OMG!!!!LATEST NEWS EVERYONE! Moller to pay $300K:
Hey Guys, look at MLER's latest 10Q. It states that Moller needs to pay some$$$ to somebody!!! :(:
The liability, Judgement Liability, is related to a legal settlement that was recorded as a note payable in the three months ended March 31, 2015. The estimated liability related to this judgement was previously included, in the amount of $345,000, in accrued liabilities in prior quarters. MI agreed to pay the judgement principal ($300,000) in monthly installments of ($5,000), plus interest.
Oh no!
The stupid thing flies up and down for goodness sakes! LOL:
The Dr. is getting old and not as creative as he was. He's done a scam like this before:
https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/actually-fly-the-m400x-skycar-into-history#/story
How can he produce functioning models when they are in debt over $70 million and still need to further develop the computer program that stabilizes the vehicle as the latest 10Q states? Think with your brain an not your dreams folks. All signs point to a scam by the good ol' Doc Moller.
NP rwandrw. Here's some more news. MLER Bleeding Profusely:
Most Recent 10Q Posted )6/03/15
Nine months Ended March 31, 2015 and March 31, 2014:
For the nine-months ended March 31, 2015, we had a net loss of $2,380,396 or $0.04 loss per share as compared to a net loss of $1,006,313 or $0.02 loss per share for the same period of 2014. The decreased loss primarily relates to Derivative Gain recognized in nine months ended March 31, 2015. We continue to pursue the development activities on the Skycar, Rotapower engine project, primarily in the areas of its flight control system (FCS) and the performance advantages of introducing a hybrid approach to generating the high power required to take off and land. Although there is no assurance that this vehicle will meet with success in the market place, the Company is actively seeking support for the program and, if found, may choose to move into the production of these vehicles.
Going Concern and Liquidity
As of March 31, 2015, MI had an accumulated deficit of $56,597,996 and a working capital deficit of $15,009,605. In addition, MI is currently in the development stage of the Skycar and Rotapower engine programs, and has no revenue producing products. Successful completion of product development activities for either or both of these programs will require significant additional sources of capital. These conditions raise substantial doubt as to our ability to continue as a going concern. Historically, funding was provided by certain shareholders, including the majority shareholder, in the form of short-term notes payable. In addition, the majority shareholder granted us a deferral on the payment of rent for our building. There is no assurance that we will continue to receive funding from shareholders, particularly our major shareholder given he has filed for protection under the federal Chapter 11 reorganization provisions of the federal bankruptcy law. Consequently, we are evaluating several alternatives to raise the additional capital through debt or equity transactions. There is no assurance that our efforts will be successful, however, and the financial statements do not include any adjustments that might be necessary if we are unable to continue as a going concern.
MLER is a joke. Buy in on GTXO before the end of this month.
Confessions of a GTXO STOCKER free of Restraining Orders
What makes me confident in GTXO:
1) There are preferred stock shares that exist, but none of them have been issued:
http://yahoo.brand.edgar-online.com/displayfilinginfo.aspx?FilingID=10707137-972-73270&type=sect&TabIndex=2&companyid=728474&ppu=%252fdefault.aspx%253fcik%253d1375793
They probably exist to make sure that the executives get paid first in case something hostile were to happen with the company (like a takeover)otherwise, they should have been issued by now.
2)Market Cap is @$5.1 million and with the float @ 234.4M, a scam to rob those on the float out of $3.9 million doesn't make any sense.
3)Float vs Outstanding shares ratio is @ a healthy 25% with the CEO taking only approximately 1/3 of a salary that is rightfully his and the other 2/3 in stock, without selling a single share during the duration of the company’s existence (See interview with CEO):
http://seekingalpha.com/instablog/592211-john-h-ford/3723036-gtx-this-wearable-tech-company-could-deliver-6x-short-term-returns
4) The reason that I can think of for the dilution was because they needed more shareholders to help foot the cost to develop the company. For a company to go public with only 25,000,000 shares shows that they thought that they wouldn’t need that much help to get this project going:
http://yahoo.brand.edgar-online.com/displayfilinginfo.aspx?FilingID=5780584-1313-266838&type=sect&TabIndex=2&companyid=728474&ppu=%252fdefault.aspx%253fcik%253d1375793
but later discovered that they may have been a little short sighted and would need more funding if they were going to do it correctly, meaning set a very solid infrastructure before developing a marketable product. Being hasty about this could mean coming out with a product that would fizzle out quick and be replaced by other products that do the exact same thing…like for instance a watch that can be tracked via GPS like our Australian cohorts.
