I am so glad I sold on Fridays high! Thanks techmover for encouraging me several times to sell, although I think you were hoping I was making a mistake.
This is going down for sure, no doubt and fast! Hold on to your seats!
I highly doubt there will be any financials for some time to come.
Will be glad to buy some shares at a penny come the new year!!

I'm not debating how the government operates vs how Arrayit does. I'm simply stating that they can be late with financials, have a CE and still make revenue. Having no financials filed for a few years or having them re-audited does not indicate a scam business.

Good point, but not accurate. You're can simply look at the government sites like this:

To confirm those govt business deals. You can also call the clinics and institutions that are named (the ones that don't have an NDA in place) to confirm deals.

I think some of the negative folks are looking at the lack of fins and past history of not filing as a reason for the WHOLE operation of being a "scam". I understand the frustration of not disclosing financial information but making factual business deals and not showing you the receipt are not mutually exclusive. I can buy a house and live in it for 10 years and drive a car for 5 years but people won't believe I bought it until I show them my titles or my tax returns. It doesn't impact my income or ability to afford them.

I've read the Bad Blood book about Theranos, watched the 20/20 special Drop Out, and know the Theranos story really well.

When the scam was finally exposed by Carreyou, the SEC interrogated the hell out of Holmes and Banwali. They (SEC) brought up past magazine interviews in which Holmes had made many false claims about their technology. She claimed ignorance over 600 times stating she "didn't know" or "wasn't aware" of the claims being false.

If Arrayit were a scam, would they purposely and blatantly leave a trail of breadcrumbs (more like full bread loaf sized) evidence for the SEC with both BI-WEEKLY PRs, AND weekly tweets about their business deals? Don't you think the companies they tweet about would deny claims they are doing business with them? How many clinics have come out to deny they have partnerships with Arrayit?

How many Wall Street Journalists have exposed this Arrayit "scam" ? How many federal investigators have come to Arrayit's headquarters to audit their labs? How many SEC suspensions have they had?

And the inability to comprehend why anyone would be "sad and depressed" after being up over 1500% on their investment is downright ridiculous as well. Truly shocking how this statement "Sad and Depressing" continually being thrown out when many investors have already gained over 1000% is what is truly sad and depressing.
