Volume building and shareprice appreciation too.
Tinley is back trading and the news is good. Formulator in Canada is making emulsion which I call concentrate for bottling Tinley infused beverages for Canadian marketplace. 30 plus million people, same size as California. Safety inspectors have up to 60 days to clear us for sales. Shouldn't be that long imho because we have a team of professional beverage guys and I haven't heard of a lineup for testing. Tinley for Xmas or before. I can't wait to try 'em. glta and dyodd
Hopefully a few suitors in a bidding war for some or all of the company. Got to be some biggies looking for a segway into the marijuana biz or the beverage biz. If there are a couple of offers or more it would explain the delay in explaining the halt. Bid is @ .55c Canadian, last I looked. I'm wondering what kind of a multiple we could get for a fledgling company actively in business in California and with Canada in the crosshairs. glta and dyodd
Tinley is halted for what I expect is good news. No explanation yet and CSE is funked today, probably got hacked so not up to speed yet. SH shows it halted! Partnership with a biggie maybe?
Somebody is going to come up with a thc breathalyzer that works as advertised. Technology is moving us closer to this device as the need for it increases. I've thrown out $40 per share for the first to deliver, just based on what the first blood alcohol companies achieved. Cannabix's mass spectrometry technology works in the lab with a trained scientist and environmental controls. They even claim a desk top model. Everybody wants one that is familiar and are leaning towards a pistol type much like the bac model and have even come up with pistol types that collect saliva that don't fit the bill. We will get there sometime in the future. Haven't heard much yippin' from the Hound lately! glta and dyodd
Holding in there nicely considering the downdraft for potstocks.
Maybe we can get someone to stuff one up management's azzs to energize them to get this moving upward. Someone is going to do this and the timing is right. This stock indexes with the sentiment of marijuana stocks but US investors don't have to worry about Fed interference so might be a safe way for them to invest. Gone quiet on the ignition interlock and breath collector device. What about the table top model for the Batmobile to get a true breathalyzer out to the roadside while we wait for things to gel with the pistol type handheld. Regulators and law enforcement are screaming for this as more and more legalization is happening.
I don't think so but I have e-mailed IR of both Acreage and today I shot one off to Canopy to try to get a hypothetical value using today's shareprice of how this will project out when we get a triggering event. 3 tries with Acreage and no response and nothing back today with Canopy but it is early. I am even interested in investors taking a shot at it with 1000 shares in US dollars using the latest amended deal. glty and dyodd
Waiting, waiting for this to start trading again, any day now, maybe!
A true penny stock, grasping at straws with a long term plan for psychelics in a well established market by people with no more expertise than they had to implement their marijuana plan.
Waiting for the starter pistol which will come in the form of finished commissioning for our own production facility and numbers of beverages sold. I am expecting the same thing as is happening in Canada with increased interest and purchases for Canopy's beverage line and they need improvement. I can't help but think that Tinley shut down their alternate line too soon and had to back off on the push to get us on shelves until we are full go for our own facility. Of course, we might get some Becketts numbers that will impress too! Can't keep a lid on real news and fundamental developments. Maybe we get more than hints of who our co-bottler is in Canada.
price firmed back up, decent volume and potential for good news announcing progress for new deals.
sp firmed up and hopefully, good news to come!
I'm thinking that our management is deliberately draggin' anchor for better positioning for our arsenal of heavily loaded cannons. Everything is getting done with zero fanfare from management. Jeff promised me no fluff and he wasn't kidding! Lots of news to come and it all looks good if we can believe the rumours. Still a new company in a whole new vice business with a ton of regulations that need some rapid equalization with Big Alcohol.
Friday we were green in a sea of red. Acreage is oversold and been hammered harder than it should have been imho. If you do the math on the revamped deal with Canopy, I think it's ok. I did it with real numbers from the tape and it looked like a double to me. When this gets triggered and we get 10x investors from the States as Canada wanting some Canopy, there ain't gonna be enough shares. I can see this bouncing back hard to at least the old highs for Canopy and those Acreage shares that u buy now will get you some of those Canopy shares down the road when the trigger gets pulled. 58 days to the election and who knows to Fed descheduling in the US or a banking bill to start the US greenrush. It will be an event that you don't want to miss as an investor. glta and dyodd

If they are moving this forward like they say they are we are due for some good news in regards to sales numbers.