5) 12359 Factor Fund Manager Mary V. Carroll takes over a 5% stake in the company:

Mergers, Acquisitions and buyouts.
I try not to paint a picture that doesn’t exist; but in the case of GTXO, all that has happened shows that NOW is their time and why. Connect the dots with all of the proof and you will see a very hopeful and promising new era as the CEO has already stated. I will sit long on this one with Holter et al.
Make$$$,
Rakindjo
Thanks Holter for keeping the board updated with the newest updates btw. Great job moderating the board as well. Hopefully, this works out for us all. The next 10Q will certainly let us all know what the future has in store.
Hello Folks,
I have just been following the board and not really giving my two cents (I thought that maybe on this board that we all kind of just kept silent in anticipation and only spoke when outstanding news came out and surely, I did not want to break this etiquette :)) I couldn't help but notice some posting of people who have gone long on this one and have voiced some justified frustrations with the company's past. At this point, I think that it is all about the timing of the investment. Now, may be the time. Here's why:
1) Significant partnership in a manufacturing counterpart (Atlantic Footcare)that has ties with US Military and other non-civilian sources of income. http://atlanticfootcare.com/aboutus.htm
2) Significant patents that have been written in such a way that prevents other companies wanting to use a tracking device via GPS tracking to conduct business without having to pay royalties to GTXO.
file:///C:/Users/User/Documents/Downloads/US8760286.pdf
I suspect that may be how we landed the Australian vendor because they have a watch that uses GPS tracking and instead of paying a royalty decided to buy the goods and peddle them in exchange.
http://www.trackingcentral.com.au/
3)The most revenue and the least amount of loss ever since 2012:
http://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/financials/secfilings.asp?ticker=GTXO
4)2 States where GTXO has been approved for Medical Reinbursement could bring a lot of revenue:
California @ 590,000 people with Alzheimers
Florida @ 500,000 people with Alzheimers
See pg 19 of the following:
https://www.alz.org/facts/downloads/facts_figures_2015.pdf
Capturing just 10% of each state will bring in $32 million alone for just the hardware. Approximately $26 million for the monthly subscription. That's $58 million with just 2 states @ 10% of their populations! That will bring GTXO out of the roughly $17 million debt and well into the green.
5) Biggest Reason. They have already partnered with a HUGE company in the past to set a very stable phone App/GPS infrastructure:
http://money.cnn.com/news/newsfeeds/articles/globenewswire/199562.htm
Why would that company want to buy GTXO? Two reasons:
1) Samsung has so much money, they don't know what to do with it. They have even gone into biotechnology . Something that a lot of people don't know:
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2014-05-12/samsung-invests-in-drugs-after-outselling-apple-s-iphone
and I imagine, would love to add this medical device to it's portfolio.
2)That company who would love to get a piece of the profit pie of another company that needs to use GPS technology in order to increase their profit margin:
http://www.amazon.com/b?node=8037720011
http://appft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&d=PG01&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsrchnum.html&r=1&f=G&l=50&s1=%2220150120094%22.PGNR.&OS=DN/20150120094&RS=DN/20150120094
Who wouldn't love a piece of that?:
http://www.marketwatch.com/investing/stock/amzn/financials
They have certainly showed that they will lawyer up and go to court to protect what is theirs:
http://www.forbes.com/sites/amitchowdhry/2014/08/06/apple-and-samsung-drop-patent-disputes-against-each-other-outside-of-the-u-s/
Once Amazon discovers that the patent that they need is in the hands of GTXO, it may be on. I see a bidding war to buy out a very well kept secret once GTXO has established it's revenue and reputation through their primary source of income. I have done my research and can go on more, but I think all have gotten the picture a long time ago. All we do is wait and know that the day is coming soon when we will be making $$$.
