It's actually 30 consecutive trading days before a company gets a delisting notice.
Wait until the delisting notice comes out.
Sierra world equity did say India was going to ask ZTE to pony up more bond money.
I agree there are too many catalyst in the months of November and December. Only the wise will prevail.
JJS, will the UK trial be decided by a judge or do they have juries over there?
Hey bottom feeders like RD and segfro what's the bottom going to be?
Why you do that? Since you are already down so much, might as well hold on.
Don't shoot the messenger.
"Judge In India To Order ZTE To Deposit Additional Securities Within 24 Hours Or Face Further Increased Sanctions Forecasts Sierra World Equity Review"

I hate to say but I think we still have a bit to go, at least to .67 if not pass it.
It happens every day after hours. Doesn't mean much.
At least once we get delisted all the shorts will have to cover.
Spiegel must not have been attending the board meetings.
I total agree. If you are the CEO of a publicly traded company then you need to do everything possible to show confidence in your own. And not just by issuing a watered down letter to the shareholders.
I'm not expecting it to happen, I'm demanding it to happen. The CEO has only been saling sells, he hasn't bought any on the open market not once.
Why not? The CEO of INO bought millions of his companies shares. So yes it can be done. The CEO of Vringo is not showing any confidence in the company, none what so ever.
Then tell me why one of the directors bought shares in the open market at 0.89 average price?
Can you tell the CEO to buy some freakin shares? In fact can everyone email the CEO and encourage him to buy some shares.
Long-vestor,
Looks like it's going under 0.80.
I would be a shame not to go after the lair, it the feds can go after Barry Bonds for perjury, they should do the same for them.
With SCOTUS hearing the Teva case next week, it might not matter in the long run.
JJS, can the judge put Wang in jail for perjury?
JJS. Thanks for the response. So what's the time frame the judge will make a ruling? Hopefully it's not as long as Judge Jackson took, lol.
JJS, so on a scale of 1 to 10 how bad was ZTE's NDA violation?
from Judge Kaplans's remarks during the hearing he was not so pleased with ZTE's lying and cavalier actions.
Hopefully that joker Dan Ravicher does try to toot his own horn again like he did for Parkervision.
It was only a 8% stake in Infomedia.
In the letter Perlman was talking about not be living what people say on the message boards and blogs. so was he referring to Segfro? lol
I have to agree with you, the letter did little to ease shareholders. In fact it looks like their burn rate accelerated a bit recently. What gives Perlman?
Yeah the judge said the damages award could be substantial as well. So hopefully ZTE gets spanked.
JJS, how much of a punitive damage amount can the judge award to Vringo?
I should of never followed Mark Cuban and bought this turd stock. Once I get on Shark Tank I'm going to call him about about his stock purchase.
The judge will probably take his sweet arse time to make a ruling.
Man, there is so much blood on the street, I'm drowning in it. :(
JJS, you have been pretty quiet lately, have you already sold?
Well at least they now know how it feels to be losing their own money.
At this rate, it's more like the short haul. But our only hope is an en banc. ZTE is a sneaky company that is willing to do anything to not have to pay. Whether it's legal or illegal is not their concern.
Only thing tangible is the CEO is getting rich?
At least the director of the company that bought in at .89 is starting to lose money.
That might be true, but as long as Vringo gets judgements in their favor, ZTE will need to smarten up sooner rather than never.
According to this seeking alpha article, they are going to get punitive damages according to the judge.
"A Federal judge said that Vringo has chance for "enormous punitive damages" against ZTE Corp."
http://seekingalpha.com/article/2514905-vringo-inc-will-announce-settlement-with-belkin-international-this-week-and-other-positive-catalysts
So punitive damages will be in order. Can ZTE appeal when they lose?
