Does the CVSI post-election move happen only with a HC win? Thx.
WTH?! 89k bid @ $1.38! Where were these guys at .79?
111k bid @ $1.30. Nice.
ARCA has been disposing of what I suspect are recent financing warrants in 100 lots from .71 to where we are now. Hoping they're finished soon.
Wonder if the warrants are lagging because those acquired in last financing are being sold to defray commons expense.
About 40/50k a day for the last three weeks.
Just a hunch; no other reason to be selling warrants here.
Not sure about the full patent term, Ash.
A sincere thanks to you for SPHS last year (my highest gains ever; re-entered a couple months ago and sold before the recent pullback) and now KTOVW.
GLTA!
"Patented Case" is current Status on the uspto site for 13/026741.
A change from yesterday :)
Allow me to butt in ylama...
There are now three active patent apps, though really two since 13/026,741 will be issued August 9.
The older of the final two, 14/936,739, has a filing receipt date of 11/24/15.
There seems to be a NEW patent application that was filed in May, 15/144,188. No info is yet available publicly for that so I have no idea what it is for.
GLTA
One thing to note: the patent (13/026,741) that will be issued August 9 received a Final Rejection in November 2015. The patent attorneys noted by ylama appealed the Final Rejection and were successful.
Patent attorneys received a Non Final Rejection for 14/936,739 late June and are likely working on an appeal as they did for 13/026,741.
The patent being issued in August is a continuation of the 12/990,724 application.
Also of note I see they filed another application May 2 (15/144,188) for which no info is yet publicly available.
13xxx and 14xxx and now 15xxx are noted under Child Continuity Data for parent 12xxx.
Confusing? Definitely! All of this information can be found at links previously provided.

Yes, there is a letter in the mail. We know because the info is posted at uspto.gov. http://portal.uspto.gov/pair/PublicPair
Go to that link and enter the application #13/026741
Click on Transaction History tab and it says '7/20/16 Issue Notification Mailed'.
If you click on Patent Term Adjustments tab it notes the patent date should be 8/9/16.
07-20-2016 Issue Notification Mailed
The "Issue Notification" is mailed approximately 3 weeks prior to the issue date of the patent.
and FDC is Final Data Capture:
Once the fee and any correspondence and/or drawings are matched with the application and all requirements have been met for issuance as a patent, the application is then forwarded to the Final Data Capture (FDC) stage of the process. The FDC makes any updates necessary to the electronic file and places the allowed patent application in an issue. The average time that an allowed application is in the FDC process is 5 weeks. The “Issue Notification” is mailed approximately 3 weeks prior to the issue date of the patent.
Thanks, ylama3!

Could some of the warrants from the offering be sitting on the KTOVW ask? There are a few larger blocks.
Anyone know the patent application # for Notice of Allowance recently received?
Correction: new warrants can be traded on NASDAQ (KTOVW) and expire same as existing: November, 2020. To get them now you have to subscribe to the offering.
The Listed Warrants will have a per ADS exercise price of $3.78 per full ADS (as adjusted upon the consummation of this follow-on public offering in accordance with the terms of the Listed Warrants), are exercisable immediately, and expire November 25, 2020.
Jealous of those who bought .50 warrants today!!
Looks like KTOV is halted on TASE

There are two more announcements (total of 4) today but they are avail in Hebrew only right now. Crazy.

I saw it and wondered same. Many 100 share trades and then two 5k lots and the ask did not change. Opened a new KTOVW window in EtradePro to see if the the ask data was stalled. It was not.