I was surfin' around some of my dd sites and noticed the pump from UBC Okanagan pumping their breathalzyer that is apparently in the hands of Cannabix doing real people reviews and trials. Pretty sure it was old but good to see anyways. Somebody is going to come up with a thc breathalzyer that works as advertised and make their investors rich. I still like Cannabix because I think they stumbled into somebody that can really do this. Not sure if we have any other publicly traded competition that are active or not or private companies for that matter! glta and dyodd
Accounting principles are guiding management now that Linton is on the sidelines but the dream is still the same. The difference is the money has dried up or gotten very expensive, other than this story. STZ secured this for $5 billion Canadian because they saw it as essential to their wellbeing. Canopy still has a couple of billion and came up with more cash to rewrite the deal with Acreage at far better rates than the last time Acrgf went to the street for short term money. Acreage was beaten down so bad that they could have just bought it if it wasn't for fear of the Feds coming down and making an example of them. They didn't do that and still see it as essential or something similar. They do seem to have hedged a bit with the Terrascend connection. Canopy knows that beverages are going to generate the most dollars unless someone pulls a rabbit out of the hat and cures cancer and have a huge push on for them, right down to licensing the brand to Acreage to keep the momentum and help get Acreage to generate some revenue. Some of those other MSOs that u talked about are busy with their own lines of beverages because of the success they are having in Canada. Consumers are speaking and the message is that we want beverages. My Tinley is on sale today after a fluffy news release where investors didn't like some of the news and they have award winning products, in great looking packages, in California so far. Canada is in the crosshairs but expediency isn't on their to-do list, it seems. Not like Canopy with Acreage and a beverage line. Maybe I have tunnel vision or my crystal ball is wonky so it's good to get some feedback from smart investors. glty and dyodd
Beverage packs are new. Slipped that in with delay news. Chryopharm product line uses Neutrisci IP so NU should get a piece of the action when they hit shelves. I hope Cryopharm goes public soon so I can invest directly in them.
If you are talking about my crack at where this is headed, that was hypothetical. This was my biggest cash outlay I have ever made for a stock purchase but it was house money from Canopy. I got too excited and my break even is at $6 so if it cracks out the way I understand the deal I should be ok. I am really struggling to not keep averaging down at these prices and I do feel that a triggering event could launch Canopy back to its old highs of about $60US. Acreage is the prospective partner for Canopy for US expansion and I wonder if it would have been hammered so hard if they didn't dividend out $3 per share from the first Canopy deal. At any rate Canopy is still picking up assets, outlets and cleaning up the garbage and their beverages are doing well in Canada and they have cut a deal with Acreage to get them going in the US with a big push on. Beverages are going to be the big revenue stream for potpreneurs and there are a ton of potential manufacturers sitting on the sidelines wishing they were getting their formulations on shelves which is slow going because of the strangulated laws and regulations. Sorting out legalese is time consuming and difficult and a triggering event would be welcomed by all of the players and greenrush investors. Another one of my pot investments just announced a powdered beverage release today which was a surprise to me because they had a prototype of a rts one. Seems to be a market for that too for ease of packing. At one time they tried pushcaps full of thc and cbd that you added to your favourite beverage or water choice. Canopy through Acreage is focused on beverages and are already talking about cbd rts where allowed. Canopy beverages are new and exciting in Canada and usually out of stock. They have already sold over a million cans and climbing and they haven't been allowed for long. V.NU has eyes on California and Japan and Tinley is already a licensed thc bottler in Long Beach Ca with a great looking line and apparently loved by those who have reviewed them. Canopy's beverages seemed to be rushed with a lot of room for improvement in flavour and effect but they will get there with time or they will swallow up somebody who has successful drinks. The point I was trying to make when I strayed away was that beverage options are going to be gamechangers and could rapidly change the shareprice of Acreage when they hit the shelves.
price is firm and sales news on horizon.
I took a shot at calculating what 10000 share of Acreage is going to be worth when we get a triggering event. Feedback welcomed!

Moving along albeit slowly for most investors. Lots of promise and looks like some nice new products on their website. Not going full boar at Long Beach yet although small batches seem to be getting done. Competition is rearing its ugly head in a big way, most notably Canopy has full intentions of US beverages through deal with Acreage Holdings to go along with some other products that have made their way to shelves. Canopy's rep for flavour and effect isn't that good so Tinley's reviews are promising for great success when management gets around the regulators that seem to be holding things up. glta and dyodd
Are we there yet? Is this the week we are supposed to ship to California retailers. Doing business in Cali is not easy for cannabinoids but others are and so should we. Blueberry goodness with cbd and thc added. Energy, fun, relaxation or pain relief. Consumers of this type of product are reporting success for these attributes. glta and dyodd
When a deal isn't a deal! Happening more and more all the time. I know it seems contingent on the US greenrush to happen to shake some life into this investment. US MSOs are getting some loving and even institutional investors are getting on board, in anticpation, I think, of a proper greenrush happening without Fed interference. If these guys choose to invest they are relying heavily on States Act protection. The financing thing is almost non-existent in the US and the foot draggin' done by regulators is right sizing the value of marijuana stocks. The US greenrush is going to happen, hopefully quick enough that these guys can tread water until this happens. The way they have executed compiling the assets that Canopy wants and needs was rapid and expensive and then the downdraft happened and gutted most of the big players back to reality. It is going to be a big boy's game and Canopy is in the leadership contention. Acreage is a critical part and investors are disgruntled or have chosen to ignore the potential, or simply forgotten or blinded by the first movers. Acreage has critical pieces needed by Canopy and even Canopy isn't content to wait and are strategically executing on US operations, where they can, medical and cbd mostly which are safer areas. Trump could strategically steal the US greenrush from the democrats and get the credit and a lot of votes like happened for the village idiot in Canada. If it becomes a ballot issue it will bring out young voters that otherwise wouldn't vote at all. Most of those well run US MSOs are already getting interest and building value in shareholder's minds which I guess makes us the deal of the day for the beat down investors gave our shareprice. glta and dyodd
Acreage Holdings is one of the leading MSOs and despite the kneejerk reaction investors have taken hammering this down, it still has huge potential. Some might even think it is on sale by comparison to some of the others that are gaining shareprice. Maybe they are better run but there is little doubt that they are all hoping for the US greenrush to start sooner, rather than later. I have been crunching numbers for Acreage and how they would shake out if we get a triggering effect and Canopy assumes Acreage. Based on Fridays prices, 1000 sh of Acreage would cost $3 per share for $3000. If/when we get the trigger the shares would be split at 700 and 300 floaters. 30% of 700 shares is 210 Canopy shares at $20 is 4100 plus 300 Acreage floater shares at an upset price of $6 works out to 1800 plus 4100 is $5900 for a cost of $3000. Almost a double without consideration of shareprice appreciation for the US greenrush effect. I think Canopy could easily get back to its former high sp of $60 which puts us in multi-bagger territory. If I've got this figured, it looks like a bargain entry price and a sure winner. Comments?
Investors like it. Lots of promise that we are arriving with new consumers in Japan and California. Nice close on Friday. Can't wait for the news to drop.
Canadian nr said that they are human testing thc breathalyzer at UBC Vancouver although the prof that is working on this is at the Okanagan campus. It is a great idea for a needed device that is a lot more difficult to invent than a BAC model. Haven't heard any howling from the Hound lately or any other potential inventors. Keep in mind that Mass Spectrometry works well but in a lab setting. Small and portable and run by a cop is a different story. glta and dyodd
Very little interest anymore. Management designed failure to get the listing is my guess. There can't be any real effort to do anything but badly. Sold Calyx to another bunch of.........lawyers from the looks of it. Not even sure about the value of anything generated other than taking Calyx off the books of SPLIF. Funny wording about Nut High holding 7 million worth of debt and no mention of what they received for selling what I think is their best asset.
