And this is where I respectfully bow out of this conversation as it has regressed to the boogieman and santa claus.
Just do us all a favor, if you are in fact a long here, keep the fear mongering to a minimum. It isn't doing anyone any favors.
Good luck to ya, bud.
No one is saying that every sale is MM manipulation. But MM manipulation is in-fact a real thing and it has certainly happened here recently.
You can keep preaching that its a myth if you'd like, but most here know better.
Hahaha enrollment is now open. Trading 101 With Ronin.
I am well aware that the selling is what is holding this down. I simply stated there were more buys then sells today. Am I wrong?
Not really. As of 8:52 10 buys and 4 sells...
Tap the breaks there OBM, I wouldn't have wasted one of my measly 15 posts to ask you a question directly if I didn't want your opinion. Maybe today wasn't MM manipulation, but I do find it odd that someone would wait until 90 seconds before close to sell into the bid. I do however stand by the fact that it was yesterday. The pattern of the sells was just too much for me to ignore.
Like I said, agree to disagree. Perhaps the past two days people simply wanted out last mint, if that is the case, it is their loss in the long run.
And for the record, I have enjoyed your posts, you seem to be relatively reasonable person in a rather unreasonable realm (speaking of ihub in general). Perhaps you should go back and read some of my posts again if you don't think I'm extremely high on this play. I feel that I have been very positive and had tried to defend this ticker against those who attempt to bring it down. At a minimum, I simply want people to explain their outlandish opinions, a la "RM HAS BEEN CALLED OFF!!!". New potential investor see these posts and it can scare them off before they even do their DD. I hope that helps clear up where I stand on TALK.
Lets hope for a strong close tomorrow and news next week.
Hahaha how can a reverse merger which has already been completed, which means the two companies have already been merged, be called off?
Very true, I didn't think about that. I guess we can look forward to cheapies tomorrow.
We are still alright, both yesterday and today weren't nearly as bad as closing has made them look. Hopefully these shares being traded in the 0011 - 0014 range are falling into the hands of longs though. If the flippers, shorts and MMs are catching these shares, we will definitely see trips and/or big walls at 0013 - 0015 before news hits.
I stand corrected, no small blocks today. It was three trades of 2,230,000, 415,319 and 200,000 all at 001. I still stand by the claim that it was MMs playing with the pps though.
I don't believe that your average trader would wait until 90 seconds before close to sell at 001 when they could have sold at 0011 - 0013 at any point today.
I didn't think we would see trips again, but unless an 8k or 10q drops before close tomorrow, i see us closing at 0008 - 0009.
OBM are you still claiming no MM manipulation after today's close?
No kidding man... I can't wait to hear Ronin try and defend this one. We saw 10s once, maybe twice today. I have a free membership so I can't view the trades in real time, but I wouldn't be one bit surprised if we see 10,000 to 50,000 blocks being sold off seconds before close.
Don't worry though, its just "small increment" sales, no MM games here...
Her business plans aren't "pathetic", it is what appears to be the severe lack of execution (up to this point, anyway) of said plans that is indeed pathetic.
That being said, she could turn this thing around if she follows through on just one of a number of things she has promised shareholders. Will she? That is the 500 million liter question...
Again, I understand it sometimes takes smaller increments to fill a bid. I had a bid for 1.2 million at 0013 yesterday, and it took three transactions to fill it. One was around 800,000, the second was 270,000, and the last around 30,000. What did not happen was 120 transactions at 10,000 shares each.
I just think its entirely to convenient to use the "small increment" theory to explain what happened at close yesterday. Especially considering the walls we are consistently seeing at 0014 and 0015 the past few days.
I don't mean to drag this out though, the bottom line is we all (or most of us anyway) want the same thing. I guess we will just have to agree to disagree on the fact that MMs weren't able to fill a 250k bid in one sale with less than one minute left before close.
I understand that, but there has to be bids for those small "broken up" orders, correct? I just don't see 10+ people bidsitting hoping that their 10,000 share orders get filled.
I agree with you to a certain extent, the term MM manipulation is used far to much on this board. However, go back again and look at that screen shot I sent yesterday. Every eight to ten seconds leading up to the close, there was a 10,000 to 40,000 share sale.
If that was in-fact one sale (I believe it totaled approximately 250,000 shares), why where they broken up in such small increments? Why would someone want to pay $100+ in trade fees when they could have easily sold 250,000 shares into the bid at once?
