No idea yet Doc is still bullish. Wonder why? Great wholesale sales?
We need cannibus experience not grocery experience!
This is nothing more than the golden goose for Dye and Co. Schedule 3 or complete legalization can't help these guys. Either step down or sell. We aren't selling groceries!
Dec. was almost $4 Mil.i was wrong almost a 10% decrease with so many new dispensaries. Management is so busy blowing their horn at every call it makes me sick! They did $6 Mil a month with I believe the 1st acquisition of 12 dispensaries in 22. Most everything they've bought has turned into crap. I'm going to say it management sucks along with their plan. Expect the same from Colorado. Somehow we will once again a line of crap will flow out of their mouth. It's no wonder we have not heard anything positive from IPS. How in the heck do you almost triple store count and have sales drop more than 33%? Exactly why is J.D. still sucking CEO pay as a consultant along with options grants along with other perks? The last CEO lied about deals and this guy boasts about crackpot Management with horrendous results. Comments welcome and the sugar coating from all of us have to end and call it what it is. Hopefully Management does read this board!
Do you know what Dec was? Does this include wholesale? With overall sales down almost 10% in N.M. for Jan. they did do ok.
The biggest problem I see are revenues. We have added so many dispensaries in N.M. yet our real growth is non-existant. They can fudge this number with graphs etc. and bottom line minuscule. Also the prosecution of the dispensaries doing illegal things need to be substantial and not a slap on the wrist for a measly measly 10k or suspended for 30 days. These fines are meaningless at that point. You had 1 dispensary that I believe had a $1,000,000 fine but back in business in 90 days. With blatant infractions they should be shut down permanently. Generally they pay thousands in fines after making millions avoiding the rules. How does that stop the problems. It's simple math!
46.268 Mil for Jan. which is down from Dec. I believe SHWZ will not have a good report unless wholesale shines. Oops this is for N.M. Also 1,050 dispensaries which is basically flat. GLTA!
Nice to see the volume again. Probably a big wall to get through but you never know.
Me too. I'm an official bagholder. Bought as high as $2.25 all the way down to.75 Originally bought for 3-5 year hold.
I targeted this company based on management. While I have had issues with management I believe they are very focused and our time will come.
Can we make it 3 days in a row with this volume? Nice to see the fund scoop up a significant amount of shares from the float.
Anyone think their is more to this run up with the fund that is buying?
Another good finish with double the
daiky volume. Nice to see the interest. Where is IPS? He was very optimistic for the longest time.
Wonder who is buying? Hope there is more to this than legislation. This volume says their is more gains coming. This is quickly becoming bullish imo. Definitely not from thr ER report. My hope is wholesale sales will be another good q.
Nice volume today. Here c9mes the $1.00 possibly next week?
With volume which is the key. Where we go nobody knows. My guess is a buck for now.
Quiet before the storm? Management has been really tight-lipped. While I don't see good earnings I also believe management is not sitting on their butts instead getting ready for the 3rd. Not hyping but I do see this happening sooner than later. Just my thought. I think they are working the plan and the plan revolves around growth and cutting expenses.
The volume was indeed impressive. Looks like next leg up is coming.
Unreal the free stock for officers for service was Dec. 29th. So convenient at low of the year
If they got 3 new officers there goes another 5,000,000 shares.
Maybe not. Maybe seller trying to put up a wall and purchase under .80
Looking for a nice pop this week.
If I'm not mistaken this would not include wholesale. Am I understanding this correctly?
Coda Signature is closing operations in Co.
Thx. for all the feedback. I did not look at competitors. Glad to hear that it was across the board. Regardless I'm a bagholder and not sold a share. Maybe a buck is coming this month.
Today while looking at job openings for schwazze I noticed something troubling. I read the reviews from employees. With over 40 reviews half of them were bad. Real bad. The average was 2.4 out of 5. However half of these were 1.0 and very critical. Having a disgruntled employee is one thing but this many is really going to affect the organization in a big way. The negativety these people expound will impact schwazze huge. The problem being it appears all over. If management isn't listening and not addressing these issues imo we have a management problem. I forward.the issue to corporate but probably won't get a response.
PS I hope these complaints aren't true but in my experience where there is smoke there's fire.
Nice day today. Up 50% from the lows. would be nice to see more volume!
Good news/bad news. Bad news being dispensary count went up to 1,063 for December.
Now the good news and it is very good. Sales were over $50 Mil for Dec. This is over an 8% increase m/m. Just maybe the tide has turned with the black market and enforcement. Again a great report! Doc this could be a game changer providing the trend continues.
