instead lol
Until Nevada gets it's shit together (namely Clark county) it really shouldn't be touched. It would be better to focus on CA and other states that are progressing nicely, honestly this year's voting should see a few more states open up.
Neither did I because I didn't have he money for it / wasn't thinking. But my average is like 1.6. That's that's fine with me.
It's up 24% today, what's the problem?
Looks like 22k
Loved watching this chart.
I don't know what it's been like the last year or two, but I do know it was incredibly difficult for dispensaries to open up or find locations, lots of wasted time and money. Casinos screwing things up too (which is hilarious because they could have leveraged it like they do smoking and actually been a huge boon to the industry).
Honestly I have some friends in Cali who probably know more, since they are in the industry.
Clark county is notoriously difficult when it comes to cannabis, as great as Vegas should be for it.
Maybe, but if you looked at the chart you could see this. As was mentioned it looked like a flag and pennant, or symmetric/ascending triangle.
One day he's for it, then next he's a nervous wreck. Now he's going to be upset that he suckered himself into selling.
I know, I just feel so suckered with that jump we just had, man wish I had sold when it was lower.
Looks like we have a lunchtime dip.
