Is my math right on the market cap of GMSC-$432,000 market cap???
.0003 X 1,344,242,750 = $432k give or take a few bucks.
Didn't they pay 500k for 1/2 of Big Lou's record company. Factor in Qbanito's value and any other stuff GMSC has and wow. This stock is way undervalued it would seem.
Just updated on GMSC website - 1.3billion o/s
Ticker: GMSC
Authorized Shares: 5,000,000,000 Outstanding Shares: 1,344,242,750 (as of April 2007)
52 Week High: $0.38
52 Week Low: $0.001
30 Day Average Volume: 34,442,680
(above data as of 10/20/06)
Next week should be a very good week for longs here.
No HPNN will still go up, just not as fast.
The more he posts the more people buy just to shut him up.
It's kind of ironical if you think about it.
Staying on topic is a good thing. Billy did you realize that
Mathias posted exactly 11 times today about HPNN and HPNN share price went up 11% today as well (Close .03 +11%).
That means everytime Mathias posts about HPNN the share price goes up 1%. As a HPNN long I personally want to thank Mathias for helping make todays gains possible. Keep up the good work Mathias.
Post another 100 times and we'll be back at .06.
Mathias has a special social disorder
It's called Hopenis envy
No today is Friday, on Fridays Mathias thinks HPNN is worthless.
On Mondays he's not sure what to think
On Tuesdays he thinks HPNN's going to $1.25
On Wednesdays he goes back in for more electro shock therapy
On Thursdays he thinks HPNN's is the best
On Fridays he hates HPNN again
Didn't you get your special Mathias calendar???

He must be the King of cell phones, or else why would he have a court jester named mathias acting like a fool making people laugh?
You wrote: "LOL, if they bought at .05 then they have losted virtually HALF"
You only lose money if you sell. Losted is not a word except on your planet.
The dividend he is talking about is mentioned in TRNP's 10k.
Didn't you see it? Item #21
Item 21: Special dividend
As a special reward to all the shareholders in TRNP. Each shareholder will be allowed to have gatorpuss spend one night at their home for dinner. The reward actually comes after gatorpuss leaves your house and you say to your wife "Honey thank god we only had to spend a few hours with gatorpuss, imagine if he was a relative"
How can you know for a fact that those who bought at .05 will lose money?
You should post on the psychic friends network board since you have the amazing ability to absolutely guarantee HPNN will never go over .05.
You should change your screen name to either

So basically in a nut shell what you're saying is that no one should ever trade in pink sheet companies due to the lack of public info. You are on the wrong message board you shouldn't be posting on IHUB. You should be posting on the "I'm trying Save the world from themselves message board"
18 months no share increases, 370 million share OS, three count them three patents. Timing, timing, timing. The HPNN you talk about with 10 billion share OS doesn't exist anymore. Nothing worse than trading or offering opinions based on old data or outdated opinions. You are outdated like the hula hoop. Just a silly toy whose time has past
You don't give information you just give biased opinions. The same opinion over and over. Nothing new, nothing insightful.
You are just boring, droning, annoying and sad.

MDI, Inc. (NASDAQ:MDII), the leading provider of Unified Technology(TM) solutions for the security industry was highlighted yesterday in a special feature from KSAT-12 television news. The televised story focused on MDI's unique ability to deliver a state-of-the-art system to provide safety and protection for our nation's school campuses. The report centered on the comprehensive solution that MDI delivers to schools through its participation in Learn Safe(TM), a program initiated and managed by Stratis Authority. Stratis Authority and MDI have teamed together to address the needs that our schools have in providing a comprehensive solution to their security needs.
As explained in the news feature, what sets the MDI system apart from others is its ability to control dangerous situations as soon as they happen by isolating a threat, thereby keeping that threat from the rest of a building or campus. The MDI system also tracks the movement of threats enabling you to know where a threat is and where the threat has been as well as which students are in proximity to the threatened location. All threats can be brought to an operator's attention because of the ability of a user to program the MDI system to their own particular needs. This is of paramount importance in today's volatile environment on our school campuses.
The bottom line is that the MDI system provides peace of mind for our schools; peace of mind for the student, peace of mind for the staff and peace of mind for the parents.

