No real volume? Are we watching the same stock. Over 30m shares traded a couple days ago, over 20m shares yesterday, and already over 12m shares today. That’s great volume and it’s the best BUYING volume this stock has seen in a year or two.
3 million share wall at .006 getting taken out. Strong buying today. Could be back up to .0075 by the end of the week and .01 by the end of the month, IHMO
The PR states the $250k is “net income”, that’s after expenses, so not weird math. So, they are saying, $4.5m in revenue - expenses = net income of $250k. At the end of the year, the Co would be in the green $250k. A step in the right direction.
I actually found it an extremely informative PR and an insight into what’s going on with the Co. Not sure how that’s odd. Should they not update shareholders? I think you feel so burned by the Co, you’ll never see any positivity in any of their PRs.
Just an FYI, a good friend of mine works in public relations, and you have to get approval from companies for press releases and some don’t allow it for various reasons. They’ve omitted company names in the past and I was curious as to why myself.
Share structure is looking really good here. I don’t think there are enough eyes on this and it’s flying under the radar. One solid press release and this thing takes off, IMHO
HAHAHA…yes, this!
Vastest, great DD and I agree 100%.
The previous selling by the funding company is what drove this down. It looks like there are finally done selling, which is why the previous 4 days in a row have been green.
I think it’s undervalued as well and using your comparison from year to year makes that apparent.
I think this will be back at a penny before the end of the month, IMHO and great buying opportunity right now.
Finally some healthy trading happening. Good to see some pull backs on the way up. Congrats to those taking some profits that bought in the double zero twos!
That’s the million dollar questing, isn’t it?
Justthefax, I think you’ve been following this company as long as I have, maybe longer, so we are old timers here.
If they continue to grow at the same pace they have been, I think they will be able to fund themselves in a year or two, IMHO. Until then, it’ll be a rocky road, but like I said before, with the right timing, you can still make some good money here.
If they finished the year with $5m in sales, 4x sales would give a market value of $20m, which is $.01 a share right now (if my math is right). That’s why I think a penny is a fair value right now with no more dilution.
I think an RS is inevitable and hopefully they’ll give some indication as to when that happens.
Happy New Year KGKG board!
If, and it’s a big if, the funding company is done selling, which from the last three trading days, looks as so, this thing will be back at a penny by the end of the month, IMHO.
You might want to do a little research before posting 100% false statements. I’ll help you out,
https://konagoldbeverage.com/our-brands/ You can view the products they DO produce.
Did you just create an account to post false information on this board? Your only two posts are here?
Anyway, welcome to the board!
What’s considered real volume? Over 6m shares traded by noon.
Are we watching the same stock, the Ask has been getting gobbled up the last two days. Up over 20% yesterday and over 10% today. Like I said, some good swing trading opportunities.
Over $16k in bids right now…I would call that interest, IMHO.
Speak for your self about no interest, good money can be made on swing trades. I’m very happy making 5-10% on a trade, just have to been smart about it and of course it’s all about timing.
Looks like CFGN has backed off. This thing will move back up if they’re done hammering it. Some good money to be made with swing trades on the way up, IMHO
They didn’t list what available? You do realize Gold Leaf distributes a bunch of other products other than their own. It would have made A LOT more sense going into the retailers on the store locator and asking if Gold Leaf distributes to them and if so, what do they distribute. Not just call and ask if the carry their lemonade or energy drink. Lol
That kind of information would be in their SEC filing, not a PR, so your theory on them “scrubbing” it doesn’t hold, unless you think they can “scrub” SEC filings lol
I’ve been here the whole time. This Co doubled revenue each year after Covid, they did just fine too. The dilution sucks and everyone is blinded by that. If the Co was where they are now and share structure was the same as it was in 2020, everyone would be praising the Co and Clark.
My point regarding the OP constantly saying they should have never abandoned the shareholder distributor model is what I was addressing. From a biz standpoint, that got the brand initially out there, but was a flawed model, IMHO. Where they dropped the ball was not building on that momentum.
