is that the UK/Europe trials pending approval.
they were wrapping up Afrezza phase 3 testing around that time.
new CEO PR will spike MNKD to $5+
Imo
a PR news release announcing the new CEO will likely send this to $4-5.
Then the short covering will spike it another dollar to $6.
Just my thoughts
I said two weeks ago I'll be back at .002
Now I see a bottom tirangle forming and will wait for .0016.
Actually, Sanofi has the highest risk here.
They set up manufacturing, advertising, distribution and more.
Plus curently getting a 2nd factory setup for higher demand.
They still see higher demand coming.
My guess is they are the most nervous about the next CEO.
They probably discussed this at their Monday morning meeting and
want it resolved quickly.
Companies don't like uncertainty. It stops everything.
Al is very sharp. At 90 it looks like nothing is slowing him down.
I wish I had his energy and motivation.
The CEO was good getting the product FDA approval
and then to market with a distributor.
The company now needs a CEO that can grow the company.
They have about 30 good patents and R&D staff.
Al Mann is 90 years old. He's the adult supervision here but he
needs a CEO with the eye of the tiger that can get things done.
Al's $1.5 billion from his 14 other successful medical companies
will insure MNKD will have a secure future but it always comes down to
a great staff that knows what their doing.
If he gets a great CEO this can be $5 share easy.
Maybe $7 or $8!
Sorry, nothing here looks good.
All I see here is bad luck, corruption and stupidity
The mis-management seems to be the key to everything here.
so many bears and the sellers are almost gone....hmmm
$5m, think they'll put any into APPZ .0001's
I mentioned the MMJ posibility yesterday
when researching Dundee and connecting the dots.
Was wondering why they wanted Agrimarine (organic fishery).
i didn't know organic fish fertilizer was needed for premium quality medical marijuana
(legalized in Canada Oct 20 2015).
URBF did specifically mention testing fruits, veggies and even
MMJ at McGill University Jan2015.
Dundee is currently investing in various mmj companies.
Found all this and more in Google.
Read my posts.
Just mentioning what I found. I'm not a pumper.
Dundee may do better letting URBF grow
And let their 40% shares turn into something substantial over time.
The 4x Cube is likely already profitable.
They only needed 30 days to the first harvest.
If they're growing lettuce for stores thats great.
If they're growing MMJ thats great too.
They have 11 more Cube4x machines to get online so they'll
have alot of growing options depending on the research from Mcgill University.
Dundee is conservative so not letting UB give details is smart.
Once MMJ is in full production, licensing deals and making a pile of cash....
Until then, best to be quiet.
Too many PR details may attract URBF
buyout competition for Dundee.
Sad, but it looks like none of this will come out
till after Dundee scoops up URBF at a great discount.
If another company saw this and started scooping up these discount
shares then Dundee will have a major problem.
Until then, all the news will be about their debt drama.
Sharky, the other interesting thing about Dundee...
Agrimarine produces the highest quality organic fish.
They needed this company first from what I see.
Organic fish fertilizer is used in growing
the highest quality medical marijuana.
It's like growing marijuana plants on steroids.
If you want fast 30 day small medical
marijuana plants This is the way to do it.
And Urban Barns 4x Cube would be a goldmine.
There are an interesting
connecting of the dots that
i stumbled on. All here is just my opinion.
But is a very stong case given the recent legalation
of MMJ in Canada and around the US.
Also, Jeremy Kendall at URBF has high expertise
in global product licensing.
That may be the hidden main reason he's here.
Dundee is about $7.50 a share...can you guess
where they'll be 10 years from now.
And they pay dividends. :)
Food for thought.
Ned is alot sharper that we know
Thanks Sharky. One strange thing I found
Was Dundee is investing in several
medical marijuana companies.
Also, in Canada MMJ became legal Oct20 2015.
Just search the internet, it's there.
Ned may have another division in mind for Urban Barns???
Maybe he was waiting for Oct20 before moving ahead.
...just fyi I look at everything and try to connect the dots.
Why is Ned Goodman here?
He's a self made billionaire.
He started Dundee Corp and now has David ( his son) as CEO.
He is one of only 3 on the board of URBF.
He has bought over 28 companies already
and even chose to buy Agrimarine in May2015.
Agrimarine has a clean natural fishery technology
that was moving into production.
This billionaire likes little niche startups.
This is 'fun' for him.
He only has 26% stock which is good and no reason to get
more at this time unless another company starts
to show interest in Urban Barns.
Agrimarine had most aproved patents in Canada and several other
countries at the time of Dundees buyout.
