I’d participate in this
As was stated many times, they are not working for us, they are working for themselves.
No surprise.
Rxmd shareholders got scammed by a rich man. Go figure.
It’s truly pathetic. But I expected It. I’m sure, just like the last 13 quarters, everyone will be saying, wait till next quarter.
More of the same from rxmd…. All of this nonsense is fine for a private company, pathetic for a public one
I don’t understand what you think the benefit of this will be? The OS is already extremely small. The public doesn’t value this company at any share price at this moment. I smaller is won’t matter because market cap isn’t even a thought right now. All management needs to do is communicate, it’s simple.
I think that is prob true, as is the fact that many in here will still find a way to convince themselves it’s good.
Hope the post bitcoin halving trend stays like it has been the last couple times. If it does, I’ll happily quit thinking about this nonsense here
No doubt. It’s seriously a bad joke at this point.
Everyone really should stop making excuses for this poor excuse of a management team.
Obviously, but my point is that anything he has told you is likely bs
Didn’t they tell you it would be early or on time, not even two weeks ago?
Hate to say it Gedi, but them not filing on time after all the nonsense they supposedly told you, is a massive red flag.
It wouldn’t do much of anything sitting on the OTC. The market doesn’t give this company any real value, so if the share count goes down, I expect that the market cap will go right with it. But like I said, zero chance any share buyback happens
I’d bet pretty much anything that a share buyback is not going to happen
Sounds about right
I think There is zero chance rxmd ever uplists. Only way is if they are acquired by next plat or someone else, but never on their own
Sadly. I think This thing will hit $1 before it goes anywhere
Appreciate it! GLTU
Unfortunately, this thing is going nowhere, fast
Lmao, exactly
HOPING FOR THE BEST
It has been said on this board that the silence would have ended multiple times, yet here we are
Just because you don’t want it to be, doesn’t mean it isn’t. Tell me how you think it’s not… I’m interested
That’s ok, truth hurts
They also have ways to make themselves whole, which we don’t
Only people that can stop this free fall, clearly have no intention of doing so.
Thought we sat at $8 the first day of the split? Maybe it was $6. Been so long without anything from management that my Brian is like scrambled eggs when I think About this stock
Waiting for rxmd to be off the otc? That could have happened a year ago… wasn’t that entire filing cancelled? Nothing they are doing (or not doing) for shareholders makes any sense.
Kind of my point. At $7/share that doesn’t even get you back to the post split price…. This thing has to go up almost 200% just to get back to where we were 15 months ago..
And still aren’t turning a profit, which is wild. Hopefully this next report shows otherwise
The company balance sheet looks good because they put cash into the bank account, that doesn’t change the fact that the company still doesn’t make money.
You are making the assumption that any of that matters…What would you pay for this company if you had the money to buy it? If I was Given the opportunity to buy a company that has lost millions over the last 10 years, it wouldn’t be at a premium, that’s for sure
Problem is, what’s fair market value? It’s a company will slow rev growth, negative profit for many years…. Not sure you could value the company at enough to make shareholders their money back.
Went searching this morning for a stock with a chart as bad as this one is over the last 14 months. Couldn’t find one. I’m sure it is out there, but would have to look pretty hard. Maybe peloton? This thing is pathetic
Much like the SPAC setup. The insiders get the super cheaper shares ant $2 and can make 3-4x while the people who bought the SPAC company at $10/ share when they released it, get slaughtered.
Continuing to drift much lower, with no stop in sight
Exactly
Exactly. Terrible leadership of a public company. Fine for a private one, but not a public one
