PS: This conversation is getting boring. I don't short sell and don't care to dialog with one. Have a good day!
How many times have you experienced a short squeeze? Just asking for a friend.
Allie, don't flatter yourself. Short selling also has short squeezes. 🙄
Up today Allie. 😅
I'm right about today.
LMFAOOOOOO (Allies lexicon not mine, but, heck I'll use it just for today)
LOL
Babble on. Cant stop this mine from being built Allie.

Enjoy being a short seller for all these years spreading disinfo. Stock price is up. LOL
Allie, the share price is up today. Enjoy being right yesterday.
Share price is now $2.07. Your prediction lasted only 1 day. LOL
As much as you try to drive the share price down, the mine will get built and it will get financed. Your still a newbie hoping for short sale profits. We all know that mgt coulda shoulda done a better jib getting financed sooner but at the end of the day, it will get financed and we will not be sitting in the 2's. When that will happen, I have no idea, but, it will happen.

Post #113015 on Niocorp Developments Ltd (NB)
It is to my understanding that sub 2’s are headed this way.
When faced with reality, some choose to ignore that their predictions were wrong and that the share price went up and not down.
You forgot Booze Driver.
You are the # 1 BOZO on this board. Please! Get a life.
Could be. A good question for MS. My take for all these years is that he came on board after having spent many years on the BOD of CBMM in Brazil and learned a lot about Niobium andtook that knowledge and applied it towards building out Elk Creek as a primarily Niobium mine.
I am very aware the co used to be called Quantum Rare Earth and had the good fortune of having spoken to Peter Dickie on numerous occasions back in the day.
What do you mean MS wasn’t allowed to include REE’s?
It would be a dream if we could hear from mgt as much as people posting. If that happened, we wouldn’t have to continuously guess what’s going on.
No offense intended but curious why its so important to repeat the past over and over and over everyday. If you own no shares, why not walk away? Are you just trying to drive the share price down by repeating gloom and doom daily? If that's the case, just be transparent so we all know what your agenda here is.
It has been stated that EXIM doesn’t need the FS to get funding. Only drilling and what you stated independent analysis. I’m trying to ascertain the minimum requirements and timeline that EXIM needs to approve funding.
NorCal, did MS not say that the FS was not required to obtain EXIM financing but only that EXIM required updated drilling which would take 12 weeks?
If you sincerely believe in your position, you don’t have to badger people in to siding with you just because they express a different opinion from your usual spin. You have a long standing personal resentment towards some members of NioCorp so investors should be very of your advice and opinions in light of your bias against hearing anything positive about NioCorp. Just keep on spinning your story. Nobody really cares what you post and no matter how hard you try you haven’t converted anyone because everybody has their own opinion. Something you have to just accept and stop trying so hard to change people. It’s not working. At the end of the day its not what you or anyone says. Only EXIM holds the cards and they will either accept or reject the loan application. From all indications to date, NioCorp has passed preliminary approval, engaged with JP Morgan Chase to facilitate the loan and is responding to EXIMs request for more information. Let the process play out and let’s see what happens. Calling the game over when we’re in the 5th inning with all bases loaded is folly. Let the process unfold and see where it goes.
If you question why retail investors choose to stay invested then you should also ask that of the 80 + institutional investors including some of the Worlds largest banks and investment funds.
You’re just a loud mouthed fish in a very small pond here on this message board.
If NioCorp does not get approved by EXIM, millions will buy shares and you will be just a tiny little minnow in a big Ocean of investors.
Enjoy your one man show while it lasts! lol
Well, considering the company was formerly known as Quantum Rare Earths, I would be surprised if the new drilling produces vastly different results. We shall all know and won’t have to keep guessing.
Unless you were present, no such conversation occurred as you are suggesting.
My fervent hope is that the addtl drilling will satisfy all parties including EXIM who will likely have their own independent evaluation of the results and we can all once and for all move forward and get this mine financed and built.
Addtl: It is not as if the Federal Govt who would be providing the loan knows nothing about mining or geology. They do fund and operate the USGS who have done aerial surveys and geotechnical testing of the Elk Creek carbonatite minerals.
https://www.usgs.gov/data/geochemical-data-elk-creek-alkaline-complex-southeast-nebraska
We now have in the Federal Govt both an entity that has the financial wherewithal and experience in mining and geology plus the need for the materials for both defense and the growing US EV economy and at interest rates likely below 5%. (check with JS).
I think this is the best most qualified financier with the best terms available to move the project forward if the new drill sampling test results are confirmed.
Thats not true. They are doing what any bank would do in this situation which is to have the drill info (likely for REE's) re verified because the drill information came from an entity other than NioCorp. IE: Quantum Rare Earth or the Univ of NE. Most banks, probably most major financiers would ask the same of any company not specifically NioCorp if the the company requesting the loan had not done the drilling. That's my take. It is an easy request to JS to confirm if the drill request is for REE's. JMO
Its also not true that no institutional investor has invested in NioCorp. Nioman sent this list of institutional investors invested in NioCorp just the other day:
https://nz.finance.yahoo.com/quote/NB/holders/
Cannot disagree with your sentiments. Difference is, an actual "Financier" is requesting addtl drilling. Not NioCorp. The one who wants to provide funding has requested it which means they are serious about lending money but want some information re verified. Major difference. Its not NioCorps request. Its the Financiers which means they want to do business with NioCorp but they need addtl information prior to providing the company $800,000,000. I applaud EXIM for doing their own due diligence prior to providing NioCorp with the loan. Maybe conservative, but, in the best interest of the bank and shareholders IMO.
Just my opinion but my recollection is that most or all of the REE data that was extrapolated at the L3 Processing Facility in Canada used stored drill samples that the Univ of NE provided from previous drillings on the property prior to the establishment of NioCorp. Since we haven't seen a Stellantis REE off take yet and since EXIM is requiring more drill samples but not a revised FS, my best guess is both Stellantis and EXIM want further verification with updated sampling for REE's. All this can be confirmed with JS re what EXIM specifically wants verified. IMO, this is a reasonable request given the size of the loan. If the sampling that the Univ of NE was accurate there is no reason to believe addtl drilling and resampling for REE's will produce marginally different results IMO but the financier requires it. If the addtl drilling is not for REE's but other minerals, NioCorp should be able to verify that since they are in contact with EXIM.