They filed all the patents with money from Dundee.
At the time of the buyout Dundee owned 94% of Agrimarines stock.
Little startup at .03 share.
Urban Barns also filed patents with money
from Dundee but are still waiting approval.
Ned currently manages $100m to grow
Dundees Special Startups Portfolio.
Conclusion: Ned is the wild card here.
He's also probably the 'adult supervision' directing what happens.
And No PR's without his input.
His other son manages the Larger buyout companies $100m + portfolio
Investments is their family business.
Just sharing what I found around the internet.
Trying to make decisions on this one.
The more companies pursuing vertical farming
the better.
He who has the most patents Wins!
CNBC AeroFarms vertical farming in Newark NJ
This is a startup with a similar methrod of growing lettuce.
They're not as efficient as URBF.
They don't use LED's
This proves this concept is gaining traction.
As more businesses see this opportunity, that will
eventually bring them to wanting Cube4x machines from UB.
Afew reasons it's going up now...
Everything is in place for a buyout from Dundee.
The large shareholders here want the price the best
it can be Because this is their last chance.
URBF is raising share price to pull Dundee in ASAP.
URBF started a stock promotion Nov2nd
and the dumping yesterday was likely paid shares.
Now the promo is currently getting in all the emails and newletters.
Everybody wants this much higher now.
We're in the last inning of the game and everything matters big time!
my math says a big gap up is coming!
URBF Monster Move Up by next week
The uglier the debt drama the better
turn-around story Dundee will have later.
They get to write off the garbage and move ahead
with the patents, international (15 countries) licensing, 4x Cube machine sales
as well as 100's of types of produce with US distribution.
This will be a great success turn-around story for their fund.
They saved this company from doom and turned it into a gold mine.
investors will have to invest in Dundee Argi Fund to invest in URBF.
Did you notice it's managed by Ned Goodman(URBF)
Oct Dundee created special fund to buy small niche companies.
Problem agri companies that are undervalued and would benefit
from Dundee expertise.
They had to get the new fund up first and it received $200 million initial funding..
They're NOW looking to buy companies for this portfolio.
It's on the Dundee PR's from October 2015
The debt drama is for an easy Dundee buyout.
They are trying to scare away other potential offers.
Dundee was waiting for patents to clear or 4x capacity
machines to begin production.
They have income. 10000 lettuce harvest in afew weeks
The 4x larger machine was completed and likely the first crop will
be ready in a month if testing went okay.
Violent swings here may be a good thing.
I got more at a good price today.
I'm happy.
There's 9 states with serious water restrictions.
It's not just Califoenia.
All are high yield farming states with growing water shortages.
FYI Info from the Wall Street Journal
We need more efficient ways of farming.
We have a problem and a solution here.
Go URBF!
Goal: 12 machines in 12 US areas this year.
Each with room for 3-6 more units.
This may take off very fast.
The first high production unit was almost
completed last week so final testing is likely this week.
Expecting news by Friday or early next week.
News coming any day...I'm Holding.
They are announcing US distribution.
That's why they need 12 high production machines.
Shares moving from weak to strong hands.
Shaking the retail tree.
Bull Triangle-Charts show it's ready to go!
Blast-Off Coming
Get ready for a gap up
shorty getting squeezed now
Big Buys on the dip coming in NOW.
Sounds like URBF news is controlled by Dundee!
If their money and people are running things.
Makes you wonder how much is really ready
to happen here that only they know.
Too many whales here... i thought this would gap up to and shoot to about .01 tomorrow then crash.
Now i see it will do up and down, but then continue it's slow and steady breakout
into silver over the next week or two.
I'm not selling but will buy more on that dip.
Thanks...would Dundee want to do the buyout
before URBF's stock goes up?
They get a great deal right now.
Great Post! What I don't understand is why they try an sell
lettuce while they may do better trying to sell equipment.
They manufacture great machines that can increase farm yields
100x and then try to sell the produce?
This is like John Deer making tractors so they can just sell corn.
Am I missing something or do they need the patents to clear first?
Maybe Dundee is waiting for the patents to clear first too?
I personally think they would do really
well adding a line of closet size units.
Plus thats much easier to sell at trade shows.
They come back with a handfull of orders!
Then once that becomes popular with restaurants,
food stores and even health food stores.
That would then drive demand for larger units.
In Google UB being tested at a Walmart in PR.
Is that true? Does anyboby know more?
It was acouple years ago and just quietly dropped off the radar.
Did anything more happen with that?
Just type search in Urban Barns and Walmart to find it.
