Does 1 gel cap do anything? I take a half of dropper sleeve of 30mg thc in coffee and nothing.
Tweed is awaiting approval on gel caps that'll be good
Hey what tweed oil would you recommend, old friend?
Or where can I get a good vaporizer...
Can I only vaporize dry bud under the ACMPR? Or can oil somehow be vaped?
Currently using dispensary tinctures in which i drop in coffee and also disposable vapes with some type of oil in it.
1:1 cbd tincture, 30mg thc tincture, lemon haze vape pen, alien OG vape pen. I don't know what any of these are. Lol.
Can't get anything from the tinctures and I need 5 toots from the pens to feel good. What gives?
Crazy bash.
But you are correct.
No. Upon the closing of the BD, shares are free trading. Private placements are different than BD's.
There is no pp hold on the books as of now.
Oh wow thanks man! This is all new to me.
When it gets down to it I agree fully the valuations are sick. Yet the rest of the industry takes a big leap forward this week and canopy drops?
So what's good for the goose is good for the gander. Know what I mean?
If every LP drops than by all means. But when every LP jumps and WEED falls. That's odd.
As I recently dumped every pot stock I own in order to buy CANOPY based sheerly on value... (like a giant sucker)
I sit here pondering how illogical the market is. How on earth does one justify buying Emerald Health yet ignore Canopy?
Something isn't adding up. How does this go red the Friday before legislation, yet every single LP goes ultra green.
This could have something to do with Bruce sellling $3.7 mil shares and/or that ridiculous gypsy swap they orchestrated only a few days before the CBC article dropped.
This anonymous buyer who just had to have free trading shares gets in at 9.70 and (in my opinion) dumps at 11.25 and under.
Question to management. I'll ask it here since IR ignores investors. Why (when you have over $100 million cash on hand) do you give this guy a sweet heart back room deal for a measly $25mil?
Why? Can someone answer that?
If he timed it right he made 15% but realistically enjoyed 10% in less than a week. Not bad. He owes Bruce a beer!
Something isn't sitting well with me right now.
The market seems to be investing heavily in the sector this week. Every company but the "best" most undervalued LP out there. Hmmm
What is brent missing?
Nomasayin?!
Well don't worry I won't say no to whiskey.
Rye and ginger was my drink of choice until marriage toned me down!
Now I'm a bit boring lol
Always looking for an excuse to have a great time with new people.
Right on! Let's try to set a date. I think we could have a good back and fourth on Tweed futures over a bottle of wine or 3
Anytime you are looking to get up here. I'm only an hour down the road. We can paint the town in O-Town after!
Hit me up, we'll go take a look together. I was too overwhelmed to take it all in first time.
The new extractor is ridiculous. It wouldn't fit in my living room.
Wondering when that'll come online.
As per financial results
Inventory at December 31, 2016 amounted to $50.6 million (March 31, 2016 - $22.2 million) and biological assets amounted to $5.3 million (March 31, 2016 - $5.3 million), together totaling $55.9 million (March 31, 2016 - $27.5 million). - Currently about 40,000 patients
What were you petrified about? Seemed like a positive read
Many who bought at 9.5-9.75 are closing positions before Friday close
That's an old one. Dec 13. I think
It's time for bigger investors to jump on board.
Nobody knows who canopy is. Once they learn it'll be too late for them. Best kept secret on the TSX
Vic states 600-650kg selling per quarter in current footprint.
Easily double that upon phase 2 coming online.
600kg @ $7/gram = $4.2m/Q = $16.8/annual revs.
Forecast more than double that upon phase 2 approval.
$40mil revenue in the hopper would be conservative. Don't sleep on Aph
Anybody not find it strange that after hour buyers weren't showing up to buy on fed budget news?
Tax revenue on an annual $22B ancillary Cannabis market might sure up that deficit.
Frankly, 5 years from now, the amount of cash Canopy generates alone might do it!
Wait until it blows through that $1 million bid at 9.5 and tumbles to 9.3.
I'm eyeing those levels.
Might get to 8.50 but can't go much lower than that. I'll be there to buy.
But buy buy.
Different business. Different targets.
WEED is only down $500 million in value over the last 3 weeks. That sounds kinda bad but it ain't a thing but a chicken wing.
Can make that up in an hour
Supreme up 10% today and canopy down again. Weird.
This tells me shorts are kicking the shyt outta us.
I don't believe "strong hands" are loading as the volume isn't abnormal. Last mutual fund who bought is holding bags like me as I buy this down.
Getting to be real nice value here.
Any time I lose profits, it's a loss.
Maybe I'm too hard on myself.
Ya he'll hold forever. He's sure he'll do well. Confident lol
Hey there's a cool article here
http://www.edmontonsun.com/2017/03/21/recreational-pot-sales-in-alberta-likely-coming-next-year-justice-minister-says
I'm a contrarian. And a pessimist.
Visiting Tweed opened my eyes to a dangerous level. I was so impressed to where I feel like WEED can't lose. This makes me long but vulnerable to price swings. I'm out of my element.
Its frightening. Yet exhilarating
Lmao that's awesome. I'm admittedly getting a bit emotional over this swing.
This one got me rattled. I'm not proud of it. Either I'm gonna make a ton or lose a ton. I'm right on the threshold of game changer.
Buying today at 9.80's and buying a lot tomorrow.
If you don't see me logged on the next few days, the price will have tanked and I'll probably be gone to a better place.
Pray for mojo
??
He doesn't have email or know what it is. He wouldn't know what to do on ihub.
Yep, my old man is in the process of buying in. Took him a few days to get his account up and running. That worked out well for him. He'll be buying the open tomorrow.
He called me up a week ago and said, "have you heard that liberals are legalizing marijuana?"
I chucked and said, "ya I heard something about that" Also told him I was quite active in investing in this industry.
He asked who the biggest company was and that he'd want to invest. I told him Canopy.
Even with zero market or business knowledge, zero Cannabis knowledge, He insisted it was a no brainer and that there was a ton of money to be made once it was legalized
He is diving in on 2 principles.
1) Cannabis will sell
2) Politicians will and are profiting from this
His less than thought out approach is admirable. And actually puts things into perspective.
We're talking about an old school conservative who doesn't even know what email is. And he can see the writing on the wall clearer than I.
People love pot. Pot will sell. Invest in who will sell the most.
Everything else is just noise. Wish I had more of a simple minded approach to this industry.
I bet he'll make a much stronger % of returns than me.
I get in the way of myself. My pessimistic attitude is a cancer. It needs to be cut out!
Ok I'll sell now, thanks.
Interesting. Well I know you are a research guru so I'll buy whatever you're selling. Maybe I'll buy more CANOPY
Should I wait until tomorrow morning or just dive in here? I'm a super nervous nelly. This investing thing is way over rated. I hate losing money. I work so hard for it!!!
Let's make some money. Tired of being a bag holder
Hey I bought a bunch of shares in the 9s. Good idea or bad?
Love how Organigram celebrates their best month of sales... when it was all credited and free to patients. lol.
Emotion really magnifies the swings. As always it's hard to catch a falling knife and easy to buy a run up.
Agreed. We could see a turnaround tomorrow. Or atleast my portfolio hopes.
Aphria uplisting might ignite the industry.
Heard WEED already made a run at Stewart.