Not saying that. What I am sayin is growth is being curtailed by so many illegal grows. This causes budget restraints and a host of other issues. Not to mention lots of lost talent eroding margins. Then you have lots of debt coming due. With no filings of insider buying at these prices certainly isn't an indication of management confidence. But then again management hands out free shares like candy being given out on Halloween.
Maybe lower interest rates help. Who knows I'm just saying lots of issues need addressed. GLTA
With sales plunging in Colorado and N.M. flat for the last 4 months I see no impetus to buy. The price currently seems fair value imo. Probably dead cat bounce after year end but not sustainable. This industry needs state governance even more so federal. Until then it continues being the wild wild west. All talk and really no show.
No doubt more and more people smoking and eating it but as long as retail sales remain flat or down the illegal market owns it period. With the political climate as it is I hardly doubt anything happens in 2024. With virtually no enforcement the legal businesses are dead on arrival. Wake me up when something actually happens.
Really was expecting some F4's today.
Mixed thoughts here. First being they can't keep people for numerous reasons. The other they are growing fast. Again mixed thoughts.
What is the advantage or disadvantage to buying these swaps verses the actual shares? The fact that their is interest is probably a positive.
I suggest everyone to read the 10Q especially from page 47. Here it talks about notes and interest due. Now you have 2 new lawsuits one in Colorado with 8 count separate charges. The other in New Mexico. It is no wonder revenues continue to drop on a per store basis. Obviously this is not something that is going to help grow the business. I think we are starting to understand what the problem is. Management continues to reap handsomely and Dye personally by his side businesses and the services they provide to Medicine Man with no regard to reality.
My friend just sold his Dairy Queen franchise and the new owner dropped everyone's wages $.50-$1.00 per hour. Now we have SHWZ being sued for tips overtime and a host of other claims by people who are directly in front of the customer. Wow and management answer is we will fight this vigorously if need be.
Any thoughts on this from the shareholders as we get the blunt of the aftermath as management gets their shares free.
I want to see the 10q. A write off is not a concern for me as way too much goodwill imo. What I did like was the y/y increase in wholesale especially in N M.
Much better than I expected. Haven't bought for quite some time. Maybe it's time to add.
P.S. when your wrong your wrong. Might get another tax selling sale.
Look for sales of $41.5 Mil tops. Losses will be larger yet our margins will still be great. Go figure. Probably another rosey outlook!
Everything other than the new build outs in NM were to be accretive yet we have yet to make a dime other than fancy bookkeeping. The sales in New Mexico tells it all. Our sales with the 1st 11 dispensaries in New Mexico were $3.4 mil per month and here we are with over 30 dispensaries and sitting at $2.6 Mil for Oct. Yet these clowns some how will spout out crap we are gain market share. Any acquisition they make will totally lead to more destruction to the shareholder. These clowns are self serving greedy pigs. Dye steps down but keeps his full salary. With the pathetic results who can justify bonuses? With the pps down watch the pump with derivatives on phony gains. Reality another smelly $10 mil plus loss for the q.
Could be. Why does IPS never address the debt issue and dilution? Everything is about growing the footprint with no regards to the obvious. Lots of debt coming due in the next 24 months with management totally mum.
NM sales marginally lower than September with 1035 dispensaries. Expect results very similar to last q with possible goodwill write off's. Of course IMO.
This has been a red flag for almost immediately after they 1st entered NM. All we heard was this crack management while everyone glossed over the biggest red flag q/q for over 1 year now while adding multiple dispensaries. While management still continued with gaining market share. Now they become mute and pay Dye after he handed off the baton but continues collecting same salaries and stock performance bonuses regardless of performance. Wait till these cancel the options etc. and reprice everything. Bonuses for more losses and dispensaries hardly sounds like a winning formula. Really handing the reins over to address the issues here sounds cowardly imo. How about outside directors, advisors, compensation commies, etc be made of with real people can lead with the direction. Now were stuck with interest and no clue as to pay it off as due with deteriorating cash. This is a management with ego problems and full of excuses. Looks like a piggy bank for management here.
PS Bash away if you would but show me where I am wrong. Now let's assume they go bankrupt. Look who cherry picks management owning so many preferred's. Guess what we shareholders are at the bottom of the food chain. Preferred holdera pick up the scraps
Be very interesting how much cash on hand? I believe we have huge issues come as money comes due in 24, 25, and 26. Is bankruptcy a possibilty or more dilution? With the political landscape the way it is I see very little hope any time soon. Both sides are brain dead and clueless as far as getting anything done for the people.