On top of that, are you telling me there were multiple bids at or around 10,000 shares? Who the hell is trying to by $12 worth of this stock?
MM manipulation is a fantasy? Are you trying to tell us that it has never happened, it isn't currently happening and it will never happen in the future?
I'm still waiting for you to tell us what happened with 1 minute left at closing yesterday if it wasn't manipulation. I think you tried, but your response didn't quite do it...
"Been doing this for a while. You trade OTCs long enough you would understand what most call MM manipulation is share selling.
If the word dump frightens you, then maybe the OTC not your place.
A stock can over come constant selling if it gets a chance to breath. Been in many plays that constant selling is happening but still goes up. It just needs the gasoline man to slow down."
Thank you. Unfortunately I am worried that she is avoiding any and all shareholder emails at this point. I think I will give her until next Wednesday to respond. If I don't get a response by then, I will send a follow up. Here's to hoping for some positive news.
I mentioned the lack of information in the email I sent her. For those interested, this is exactly what I sent her (sorry its a bit long):
Mrs. Lavoie,
I hope this email finds you doing well. My name is
******* *******, I am BRWC shareholder currently hold just over 5 million shares. I am writing you in regards to the current overall status of Boreal Water. I know you cannot provide me with any specific details concerning any ongoing negotiations, so I will refrain from asking those questions.
First and foremost, congratulations on taking 2nd place at the China expo this past summer. You and your company should be very proud of that accomplishment, it speaks highly of not only the quality of BRWC's product, but also the management group that runs BRWC. You had the foresight to take your product to an international market and it looks as if you are benefiting from that decision with the sales of Catsky Baby Water.
On November 11th, 2015, BRWC released a PR with a direct quote from you stating "We are presently in the process of finalizing with a group from United Arab Emirates (UAE) a long term water supply contract. As soon as finalized we will make details of the agreement public to all our shareholders." This was obviously music to the shareholders' ears. About a week later, an 8k was filed stating that that BRWC entered into an agreement for additional funding with Saleh Al Sagri, again, shareholders rejoiced. Both events built shareholder confidence which was very low after Terry Johnson was suspended by the SEC and two months later BRWC dismissed Mr. Johnson's replacement. It was and still is compounded by the fact that no new CPA has been hired which has led to the delay in filing quarterly reports. The only update shareholders have received since is that a casino is being built near BRWC's bottling plant, and while that does sound like an exciting opportunity for BRWC, we are years away from BRWC seeing any revenues from a deal with the said casino.
As I am sure you are aware, shareholder is once again very low. It seems as if BRWC has gone silent leaving shareholders with many questions, the three biggest being:
1) Is the UAE deal still alive?
2) Is BRWC actively looking for a CPA?
3) If BRWC is not looking for a CPA at this time, is there any way un-audited financials can be released for shareholder review?
As far as the first question is concerned, as I stated earlier, I know you can't speak directly as to any ongoing negotiations. However, a simple 8k stating that the deal is still being finalized would mean a lot to the shareholders.
Questions two and three are pretty straight forward, it doesn't seem unreasonable for a public company to keep shareholders up to date with the said companies finances.
Finally, I hope I do not come across as rude or crass in this email. I am sure you have received your fair share of nasty emails, and it certainly isn't my intent to pile on top of those. You have a very difficult job and I can only imagine how much more stressful it is when you have shareholders constantly harassing you.
The bottom line is, you have many shareholders rooting for you and BRWC. We believe you have a superior product, quality facilities, and a business model that has the potential for much success. We would simply like to be kept up to date with negotiations and the financial status of the company. If you have the time, shareholders would love to hear from you. It doesn't need come in the form of an 8k or quarterly report, a simple open letter to the shareholders would do wonders for shareholder confidence.
I think I speak for the majority of shareholders when I say thank you for all your hard work. I wish you, all your BRWC employees and all the shareholders a happy and prosperous New Year.
Best Regards,
******* *******
If I receive a response next week after she returns from vacation (I'm not going to hold my breath), I will be sure to let y'all know what she says.
Just thought I would let everyone know, I emailed Francine for the first time last night and received the following automated response:
Hi,
Please note that I will be on vacation until January 11 inclusively and that I will have no access to email or voicemail. For immediate assistance, please contact Vivian Faliski, at 845-794-00400 ext 118 or by e-mail at accounting@borealwater.com
Thank you
Perhaps we will hear something when she returns from vacation, but unfortunately I am not counting on it...
