I follow the board every day and I am glad that some of us do excellent dd but in all fairness I strongly get the feeling that the company does everything it can to frustrate any form of contact/ communication. I am done making up excuses for them.

Hydrophi Technologies Group inc. bought Pro Star Freight Systems inc. it was not a merger. If the buy could not be financed it wouldn't be materialised. For instance credit holders could easily filed by court for bankruptcy.
You call it a worthless shell company but on a SEC filing it is marked as no shell company.
Lots of subcontractors already drive in Pro Star trucks. The CEO has explained in the past that the reason the fast majority of the fleet is leased rather then owned is due to liabilities. Besides last year the company bought 19 longhaul trucks and 30 semi trailers. Also the company is noticable expending. It's a good strategy to reinvest the net profit for the purpose of expantion for the sake of tax right offs. Also the profit margins in dry bulk loads are small.
If the company was really such a scam then why not dilluting the hell out of the O/S?
Is it so weird that a company of this scale has a CEO/CFO with a big salary?

I have sympathy for the idea of greening the company Pro Star Freight Systems. The CEO states that not the shareholders. You can start a company yourself, you can arrange it yourself if you want it.
The current CEO did and made the company very succesfull what do we know about entrepeneurship?

Are these older trucks maintained by Pro Stars Repair Shop? If so this could be an interesting increase in renenue? I think the repair business is more profitable than the dry bulk carriage? It's not depending on the oil price development for instance. Also lease contracts are a solid source of income comparable with a landlord who get it's monthly rent which is a secure and steady income source.

The former ceo Rodger Slotkin was the one who took over existing technology from an other company and developed it to a higher level. It was this R&D department who caused the high company dept. The company had barely any clients for their Hydro Plants, software etc. Mid 2015 I noticed the only manager on the www.hydrophi.com was the ceo Slotkin.
When Pro Star was taken over by Hydrophi Technologies Group Inc. in November 2015 the former managers had to return the shares. In April 2016 there was a change of ceo: Nikola Zaric. He was the founder of the privately owned trucking company Pro Star Freight Systems.
Almost the entire fleet is leased for reliability reason the ceo said.
Nowadays the diesel engines are much more envirmonally friendly and make use of computer electronical devices. So I see no future for retrofitting application.
If there are potential buyers of the tech IMO it's best to sell and focus on what Zaric is good at: building out a trucking company!
But to be fair the ceo has left us in the dark about the future of the tech. I did notice www.hydrophi.com is "under maintance" for a number of weeks now could that be a sign?
A couple of weeks ago I pointed out to the company by means of their website that the address of the main office was incorrect on the tab "ADVERTISEMENT". Although they didn't reply at my email address they altered the webpage.

I get the feeling that they have an atitude not to respond to investors. They can easily change the info on FAQ and the page of OCT Markets or simply reply to your email address you have left behind.
This STOP sign on the OCT site is there for a reason IMO.
It's not patent infringement at least not of the Hydro Plant if that's what you mean. It's a fuel cell obviously with all it's very expensive infrastructure to make it work.
In France, by carmaker Renault electric cars are made while a large energy company takes the infrastructure for charging stations on its behalf. That seems to me a smarter approach. Beautiful piece of engineering.

In 2014 and 2015 the revenue was ~26M with only one office the company is growing and has now 4 offices it is to be expected that it will further grow. How we have to wait and see but probably also by means of diversifying the businessmodel. For example the revenue of the repair shop has year over year grown while transport of dry bulk is the core business also advertisement can in the future generate revenue. Interstate rides will be more profitable than rides whitin a state. The dept will be solved in the future which can cause a dramatical improvement for the businessmodel etc.etc.
One investor mentioned something in the past that it is hard to get drivers and also read somewhere that a soft tax climate is something the company is looking for. I wouldn't be surprised that their choice for the location of the offices is influenced by this and, of course, the amount of work.
By the end of 2017 let's say a conservative ~40M revenue. 100M is based upon a continuous constant growth path in several years. But when the debt is solved this ticker will accelerate, then you can think in terms of stockmarket promotion which will attract different investors (with deeper pockets) which will drive up the pps.
But first let's patiently wait for Q1 + Q2