About Learn Safe(TM)
The Learn Safe program, developed by Stratis Authority, offers a variety of security core competencies to educational institutions across the United States. The program identifies problems faced by teachers and administrators in a format that is tailored to each locality and strives to minimize the visible infrastructure usually associated with traditional high-security systems (i.e., detectors, physical screening and armed security officers). The program's goal is to empower school administrators and teachers with an integrated suite of tools to support their current security requirements while assisting staff members in minimizing risks by identifying security threats in time to prevent future incidents. Offerings include Total Security Site Surveys (Risk Assessments, Layered Security Control, Perimeter and Barriers, Security Training), Data and Information Capture (Fully Integrated Access, Video and Intrusion Detection Systems, Video Analytics, Enterprise Scalable Security Solutions), Access and Security (ID, Credentialing, Visitor Control, People Counting), HR Solutions (Full Background & Records Checks, Fingerprint Checks, Drug Testing), Security Staffing and Local First Responder Coordination (Emergency Planning, Security Policies & Procedures). You know what's so sad about you??
1) The money went to pay the patent attornies, now they have the patents and you say, oh yeah i forgot.
2) Then you get mad at the company for issuing shares to cover their overhead because they were losing money back in 2004?
3) So the company lowers their overhead by moving into a smaller more affordable office. Then you say HPNN can't be a real company because their office is in a strip mall.
4)You know the Nevada Secretary of State website shows HPNN hasn't increased the authorized share total in 18 months so how can they be dumping shares that don't exist?
5) You bought in too soon on HPNN back in 2005 there were 10 billion shares back then and they were losing money. Now there are only 370 million shares three verifiable patents and a stock that moves up on any buying. Timing is everything in the market and your timing obviously sucked on HPNN.
You're the loser not HPNN remember that!
This is the part I like best!
That a major manufacturer like Motorola has decided to execute a license to Hop-on's patents rather than attack their validity (in what would undoubtedly be protracted series of legal proceeding) may have other major phone manufacturers and mobile operators carefully considering their position regarding Hop-on. Not only does Motorola's capitulation lend credence to Hop-on's patent claims, but it also gives the company financial resources to engage in legal proceeding should other manufacturers choose to challenge the patents.

We have a Standby Equity Distribution Agreement (the "SEDA") with Cornell under which the Company may, at its discretion, periodically sell to Cornell registered shares of the Company's common stock for a total purchase price of up to $30 million. For each share of common stock purchased under the SEDA, Cornell will pay Turnaround Partners, Inc. 99% of the lowest closing bid price on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board or other principal market on which its common stock is traded for the 5 days immediately following the notice date. Furthermore, Cornell will retain a fee of 10% of each advance made under the SEDA.

From what you posted it sounds like she said HPNN is a vendor or associate of Motorola and that's why she couldn't comment to you.
"FWIW spoke with Motorola yesterday.
Was unable to speak with the IRs directly but spoke with their secretary Doreen and asked if the HPNN PR was true. She told me would asked and then phoned me back. Company policy is not to talk about vendors or associates"
In 2006 IYSA filed an NT-10K on 3/31/06.
They then filed their 10KSB on 4/21/06.
On 4/2/2007 IYSA filed an NT 10K
What makes people think the 10KSB is being filed today instead of around 4/20/07? Wouldn't a 4/20 date be closer estimate based to their pattern of filings in 2006?

Actually the days this stock had the biggest recent gains there were very few posts during trading. Stock price ran on news, verfiable patents and tightly held float not hype imho.
Trades like a low floater that's what counts to traders.
Glass is half full or half empty. You say the spread is so wide due to no buying, I see it as so wide because there are no sellers. You usually see wide spreads with stocks with low floats
MM's have until the end of each month to balance their books and stay off that reg sho list. Yesterdays and todays trades wouldn't be on that list.
Bid .037 Ask .043 Nite giving class in MM tactics!
Nite was on the offer/ask selling shares all the way up to .05 yesterday and this morning and now is the only MM on the bid at .037. Nite not on the ask just the bid.
Appears first Nite shorted trying to dry up the buying and now is sitting on the bid covering his short position. Why would Nite cover a short here unless it's going higher?
Wonder why the Chinese patent has Hop-on's China address listed on it?
Wonder why Hop-on's patent attorney filed the China patent paperwork?
Wonder why both patent applications have consecutive application numbers Appl. No.: D/229,221 and Appl. No.: D/229,220
Wonder why both patents were filed on 5/4/05.
Answer to all these questions is because both patents belong to HPNN.

I sure didn't know HPNN granted a non-exclusive licensing agreement to Motorola before this morning??
HPNN getting patent licensing money from Motorola$$$$$
Patent $$$ (equals) MOMO$$$!!
HPNN has had at least one quality PR every week!
The stock went up 1400% on the first release. Went up over 1000% after the last release. This weeks action should bring more of the same.
Your forgot the most important fact...The last time HPNN raised the authorized share count with State of Nevada was January 2006. 400 million shares authorized, no increases since then. That makes 16 months and the company hasn't needed to issue more shares or raise authorized share count. Translation no dilution by HPNN.

What do you make of this from a chartists perspective.
Right after HPNN did the reverse split the stock closed at .32 on 5/20/05
It only took 5.6 million shares of total volume for the mm's to walk the share price down to .06 on 7/4/05.
Doesn't that mean the mm's only have 5-6 million shares of stock to sell between .06 and .32 (Not counting shares sold by HPNN longs taking profits)

Don't you wish all our stocks traded like HPNN?
Come to think of it I wish any stock I ever bought before had a run like HPNN's.
It can go straight up when it's retracing back to the 40 cent share price it had right after the reverse split in 2005.