Dopesmokers won't have any problem switching to thc infused beverages. I have tried all available beverages except Tweed Penelope, if it is still available I haven' been able to find it in my store. If I had to choose a favourite it would be the Houseplant. None of them were enjoyable for me for taste although when I mixed them with gingerale they were better. Tinley Beverage has award winning flavours that taste like alcohol style drinks and minimal sugar and calories, which is important to consumers. Not available in Canada yet although they say they are coming soon. WEED will get there with their flavours or buy the recipes from someone before they let their marketshare get eaten by competition. That's how it is in the beverage market. No matter because they will fly off shelves in the States just like they are in Canada because they are new and novel but eventually consumers will migrate to the one that hits their palette and has the effect they are seeking. Tweed misses on all points for me except the Deepspace which packs more of a wallop but tastes the worst imho. Canad a is the testing ground for Canopy's Tweed beverages and they will tweak them or trash them until they get winners but they have eyes on the States for beverages for sure. Starting with CBD infused to begin with and subbing in THC later s/b easy because the molecules are almost the same. Beverages are going to make the most money eventually when they get a level playing field with Alcohol and access to business tools in the US like banks, bank loans, brokers, Investment funds, advertising and are allowed to sell them in bars with alcohol as a low cal, no hangover option that consumers are looking for. glta and dyodd
I just had a listen to the CEO of Canopy on BNN. Doing well but can't keep up with supplying demand. Keep in mind that Canada finally sorted out the lock out and delay of retailers and dispensaries. Did mention that they are getting more products on shelves in the US and did make mention of beverages infused with THC as a way of getting non-smokers to try marijuana. I believe that beverages infused with cannabinoids are going to be the bread and butter of the marijuana business especially when we get a level playing field with alcohol. Right now they are getting as much as $10 a can for thc infused in Canada as a single serve, so great markup and profit potential. Sadly these products seem to be rushed to market and have a lot of room for improvement. Tinley Beverages took their time and test marketed and tweaked their line of infused products and got awards for flavour and effect. Maybe Canopy will buy them out to get some good products on shelves. Consumers want infused beverages and are lining up for them despite the fact that they are not so good in Canada yet.
good news, volume and uptick
Today's interview link posted over at SH.
Well CGOC has just posted of a 20 million share takeup and 10 million warrants of Dixie. I've gotta think that there is a beverage deal in there somewhere to generate that kind of interest. Dixie is still making noise about AriZona but it is done through another company, once removed and low profile as in google proof. I can't find much on it other than some body creams or some such. Herbal I believe. For the investor that I scared off, this is red or black and wait to see the direction that BR is going to take the shareprice. This is a bigtime sale item by comparison to what I invested at and I don't know how the synergies are going to work. If AriZona is serious about a infused beverage line, I will anti up some more dough because I see beverages winning the revenue race over all the other products. I wonder what CGOC knows?
Firming up a little as Canopy show its cards for US product launches. Acreage is taking up branded products of Canopy and I believe there are 5 available. I'm waiting for the infused beverages myself which Canopy has launched in Canada and they seem to be sold out all the time where I shop. They have 3 or 4 and a just cbd beverage. Lots of room for improvement but the market will take what it can get right now. Lots of launches for infused beverages being announced for Canada including my favourite company Tinley Beverages who are supposed to have product on shelves in mid August but latest nr downplayed the date. It seems that Canopy is really keyed up to get products on shelves and they have mentioned the States but have a lot of room for improvement in flavour and effect. I have tried most of them and it sounds like Tinley is winning the race for flavour and effect from them that have tried both.
Rumblings of products on shelves in California in August. Fingers crossed!
Fingers crossed! Details are getting taken care of and someday soon we will have to arrive. I trust Jeff and we have a beverage team of pro's who can do this as the bureaucrats allow. My sense is that we are getting very close to a trigger in the US that will launch the biggest greenrush the world will ever see. Election is coming and lots of bills in this regard. Trump should quickly legalize it at the Federal level and he might gain some points. It is looking like he needs them.
