Foxo already had a couple deals fall through. This one needs to go through or Foxo gets delisted. I think Sheamus wants the NYSE exposure. These two need eachother. The recovery center deal is done. So the second part should close soon.

Foxo announced closing of the deal in an 8K RNVA should have more than enough cash to file beforehand. No reason for them to sit on the financials anymore.

Whatever it is they gotta do do it soon Foxo is about to be on the OTC if they don't get compliance.