If I had to wait 12 years for a mere $1.38 (pre split), I would be very upset. Its bad enough that Ive waited 12 years fro .23 (pe split). Only reason I am holding on is because I think they have finally found a financier. No guarantees but they are a bit deep in to the process what with Chase coming on board. Then again there have been other partners touted in the past. I think this time its real though. Not sure why we have to go through a d and p show re Railveyor but it would be good to see and hear from the Team nonetheless next week to assure me they are still engaged in the project. JMO
Missed the 2,400% Run-Up in Carvana? 3 More Beaten-Down Stocks Ready to Zoom Higher
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/missed-2-400-run-carvana-000507707.html
"On Feb. 8, 2011, a black swan event occurred when famed media entrepreneur Robert F.X. Sillerman announced he would be acquiring Gateway, going into effect on Feb. 11, 2001. Based solely on Sillerman's reputation, Gateway's stock immediately spiked over 20,000% to $2.97 per share. Sillerman then consolidated Gateway Industries with a handful of other firms to create his startup media and entertainment firm, Function (X), later renamed Viggle Inc. in 2012."
Addtl: $20-$60 is only $2.00-$6.00 pre split! Not rocket science to draw that conclusion. 🤑
If NioCorp's share price could go to $15/share ($1.50 pre split) just on news that NioCorp had joined the Toronto Stock Exchange several years back without generating a penny or even owning the land where the mine shaft will be built, why would it be inconceivable to imagine that NioCorp could reach $20-$60 ($2-$6 pre split) on the announcement of $800,000,000 in EXIM financing to finally construct the mine with an attractive low interest rate loan administered by the nations largest bank (Chase) and start generating income.
PS; Wagner, I know you get it.
JMO
NioCorp's share price has been artificially suppressed for many years by toxic debt and pummeled back in to a penny stock share price just waiting for relief from a major financier offering reasonable repayment terms to reverse this long standing trend. From what I've read, EXIM has offered other loans with rates as low as 4.5%. NioCorp's share price has been so tightly controlled for years by the likes of Lind and Yorkville selling shares and diluting the share price, that once the company secures major funds with beneficial repayment terms, the investment and PR generated by the good news will attract substantially more new investors and the share price will take off like a rocket ship in my opinion. Caveat is that after the share price peaks post financing news, it will drift lower but still be much higher than today's share price. If it turns out my prediction is wrong post major financing news, I will be the first to admit it. But, I don't think so.
Just my opinion.
Post was about what price warrants can be exercised not what would happen to the share price after financing news. $10.38 is just one stop along the way up after financing news.
It is uncertain how far up the share price will go after major financing news but my prediction is a minimum of $20-$30 per share and as much as $50-$60 maximum. Maybe more. No guarantees. It all depends on demand for shares and volume.
Just one persons opinion on what will happen to the share price should NioCorp secure $800,000,000 in financing from EXIM Bank IMO.
Waiting 45 weeks from the start date of major financing to exercise warrants won’t be necessary. Once major financing comes in such as an $800,000,000 loan from EXIM Bank, it won’t take long for the share price to rise to approx $10.38 which is the cost of exercising 1 NIOBW warrant in exchange for 1 NB share. Full disclosure: I own both NB shares and NIOBW warrants and suggest investors do their own due diligence and investment research before buying warrants. Publicly available information can be obtained by contacting both NioCorp and investors own brokerage for specifics on buying and exercising NioCorp warrants.
Mine completion has been projected to take 3 years. Faster with the new Railvac system. Warrants expire in 2028 (5 years), leaving plenty of time to exercise them and if the share price spikes on EXIM financing news, investors will be glad they own a mix of NB shares and NIOBW shares. Basically, covering all their bases both short term and long term especially if they predict they will have more money down the road to exercise the warrants. Just my opinion. Do your due diligence and research.

