I like this program, however they have had college and trade school re-imburesment programs already. So this is just a publicity headline for investors. From my knowledge moral is picking up in all the local stores around me and management is working on the bottom line. Lowe's is trying to steal market shares with their slogan "we can't be beat". This is definitely going to hurt the bottom line but will pan out later down the road. Plus Lowe's had bought a lot since the interest rates where low. What for these investments to pay 10 fold.

Here is the problem with retail! Too many jobs and nobody wants to work. Bottom feeders tend to go to the bottom. Trump is not an expert nor am I but if we want to fix this society then give them a reason. Make everyone re-apply for ssi or pick up trash. This should be a job for minimum wage.