Come on man, you sound like an intelligent guy. Look at the last minute alone before close today. 14 sells, all but two of which were under 40,800 shares. If you don't think that is MM manipulation, then the OTC markets may not be the place for you.
Who in their right mind is selling 10,200 shares at 0012 for a grand total of $12.24? MMs, that is who. MMs triggered off a series of small sells to keep price pinned down at 0012.
Also, I feel like you are using the term "dump" incorrectly. Just because someone decides to sell a big block of shares, doesn't mean they are dumping. Maybe they are taking profits, maybe they are freeing up some cash for another play, maybe they need the money to fix a car...
Simply eyeballing it, it looks like buys and sells were roughly 50/50 today.
Instead of fishing for cheapies, man up tomorrow and slap the ask. You won't regret it.
I hope at least few people kept some powder dry for closing. No doubt the MMs will to try and bring us down to 0011 - 0012 seconds before close. A nice slap at 0014, hell, even a paint job would be nice to see. Closing at 0013 would work as well.
All you see is sells? Look again buddy... Looking at today's trades I see it as about 50/50. There were 54 trades this morning before 10:25 am central time, of those 54 trades, a whopping 9 of them were sells at 0013, the rest were buys at 0014. Now after 10:25, it has been nothing but sells at 0012, about half of which were trades under 50,000 shares. It looks to me like MMs playing their games and trying to drive share price down.
Who pi$$ed in your cheerios this morning? I think everyone here is well aware that the super 8k will is the catalyst needed that will send this flying. Patience is a virtue my friend, and hopefully those who wait will be rewarded handsomely.
I certainly hope you are right. Just out of curiosity, how did you come to the conclusion of .50 by June? I am still pretty new to all of this and I have only been a part of one other RM and that stock is now sitting at 0001.
Don't get me wrong, I don't see that happening here, UMS has waaaaaay to much going for them. I guess I am just being cautiously optimistic. .50 by June would be life changing for most here.
Hey, did ya hear, we landed on the moon!!! In all seriousness, anyone who has been paying attention knew that this was "official" months ago. But thanks for your input.
I have been unable to find anything and considering he failed to provide a link, something tells me he has 5s that he is looking to get rid of.
No mention of news on BRWC's facebook page, website or on otcmarkets.com. Do you have a link for us?
What changed your mind? You were nothing but doom and gloom yesterday.
One look at Pete's "latest posts" shows you exactly what type of trader he is. I think his favorite acronym is "POS" haha.
I absolutely hate when MMs get involved. I have been in a few tickers now (not unlike this one) where pps should be higher, but the damn MMs knock it down to a price they are comfortable with, its extremely defeating.
For example, it took days worth of work to get this to 15 this morning, and with one tiny sell, they knock it back down to 12 and make us start all over.
We need news soon.
When you say "drop off", are you referring to volume? We are currently up a tick on the day and we touched 14s this morning, that hardly sounds like a "drop off" to me.
Keep in mind people, we are a few days removed from Christmas and New Years is right around the corner. I'd say 30.5 million shares traded this morning is pretty solid.
You know exactly what is wrong with the picture, if you don't you shouldn't be playing the OTC at all. Why are you trying to stir the pot is the better question?
If your friend is serious, you should encourage him to take a wrecking ball to the fake wall NITE (15 mil) and ATDF (16 mil) have built. He doesn't even need to buy all of it, just take out a nice chunk and they will pull their remaining shares. They want to keep this pinned down below 001 right now. Have your friend come break up their party.
Hmmm, ok... I'm still waiting for your source that shows "The SEC will be issuing a 10 day suspension to BRWC shortly for non compliance".
It appears that what you are claiming is fact, when really it is just your opinion, correct?
Source please?
Hahaha please, tell us more???
Hahaha the only think I will learn from you is how to pathetically and unsuccessfully try and shake free cheap shares.
We? So you are telling people to dump their shares yet you are implying you are a shareholder yourself? I think you just outed yourself little buddy. Not that we didn't already know what you were trying to do here in the first place...
Haha sure you did little buddy... Pretty ironic that you spent months telling us how BRWC is a volcano that was ready to blow, then you bail and a couple weeks later we get the update we have all been looking for. I bet you wish you would have been a bit more patient, but this is what you get when you listen to people like MasterBlastr. Good luck with your 4s, maybe you will get em, but I wouldn't count on it.