1.0 out of 5 stars Worked well for less than a year of light use
Reviewed in Canada on December 19, 2023
I have had this Omni instant pot air fryer plus for less than a year and it has been used lightly perhaps once a week. Already, the timing function has stopped working. You cannot set the time yourself and have to rely on the default setting. On the air fryer, it only allows for four minutes. In addition to being able to cook larger volumes of food, which I liked, I particularly liked the roasting feature with the thermometer in however, as one gentleman remarked, it is now largely a paperweight, and I will be looking for someone to Help me get it out of the house. Will stick to the much smaller ninja air fryer I got and my highly reliable Cusinart oven. For the price, even on sale, I definitely would not recommend this product!

This was a bad decision for the price and I am seeing other similar comments so I wanted to add another example.
I usually don’t like to review appliances or electronics until the “honeymoon” period is over. Most consumers only review products after their first use and they are giddy with excitement, but people rarely put their products to the test before reviewing.
I purchased this about 22 months ago. I used it probably twice per week maximum for 7-20 minutes each time. The touch panel is no longer functioning. It started with the down arrow breaking and not working anymore. Then quickly the entire thing failed. When plugged in, it turns on but cycles between Fahrenheit and Celsius on the temperature panel, and keeps beeping and adding minutes randomly to the timer.
The center cooking grate is too small and is always falling out of place. The rubber feet are poor quality and leave black scuff marks on the countertop. Cannot easily turn off preheat option. You can’t leave it plugged in because the display will always stay lit up. The crumb catch tray is very flimsy.
Unfortunate technology flaws for the steep price. Would not recommend. I contacted the Instant customer service asking for assistance and they just said “sorry, outside of warranty period, but you’re welcome to buy a new one!” A company that stands behind faulty product knowing that it fails shortly after the warranty period and so blatantly recommends spending another $300 on a bad product doesn’t deserve to be in business anymore. Laughable.

So this was on sale and is roughly the size of our old toaster oven, but this one has the air fry heat coil as well as the quartz heaters, our old air fry oven did not have the heat coil and it really didn’t air fry at all, it was mostly just a convection oven. We have a nuwave small air fryer that actually air fries but the portion size is not big enough for my family. We thought we would give this Instant Omni Pro air fry oven a try since we had such good luck with our instant pot. Unfortunately, you can’t set the time or the temperature for any of the settings. I did a lot of research on this unit and found the only negative comments were chickens falling off the rotisserie when the drip pan is installed and it was that some people were having a problem with the touch control, which is exactly what I was having problem with as well. The thing with the rotisserie chicken is that you can’t use the drip pan, if you look at the videos on this product roasting a chicken on their website the drip pan is not in the unit. I did see another video on YouTube that shows people putting foil over the bottom elements as they don’t turn on during rotisserie cooking to keep splatter off of them (good idea). We were planning mostly to use the rotisserie for pork roasts (yum) as rotisserie chickens at Costco are really cheap and taste really good, if they could just lower the salt content a little it would be perfect. Anyway, I was unable to adjust the temperature or time no matter which mode or setting I was in we tried all kinds of things like texting the manufacturer, which was a royal pain just to find out that holding down cancel resets the oven but I don’t think it’s really resetting maybe it just resets the stored presets, but it doesn’t help with the touchscreen problem at all. Amazon does not allow for replacements on this item, but you can return it which is what we’re doing and I just bought another one to give it another go (hopefully with better luck this time). Thank goodness it was still on sale. I have a good feeling that this unit is on sale because of all the problems they are having with chickens and most of the people online say they have to get another unit from the factory to correct the touch screen problem. Let’s hope the next unit doesn’t have the same problem or it’s going back as well and will try a different brand like shark ninja. I know that instant and Shark Ninja both have UL listed appliances which is very important to me and my family for safety, especially with something like this. The only downside to this oven is that I wish it would heat to 500° for better searing steaks instead of limiting it to 450°, but most hot air fryers only go to 400° anyway and we can still use the kitchen oven for searing. If the second unit works like it, should I will update this review.

