I'm stating a fact
That shares issued to private placement is held for 6 months to a year on restriction. Most would hold a year for capital gains
So since these prices are the LOWEST EVER there is NO WAY private placement people would be able to SELL
Minimum of 6 months ago this stock was over 1 cent !
So Private Placement sellers would NOT even make ANY MONEY at this price, it wouldn't make sense.
They get it a 50% discount
Means it's a half of cent paid
It's trading at a half cent now
What's the point !
Not to mention , this is a not why they would purchase stock
It's to be involved with Americas newest airline , not trade penny's

Their is a lot of small trades as usual, don't even understand why people would trade 10,000 shares for $50 bucks etc.
The stock has gone down bc of the shorters. Nothing is wrong , baltia is still waiting for the official pass or fail from FAA. It seems to be looking toward a pass however no one can guarantee that. Just keep your fingers crossed.
The time frame is out of Baltia's control, the government works at their own pace. My brother was in the military and every document he needed would take weeks to come, always hold ups

Another rumor I hear is once they get that certificate they will start cargo very fast to generate revenue.

That is the last thing anyone would want to do. This whole company is owned by personal investors. The great thing about this company is they want to do everything right for ALL shareholders. I believe they too are invested.

No I don't think so, the company can't spend money like that. They need to generate revenue before they can do that.

They're in a unique position and once certified they're going to continue to grow. They're not planing on just flying 1 x a day week to Russia. They're going to bring in new planes and go for new routes every 3 to 6 months.
From what I heard the cargo alone will pay for the flight and the tickets will all be equity.
Expansion expansion expansion.
One positive thing about the long time frame is not taxes will be paid for a long time. Possibly 5-10 years.

This is a very good business plan that baltia does have.
The information will come out either way, the company will PR a pass but not a fail. For now we are still waiting on the FAA's decision.
From my experience here , if we ( worst case ) do fail it will come on this board pretty quickly. Then I will guess the stock will go down, so the traders can do their thing.
I'm here for the Futhure growth so either way I will still keep my shares.
For now just stay positive and patient.

On a serious note, you guys seem to have figured it out pretty well so far.
Remember when I said Baltia double and triple checked everything under their control....and then the FAA sealed the doors shut?
Well.....everything under Baltia's control went smoothly.
In all the prior minis, there was something that went wrong that Baltia's maintenance department could have corrected....a mooring strap too short, a loose shoe on a girt bar, a door misaligned by a fraction.....but none of that with this last test.
Everything that Baltia could be held responsible for went flawlessly....and the staff even broke their prior records.
What did go astray is something inside the sealed pack that Baltia gets from the FAA certified slide re-packer....and since Baltia is not allowed to open those packs or inspect what is inside....everyone expects to get the thumbs up real soon......as soon as the paperwork gets the stamp of approval.
It is the re-packer who made the mistake and who now has to answer to the FAA - not Baltia.
That's about all I can say at this time.

All the doors open flawlessly , there was NO issues with any thing that baltia had control over. A slide was tangled and the FAA should give them am exemption.

From what I understand they can't sign any contracts until they are certificated.
However
I have been told that they have several LOI's.
There is a huge demand for cargo service from the Russian population in Brooklyn alone. You can imagine
How much more interest there is from other shippers in the tristate and beyond.

I have been told that their are verbal agreements w DHL UPS and the US postal service to take block space on Baltia air craft once certificate is issued

But did you know that in 2011 the certification was brought to Michigan.
Which meant they had to start from the beginning.
And from 1989-2007/08 nothing was done on this airline. They bid for the route again in 2007/2008 and then this came back to life.
Along with a strong team of financial , marketing, etc to get this through certification.
Now one thing I will say is you have NEVER seen challenge until you work with the government/ FAA.

Most of us don't have the tenacity
To get through the challenges and mental stress these people have been through. Patience and persistence will get everyone to the goal.
You can't look at what other airlines have done or did. Other airlines were not public.
Things have taken longer than anyone would have expected but what can you do ????
Just have to keep pushing forward and that is what Baltia's management is doing.
But what does this have to do with anything, our only concern right now it getting this plane flying and revenue started.

Originally it was started in 1989 and then the solviet union collapsed.
This laid dormant until 2008 and then this came back to life.
In 2011 certification was moved to Michigan to help expedite the process.
All I know is when I invested PPS in 2013. From that time forward they have completed so many tasks.
I thought they would fly 6 months after my investment, it stinks it has taken so long. Rome wasn't conquered in a day !

This is an older plane , yes but this is more than capable of passing certification. Not to mention, if it wasn't , do you think the FAA would continue to spend tax payers money on scheduling with baltia.
