Are you suggesting that SEC screwed up and the fines are a big mistake? This is BIG!
"But I struggle with what some anticipate is going to happen here."
Yup, naturally.
Any update on this Amiron case, Scion?
Is this case officially toast? Sure looks like it.
I nearly fell off my chair reading this post. LMAO!
Yes!!!
Exactly, Steady T.
"Ummmmmm. Don't recall that the SEC said the fines was for fraud. The small amount of the fines suggests that is for something considerably less serious, like maybe an accounting treatment error that was voluntarily corrected."
Perfectly said.
How is that even relevant looking forward a year or two?
Thanks again 2late. I'm on the edge of my seat. Fingers crossed.
Huge thanks for this post 2late. I'm still confused on something though.
"4. Our brokers will not deliver because they have no securities or rights to securities they can deliver until they actually buy them for their customers who as defined by federal law already own them."
vs.
"The 205 securites have already been issued and your broker only needs to exchange their alledged 106's they claim they hold for you as identified in your account. "
These statements seem to contradict each other. Can the brokers exchange the 106's w/o having to purchase them first??
Interesting. Is that P4?
Looks like a mad rush for shares this morning. Get 'em while they are cheap!
Perfectly said.
During the last week of August, most brokers were taking buy orders over the phone ONLY. So there is no way in hell they did not know about the Global Lock/DTCC warning. Regardless, I don't see how any of it is relevant to getting this resurrected.
Still doesn't make sense. Since when did the shares "belong" to CG/Darbie? Since the OKC settlement? Then what is the company trying to sell to the brokers to cover the shares we hold?
The same shares the company is trying to sell to the brokers? Huh?
About the 244 million shares:
Doesn't Megas have them? And now we think CG/Darbie is in possession of them and never deposited them? How did that change?
Yeah, good one.
So did she still deny that BCIT has an active transfer agent? What was her excuse for the revocation of the 205's?
Post of the week. Thank you very much.
LMAO
I love this list.
Same here. Woohoo!
"It is one thing to want "juicy" numbers it is quite another to intentionally submit false SEC filings."
Proof that he did the latter?
Wow, sorry to see you miss out on these recent pps increases. And we ain't seen nothing yet.
Is that a "true"?
Don't worry, they will send you all the information. It will soon be clear as daylight. All my questions were answered quickly. There's no reason to discuss it on this board.
Yup, it is sure starting to sound like it. WOW.
We suspect that the whole FINRA & DTCC name change was a deliberate ploy to cause trading confusion and market disorientation and it worked.
The brokers still need certs, though. Will they buy them now?!?
That means that the FINRA judgment from this past September was completely bunk, right?
LOL!!!
Yup, and I believe 40 is only beginning. Don't think there is a time limit on attaining the new certs. Obviously the more money the company raises the better off every one of us will be.
Bring it on!!
Yeah, that does make sense now that I think about it. hehe
The stock was revoked by the SEC for not filing. It is no longer trades on any exchange. The company plans to restructure and get trading again, although nobody knows exactly how it will work yet. There's many steps involved. Stay tuned!
Sure, just ask any of the brokers. I bet they would gladly hand over their short position to you... at no charge at all.
Did you really think this would happen overnight???
First step is to get those 645,000 shares back so the company can restructure. Then it's bye-bye DTCC.
The entire story is well documented here:
http://www.let-bcit-trade.com/
Make sure you read the timeline.
I see. So if I leave for a 6 week vacation and forget to lock the door to my house, then get all my possessions robbed a few days after I leave, come back after 6 weeks and find that I have been robbed clean, the thieves should not be held accountable and the theft was somehow my fault?
Huh???
CH, is there a next step in place, or are we waiting for something before we take that next step? Will tomorrow's PR address what is to come?
...and the reason the company did not file was b/c the DTCC demanded that hundreds of millions naked shorts be covered at the companies expense (in order to lift the global lock). So yes, I would have to say that delivery failures are at the root of it.