1.0 out of 5 stars Updated: touch panel failed after 15 months, can't adjust time any more.
Reviewed in the United States on February 15, 2022

Update: after 15 months, the "air fry" button portion of the touch panel barely works, and the time control part doesn't work at all. (I'm stuck forever at 4 minutes) Just out of warranty. I've generally found Instant Brands products reliable, but I see in the reviews that touchpad failure after just over a year is common with this particular product. :(
**********
This is my first foray into the world of air fryers, and I bought this because I use my toaster oven a lot for baking, and wanted to add some additional functionality to that part of the counter. I'd say that I'm very impressed with how it bakes and air fries. HOWEVER, there are a few things that make me want to hurl it out the window, and I suspect I'll be replacing it before long:
1) Design flaw: as you're pulling out the rack, it slips out of the grooves/railing and falls. Very dangerous, because this means you can't pull the rack partway out to remove food more safely. It's especially bad on the lowest shelf setting, which is exactly where you might want to bake something that's heavier or in a water bath, but you can't, because you can't pull out the rack without it falling. I've seen some other reviews mention this, so maybe it's a defect with just a certain subset of them? The rack is just not quite wide enough to stay in the grooves. DEAL BREAKER
2) The touch interface for setting temperature and time is really hard to use. Usually, you want to change the temperature by like 25 degrees, from 400 to 375 or whatever. The interface changes by one degree at a time, until you've held it a couple seconds and then it goes in bigger increments. So you tap tap tap tap hooooold and zooooom you're way past your desired temp and have to start tap tap tap tap hooolding in the other direction, wait, now you're too far the other way, and 2 minutes later you're finally at 372 degrees and close enough. Completely annoying
3) You can turn the annoying beeping off (press + and - at the same time for a few seconds), but that seems to control *all* beeping, including "done" beeps. There should be a way to just turn off the interface beeps for adjusting settings.

14 in 1 Instant Onmi Pro 19QT/18L:
Instant Brands has discontinued this product because of a faulty component that causes the touchscreen to fail. They have replaced it with a lower cost unit that is similar but with less functions and no touch screen.
If you choose to purchase this unit, understand that there is 100% failure rate on the touch screen - It is simply a matter of time.
I have owned three:
The first failed after 13 months of use. Instant brands begrudgingly replaced the unit under warranty, even though I was a month out of warranty period. I appreciated this, but hey, I spent $330 on an oven that barely lasted a year, so it was the least they could do.
The second (the warranty replacement) lasted 12 months before the touchscreen failed, but was ineligible for warranty replacement as it was not "Purchased"
The third began showing the first signs of touchscreen failure after only 4 weeks as I knew what to look for. I'm an idiot for buying it again. I had to reach out to their warranty department three times to get a response, it took 14 days from the point that I filed the claim (and sent them the serial number photo and a video of it acting up) for them to offer to replace it with a different, less expensive unit and a free Instant Brands apron.
I hope Instant Brands does better, this thing has all the features, it could be the most functional tool in my kitchen, if only it worked right. Or, I suppose it IS the most functional tool in the kitchen, until the day it isn't.

1.0 out of 5 stars Touchscreen stopped working after 1 year, customer service refuses to do anything

This oven runs hot. I have to turn the temperature down 15 degrees to reach the actual temperature it's supposed to be. Moreover the rack changed shape when it's hot so it just falls off the rails onto the heating element if anything is on it. Finally the worst and most offensive is the fact that the touchscreen to change the cooking time stopped working altogether and is stuck at whatever time I set it before it stopped working. So now I have to cook all my food in 10 minute intervals. Can you imagine cooking a whole chicken in 10 minutes intervals? I reached out to customer service to see if they can do something about it because with normal regular use, this shouldn't happen and lots of customers have posted reviews online and in forums describing this same problem. This shows that it's a problem with the product and not because of user error. They refused to do anything because we just barely exceeded the 1 year limited warranty. No options even to fix it for a price, just good luck and goodbye. Not sure if this is because of instant brands being acquired by another company but they've shown zero accountability and no effort to help customers resolve a defect with their product. Will never buy this product or any product from instant brands again. Very disappointed.

I fell in love with my Omni Pro! I used it all the time for almost everything! I almost forgot how to cook anything but soup without it (and I usually use my Instant Pot pressure cooker for everything else)! A few weeks ago I would have given it 5 stars only because that’s the maximum number of stars we can give!
Then the day after the included 1-year warranty expired, it went bonkers! I first noticed that it would not let me adjust the temperature at all on any setting. I had an expensive roast that I was making for company waiting to go in it, so I decided that I’d just work with the temperature it chose for me. Five minutes later, I couldn’t decide whether to cuss or cry! The thing started beeping incessantly and flashing its lights at me before just cancelling the cooking on its own.
I experimented with different functions and had the same results.
I unplugged it and waited, hoping it would somehow reset itself. No luck.
I hoped that it was in a bad mood that day, so I tried it again the next day and the next.
It’s possessed. It will not work.
I did everything right. I made sure it had plenty of ventilation room and always kept it unplugged between uses.
I feel lost without it, but sure not gonna risk another $299 on a new one!
I guess I’ll be shopping around for something similar made by a different company!

Update:::
Well, it's dead. For a while it stopped letting me adjust the timer making it useless is most modes. Now it has just gone crazy and will randomly turn off, beep, turn back on, seemingly randomly. This thing is getting unplugged as I don't trust it at all. It will be replaced with another brand.
Original:::
I really like so many features of this thing but it is all undermined by poor support and poor and dangerous design.
Poor design:
Once the machine is warmed up, the rack is no longer supported properly in the middle position. This leads to 400+ degree food that easily ends up all over your hands or feet when you attempt to slide out the rack.
The other annoying issue is with setting temperature. When tapping the temperature up or down buttons, if done too quickly it starts jumping by five degrees. This leads to constantly overshooting the temperature you're trying to set. It really should only jump by larger amounts when holding the button or something.
Poor Support:
So I've contacted instant brands with pictures and videos of the shelf falling in the middle position. My unit is still in warranty. They made it pretty clear that they don't consider it a defect and are happy to ignore this issue that very likely could lead to a serious burn.
I'm not one to leave reviews too often but I really regret buying this as it's practically unusable from a safety point of view. It was so close to being good too...

I didn’t even have this item 6 months before the control panel started to malfunction. I couldn’t return it to Amazon because it was past the return date. Contacted Instapot and that was a fiasco. First off 10 days after I sent the information they requested I had not heard from them. So I contacted them again. The person I talked to said they were going to look up the ref # and to please wait. The chat session ended without any other response so I contacted then again. The new person told me I had to wait for them to contact me, meaning the original person. It took another 3 days. Long story short their resolution was to offer a downgraded item and 2 accessories Instead of telling me in the initial resolution email this particular air fryer/toaster oven was not being manufactured anymore it took 3 more emails and 5 more days to get that info . I highly recommend you do not buy this due to the fact it is not manufactured anymore. If I could give ZERO stars I would..They wont refund your money either.

Good advice. You should remind LCP what Socrates wrote.
The conversation is about the upcoming revised FS not the past FS. Unfortunately, you will have to wait for its release along with everyone else.
Mgt has not delivered the revised FS yet. Seems like you are jumping ahead making claims on data that hasn’t been released yet. It would be more convincing if you posted your assessment after the data is released. Drawing conclusions on data that has not been released yet is misleading and not helpful. Just opinion absent facts.
It’s a logical question. You are making a claim on data that has not been released. Please prove your claim so we can evaluate your claim backed by facts. Not looking to debate. Looking for the data you claim to know about but hasn’t been released yet.
So, you have seen all the data before the revised FS has been issued? Please share.