That was 2019. Do you really think shareholders as distributors is a sustainable model? Do you think when COVID hit in 2020, those shareholders would or even could still distribute? A lot of established businesses went under, one’s with years of experience under their belt. These shareholder distributors wouldn’t have lasted a second. Continuing to think shareholders as distributors would have made a big difference in this company is laughable.
Have you looked at the co’s yearly revenue over the past few years? It’s doubled every year since 2020. It looks like they made the right decision, IMHO
I believe the rebranding of their energy drinks keeps getting delayed. Hopefully they can get that out soon, definitely missing some revenue opportunities IMHO.
Agree 100% fax!
The $3.5 is for the one subsidiary, not both. I expect them to finish the year around $5m. Big increase from last year, but still short of their $8m projections.
Agree 100%, we’re on the same page there.
There are companies that put out news constantly to do exactly what you stated, but I don’t think KG does it to raise interest to dump shares, IMHO Historically, they only put out a few releases a month, and that’s fallen off some. I for one wish they would put news out more frequently.
CFGN is off the ask, that’s always a good sign!
If you know how to trade this, you can do very well. Swing trading isn’t for everyone though, but it helps if your a long here, IMO.
The 70+ years experience is the combination of each individuals experience added together. Many companies use this formula.
I’m always happy to help clarify things for you so you have a better understanding.
Agree fax! Would love to see the same.
Due diligence is all encompassing. The OP stated SC and FL don’t look promising as far as the lemonades in Walmart. A little DD and you can obviously see it’s in Walmart in FL and SC. So, to answer your question, yes, a “tweet” and pictures are considered DD.
Clark recently tweeted a picture of a WI Walmart store and just scrolling down, there are pics of Walmart stores in FL and SC. Do you do any due diligence at all before posting?
Yes, and according to this RC holds 17,100,000 common shares, roughly $68k at todays price. The other common shares haven’t been issued.
I believe your theory of RC taking money from the Co and selling millions of shares holds no water.
Let me know if there’s anything else you need me to explain to you, happy to help
I agree. They could do a much better job communicating to shareholders, can be frustrating at times.
I believe the Co will be successful in the long run, but how they plan to get there needs to be communicated to shareholders.
Again, you need to read the Q’s before you post false information, so you should really stop it.
Straight from the 10Q, the Co owes RC almost 170 million shares because he returned almost all his common stock.
They have to report if he converts shares, and I can’t recall when he’s ever done that.
Not sticking up for the guy, but man, you need to stop posting false information
You peaked my interest, so I went through the whole doc. You need to learn how to read a 10Q. Under Notes Payable, RC has GIVEN the company a line of credit and put in almost $2m to f his own money.
You should understand what your reading prior to posting false information, that’s dangerous.
With that said, I don’t think there’s that many CEOs that would fund the company they run if they didn’t believe in it succeeding, IMHO.
I didn’t get that far yet, but you’re saying RC put in millions of his own money?
Revenue more than double compared to same quarter last year and expenses went up nominally, good to see.
Gross margin went up from 19% to 22% compared to same quarter last year as well. That’s a good sign.
Numbers are definitely on the right track. I was hoping to see a bigger pop in revenue, but not bad overall.
Looks like they are doubling revenue from last year, so definitely heading in the right direction and not many companies can say that.
My take is that if this Walmart thing is just now happening and they can keep that momentum rolling, next year could be a big year for the Co IMHO
Funny, that part gets me excited.
Apparently. He’s mad they put a store locator on their website, how dare they do that after they told him they didn’t have the manpower.
They are growing, so maybe they hired someone that’s doing it now. Just a thought. I think it’s great and hope this is something they do for all their websites. Takes the guessing out of where to find their products.
If I recall, the Co stated there was a delay by Walmart. They didn’t keep us in the dark. You may live in a perfect world, but sometimes delays do happen. The key here, is that its finally happened, which is great news.
