BIGTIPS.. I'm fairly new to the board but I hear you are the chart GURU.. I have been trading for MANY years and worked on the floor and for a large mkt maker in lower NY for several prior to my going indy.. basically I semi-retired.(you can never have enough $$ or trading!)
In all my years I have based all my personal trading on Technicals. Although harder to base psnny stocks on technicals due to rogue buyers (those who pop in and out with millions of shares simply b/c its cheap enough to "take shots" I have learned that charting lower prices is nearly Impossible.. However.. there is still drop sof truth to it all.. That being said.. I have already made up my mind about what I'm seeing going on..but before I divuldge, I would like to hear what you think/see in these charts (for what its worth)
Curious since the board seems to rely on you for info in the technical arena.. what you have seen since say.. November (breakdowns, lack of followthrough and what possibly you're seeing now.. I feel we may have seena pivot in the last 2 weeks total)

Always remember.. although you can live and die by technicals.. NEWS can change EVERYTHING THING and ANYTHING that didn't exist the second before it hit the wires

raggs... you cannt place STOPS in pennies.. nor can you SHORT them. You can place LIMIT order ONLY... so if its trading .0038 you can place a .004 buy limit. and youll be filled at .0038 (trust me you couldnt make it go through there..)

the company would announce a buyback plan before they are really allowed to fully begin doing that legally.. so its nothing to do with the company's actions.
It's just plain old selling/moving out of positions it appears.. mostly on the companys LACK OF ACTION.
Looks like we'll see the old lows of the 'mid .002's' by next week if nothing technical changes on this chart right now.

we'll know when a pr is coming most likely a few days before it comes b/c you will see a spike in volume before that day...

CLWNBO, It looks like QbidTrader was right yesterday, looks like a 'bloodbath' is coming.. I've been reading posts.. I'm new to this stock and only have a few k in it.. but what you are asking is right.. where is all the empty promises.. I hope this thing gets in gear someday.. technically If i needed this $$ I'd be worried.. haha