Make $$$,
Rakindjo
LOL...you may be on to something, Seven! That seems to fit his pattern of share dumping when he promotes his BS as you can see from the SEC 4 form dump pattern in 2009.When the shares run down to 0.005 again, I will buy in for sh!t$ and giggle$ and get ready to short on a limit order a week after the movie reports it's box office earnings! :)
Correction, filed for bankruptcy protection in 2009 while making a very healthy income. How's that for a scam? Maybe I was wrong about his business sense...
Sad thing is that he's already taken a lot of $$$ from unsuspecting victims through the years that he's generated a net worth of over $40 million in assets and still filed for bankruptcy:
http://www.bizjournals.com/sacramento/stories/2009/06/15/daily53.html?page=all
He did all this while he was cashing out on MLER stock in 2009!
MOLLER is a Scam Artist
Paul Moller has an extensive history of doing this very same thing time and time again.
SEC Fines Moller for Scamming Investors
Check all of this out:
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/comp17987.htm
http://paleofuture.gizmodo.com/17-better-ways-to-waste-your-money-than-this-crowdfunde-1458308873
This is the best of it all folks:
Paul Moller will generate some buzz and get share holders to buy in...
Look at the Skycar Press Release History:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk%3AMoller_M400_Skycar
and then the good old Doc dumps shares on his victims:
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/own-disp?action=getowner&CIK=0001162900
Take a look at the money the Doc makes in just one month of hyping up the Skycar. Just some food for thought everyone. The more I dig, the more I see how much a scumbag this guy is.
What upsets me is that Paul Moller sent out this garbage news himself in the form of a newsletter. Hate to say it, but Paul Moller you're one rat bastard for delivering such BS.
No SEC filing for Freedom Motors as of yet. Only filings made are as follows:
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?CIK=0001446482&action=getcompany
I will wait until the 10Q comes out to buy in. I know it may be too late if the PPS jumps up, but if the 10Q is terrible then I stand less of a chance of losing my $$$ at the current price. If all that Moller says is true, then I will catch it on the upswing and take less of a risk.
The market cap prior to all of this weird strip club popping and dropping was approximately @ $500K. Even if they had an order, where would they get the initial capital for materials? Didn't see anything about any loans, investors, etc that MLER or Freedom Motors took on. And I certainly doubt that Freedom Motors has a standing stock of inventory to fill even 10% of a $1 billion order let alone $5 billion. An SEC Form 4 for Paul Moller would answer a lot of questions.
Lowmeadow, thanks for the hover board info btw. Its good to know that good old fashion ingenuity hasn't fully died out.
I am not here to bash this stock, but to keep up with it. I would be in if:
1.Moller were to change how he treats stakeholders by making a more robust business plan and providing more communication about it. 2.Focus on smaller more attainable goals as other members of the board have pointed out.
3. Provide true figures of income, not letters of intent for the purchase of goods.
Once he does this, then I would finally take the plunge. But they repeat what they have done before, which the 10Q will reveal. This will not get them out of the over $50 million of debt. Again, there's tons of potential in Dr. Moller's genius, but their business strategy holds them back from realizing it.
Hope I'm wrong though. I want to buy a flying car soon. Dr. Moller's accomplishments are quite impressive, but maybe he needs a new business plan. Maybe start with a flying skateboard like Back to the Future first. Not trying to mock, I am serious.
I'm all for making $$$, but it can be done without cheating others out of their honest wages by posting crap info. Pumpers are subject to Karma.

Any idea why millions of shares are being acquired by members of EPIC Pharmaceuticals?
Someone is pumping and planning to dump(LOL)Someone keeps removing the research that I have posted several times (Posts #372, 373,374, and 385). Wonder why? Here it goes again, reasons why we should all be cautious:
FAILURE TO DELIVER FROM PAST INVESTMENTS
-Past Investments into Company and Still No Flying Car:

HISTORY OF BROKEN PROMISES
-Freedom Motors trying to “Go Public” with copy of SEC Filing in the past and the same claim that the company will be selling a lot of motors overseas for large sums of $$$. Same claims made in the past similar to this new claim:

Anyone know why they're posting earnings in Polish Currency?
This is an interesting company and for a "shell" is generating a lot of attention and gaining more and more investors to buy in. Could Suntech turn it around or just disappoint? Only time will tell...but what remains true is that they got a lot of people's attention. Check out the CNN Money article posted last week:
